Sonic and Co continue their quest to find Stitch's 625 experiment cousins and find their one true calling (Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to SEGA, Lilo and Stitch: The Series belongs to Disney).

A half year had pass since Lilo, Stitch and the experiments defeated Dr. Hamstervile and the Leroy clones in the Aloha stadium. But now Dr. Hamstervile with the Leroy clones have escaped from prison while Lilo, Stitch, Angel, Lilo's new friend "Jacob" (who's also David Kawena's little brother) and the experiments are take various adventures together until Dr Hamstervile will strike at Hawaii. Cherry, Atticus, Darla, Patch, Drell, and Hilda are back to relax in Hawaii to visit Lilo and Stitch. However, it is not much of a vacation when they find out that Gantu is back and has kidnapped Jumba for his old partner named Dr. Jacques von Hamsterviel who demands a ransom of the other 625 experiments who were created along with Stitch.
