However, it was the visit from the Valar which sadly confirmed, the very things she was afraid would be true. In order to ensure the safety of her people, Miriel bravely steps up and makes the ultimate sacrifice by staying behind, an action that absolutely horrifies the son of Amandil. So, the great queen regent, and the captain of the sea guard, share one last night of full of passion and love together before they get separated seemingly, for the foreseeable future in their eyes. Then one day, a green haired city kid that was yet to find his dragon found his phoenix in English class and stole her first kiss."
