Bradley 'Rooster' Bradshaw and Rachel 'Hurricane' Mitchell have known each other since Rachel was born, and he was only 3. Despite their age gap, they've been best friends their entire lives, growing up right next door to each other. That is, until Bradley graduates high school, leaving Rachel behind.
