"You know this is just whilst they're all away, don't you?"

**

What happens when a Half-blood Hufflepuff sweetheart and a Pureblood Slytherin bully are left alone for eight weeks?

Professor Dumbledore, wanting to keep Harry Potter safe, has decided to whisk all the fifth years away on an eight week long trip. With all the other fifth years away travelling around the UK, Madeline Parsons and Draco Malfoy find themselves stuck together, left behind in Hogwarts. Madeline cares about everything and everyone, whereas Draco cares about one thing, and one thing only - blood status. She has always had a secret, forbidden crush on him but he seems to hate her.

She wanted the eight weeks to pass by as smoothly and amicably as possible. He wanted to be as far away from the Hufflepuff princess as he could.

After one trip into Hogsmeade, their lives may have possibly changed forever. With tension building and nowhere and no one to escape to, something has got to give.

He's a regrettably barbarous, pureblood, Slytherin heir; 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, unavailable, and that's the way he'd prefer it to remain. Draco Malfoy has much more important, particularly insidious business to attend to, rather than waste time worrying about altering the course of an already pre-determined marriage. No sense in lingering on an emotional connection with any witch deemed fit for the deplorable role, when one has a serpent's fangs buried deep in their skin, releasing venom at an alarming rate... Unfortunately for him (and for her), Madeleine Desrosiers cannot be reasoned with, and she has her golden eyes locked squarely on one wizard only. This hazardous enchantress is a terrifically stubborn French Beauxbatons transfer student with little knowledge about Hogwarts, a terribly inconvenient Parisian dialect, and a knack for touching things that definitely do 𝗻𝗼𝘁 belong to her. Finding herself drawn to him despite his inhospitable charm, Madeleine shall ultimately become the grand architect of her own personal prison. Sudden and involuntary bequeathment to the Malfoy family shield was definitely not the game plan. She is inevitably drawn deeper into a world darker than she'd ever imagined, and in order to navigate the shadows of her new apocalyptic life, she must discover the gift of 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲. ☙ Book Two: Obliviation ❧ ☙ Book Three: Aftermath ❧ ☙ Book Four: Supremacy ❧

TW: mentions of abuse You know the story of the boy who lived, but do you know the story of the boy who had no choice and the girl who loved him? Their story is one that's written in the stars and it's a long one, but we need to start at the beginning. Allison is a muggle-born girl from Canada who decides to leave Ilvermorny during her third year to start her education at Hogwarts. Draco is a pure-blood boy ready to start his third year at Hogwarts. She didn't expect to meet the infuriatingly handsome Draco Malfoy and he didn't expect to meet the blatantly honest Allison Whitley, who he likes to refer to as Ravenclaw. They both didn't plan on becoming friends, but Allison's friends have different plans. In the hopes of proving Draco Malfoy wrong about muggle-borns, Allison is forced to become friends with Draco, but she never planned it would become more than friendship. This book is told in dual perspective (Allison Whitley and Draco Malfoy) and follows the events of Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix. All characters belong to J.K. Rowling except for Allison Whitley, Victoria Whitley, Ernest Whitley, Marie Corner, Irene Corner, Ed Floyd, Alyssa Ford, Leila Chausson, Sasha Alexova, Sergei Pacuraru, Adrian Rush, and Walter Young
