Kara lands herself a new job as caretaker for the Luthor's. She's to take care of their youngest daughter Lena, who's been forced to move back in with her mother after a devastating explosion at her job, causing multiple fatalities and her brother's incarceration, nearly killed her too. That's been a year ago and physically, Lena is fine, but she has a severe depression and needs someone to look after her. That's where Kara comes in. During her time with the Luthor's she slowly finds out there's a little more going on, though. (Trigger warnings for: implied/referenced self harm, homophobia, mention of eating disorder, abuse, grief/mourning, survivor guilt and panic attacks)

PREVIOUSLY TITLED "Unimaginable" Don't hate me for changing it and then changing it back I can't come up with a title for the unpublished sequel that relates to the current one but I hate the other one help - | - | - Kara has always been alone. Even on Krypton, she was misunderstood. When she was younger and her mother asked about boys or boyfriends, Kara would always reply, "No, Mommy! I wanna have a girlfriend." Which was unheard of. Kara's feelings towards girls were punishable by death, much like some countries on Earth. So. when she was old enough to understand the risk of loving who she wanted, she suppressed her feelings and convinced herself that she loved boys. On Earth, years later, she meets someone who makes it impossible to ignore her feelings, but she has never made her feel as amazing as Lena Luthor. Lena Luthor was raised in a home where you could be beaten for simply looking at someone. She didn't bother with love or figuring out her feelings about all of her friends. It just wasn't important. When she moved away and her brother was put in jail, she assumed that she was attracted to men. She didn't know otherwise. But when she met Kara Danvers, every thought she ever had about being straight was proven wrong. This was what love felt like. Facing danger at every turn of their relationship, Lena and Kara are determined to beat the odds. A Kryptonian and a Luthor can do anything, despite their older family members' disappointment.

Reporter Kara Danvers(also supergirl) and business woman Lena Luthor have been friends for years, both have hidden feelings for each other but are unsure if the other one feels the same. Eventually the two acknowledge there feelings, everyone around them approves but Lena's Family is less accepting and tries to separate her from Kara. In this sequel for this AU, it's been years since Kara Danvers has seen Lena Luthor. After Lena ending things with Kara after a heated threat from her mother, she went off to college, leaving Kara and a few friends behind. Now that Lena's the new CEO of L-Corp, she runs into Kara again. Will Lena explain why she had to leave her? Will Kara tell Lena her secret? Lena has her own explanation to tell, but what could it be? Most importantly, do they still have feelings for each other? Only one way to find out... THIS IS INTERTWINED WITH SEASON TWO. I DID bring in Sam and Ruby, only because they're important and frikin awesome. Sanvers broke up. Maggie did leave for a bit before coming back to National City instead of going out of the country. She couldn't leave for good. It was too hard. Sam knows about Kara being Kryptonian and Alex being DEO. Kara told her when they were in high school. Since she knows, might as well tell her about the DEO when they reunite¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So now some more of MY changes: Cat stuck around. Kara might need her later... SuperCorp have their secrets but will be revealed in time. Maybe some appearances by other characters. Jeremiah is DEAD [sorry :( ]. The whole thing with Jeremiah happened before this. I'm just taking season 2 first, you know this already. And of course, more surprises to come... This story includes characters from the CW show, Supergirl. After the big reveal, Lena just wanted to never see Kara again. So, she just left National City, without telling a word to Kara or all the other Superfriends. All of them having no clue where she is and she left Kara heartbroken. 2 years later Lena Luthor returned. She was happy to be back home and wanted to see all of her friends again. She came back to fix broken things, especially one 'friendship'...A 'friendship' that desperately needs to be put together again. When Kara saw Lena again, old feelings came back to the surface... Will she act on them? What will happen between them?

Lena Luthor has success in many areas of her life, however love is not one of them. She has the ultimate crush on her best friend of ten years Kara Danvers, the budding journalist. After a life threatening incident in Lena's lab will she finally admit how she really feels for Kara, or keep on living a lie? (This is an AU story so Kara has no powers in this story, and the Luthors aren't a notorious evil, alien killing dynasty)
