In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. This will be a story where the characters watch Accelerator. I do specifically mean Accelerator, the character from A Certain Magical Index, as well as A Certain Scientific Accelerator and A Certain Scientific Railgun. I will not be doing the 2 famous and well known Touma vs Accelerator fights, nor anything from Railgun because I haven't watched any of that. 10/6/22 I am going to do one of the Touma vs Accelerator fights because it fits into the story and should make a nice finish to it, but still nothing from Railgun.

A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. ( Also known as とある科学のオムニトリックス Toaru Kagaku no Omunitorikkusu.)

Mikoto Misaka, also known as The Railgun has faced many things. Evil demonic extraterrestrials, school, evil mages, psycho scientists, angry dragons, apocalyptic dieties, soul eating hollows. But now she must face the greatest of all challenges: growing up as a half dragon. Mikoto's dragon mother Thundaarix appears one day and tells Mikoto that at 15 years of age, she is slightly overdue to take a sacred Dragon tradition known as a rite of passage where Mikoto must journey to the mountains with her mother to meet her dragon family. Fairy Tail and some of Mikoto's Soul Reaper friends tag along. However, there are some dragons who believe Mikoto is an abomination because of her human heritage...and the ceremonies become somewhat uneasy.....but then it becomes all the more threatening when it turns out one of the dragons has sold himself to Asgawrath's service. Dark eyes are watching... watching the Railgun ever so closely... plotting... waiting for her to make a fatal mistake.

The Final Battle now looms closely for Mikoto Misaka, as she finds herself more heavily burdened with the possibility of her death at the end of all things. Chased around the world by Hydra Head and the world's second most powerful esper Dark Matter, Mikoto and her friends find themselves struggling for survival. Lucy, Natsu, Happy, Nicole, and Elli are determined to follow Mikoto to the end. But can their friendship power through the obstacles ahead and find the piece of Dravis's heart? And if they get through that...who will stand victorious in the final battle...Mikoto...or Dravis? After being presumed dead... the chaos left in the wake of Ben Tennyson and Mikoto Misaka's absence have proved to be a little more than people expected. American Politics takes a startling turn as one of the candidates starts to move against allowing any form of alien life on Earth, making things hard for Helen and the Plumbers based in the United States. Overall it's a scramble to keep things in order after a deadly war, while everyone asks themselves the same question: Are Ben and Mikoto truly dead..? And if not.. where are they!?

Index has been kidnapped by Fiamma of The Right to initiate his plan "Heaven on Earth" a plan conducted in partnership with the High Breed to penetrate Aleister Crowley's defenses and raze the Earth clean of life.
