After the end of the Clone Wars, order 66 was given starting the great Jedi purge, but a small group of surviving female Jedi managed to escape with a space ship they managed to steal from the Imperials and along the way, save an old enemy that turned friend. They are eventually, ambushed by a Imperial fleet, barely managing to get out of it alive after they used their damaged hyperdrive, but once they exit hyperspace, they realize they reached Geonosis and thanks to the heavy damage the ship has taken, they are forced to make a crash landing on the planet. Once they land, they start to search the planet hoping to find spare parts to fix their ship and think the planet is deserted, after the Emperor slaughtered the entire population, but little did they know that there was still a last survivor and what his plans for them will be.

It is the time of the Dark Age and the rise of the Galactic Empire. During the time of Order 66, only 1/4 of the Clone Army were effected by the order while the rest had their chips removed thanks to the intervention of ARC Trooper Fives who had miraculously survived his apparent death and had been able to help most of his brothers. With this revelation, the Clones had been able to save many Jedi. Not all, but many Jedi. Upon finding out about this revelation, Palpatine would initiate Plan B for his Empire. What was Plan B? The Rebirth of the Sith Empire, and thus, The Rule of Two had been abolished as the Galaxy would soon be thrown into an age of darkness. With the Jedi and the Republic gone into hiding, The Empire was left to continue to grow. But there was Hope. On the Planet of Lothal, a group of kids would find themselves dragged into the conflict as they would rise to join the Republic and save the Galaxy from the Empire.

Set after Revenge of the Sith: Three years after the fall of the Jedi and democracy in the galaxy, the Empire reigns. Any remaining Jedi are spread across the galaxy, deep in hiding. Rayya Sena, a Jedi who escaped the infamous Order 66, is captured and taken to the dreaded Death Star. She is brought before the Emperor for execution, a fate every captured Jedi before her has befallen. But her life is spared. Spared by the very person who has hunted her and many other Jedi across the galaxy-- Darth Vader. Sensing a darkness buried deep in Rayya that mirrors his own, Vader seeks to train her in the Sith. With Rayya by his side, the Empire would be unstoppable and able to squash the remaning resistance against them. Rayya must now learn and fight for the one thing she has sworn to destroy, or die. But when the lines start to blur between master and apprentice, when Rayya starts to see the true man beneath the evil exterior, she arrives at a crossroads in which she must decide which side of this war she wants to fight for. Star Wars Episode I The Clone War The galaxy is in a conflicted state. A cold war had been brewing through major star systems. Technological advances has led to perhaps the most dangerous outcome of all. The creation of both a Battle Droid Army and a Clone Army. Naming this conflict, "The Clone War" Star Systems on either side have been clamoring, and fleeing to either The Republic or The Separatists. The leader of The Separatists, Count Dooku, has been methodically and carefully convincing scared Star Systems to join him while secretly working on a new batch of Battle Droids called Commandos. In the Midst of all this, The Republic has enlisted the help of the Sacred Jedi Order as allies during the war. With the Separatists first target being Naboo, The Republic has sent their own Senator Padmè Amidala to try to convince The Separatists leaders to not use Naboo. The Jedi have sent Jedi Master Qui Gon Jinn along with Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi to protect her on the journey...
