This is my entry to @ScienceFiction's Challenge 8: The Duoabble. The goal of this challenge is to write a story about a teenager and an alien life form in EXACTLY 200 words.

The scoop:
Girl meets alien.
Alien tells her that other aliens will attack Earth soon.
Girl (kind of) tries to convince people.
Alien is not impressed with her "save the world" skills.
Earth gets sort of...forgotten about. Oops!
