"Well, Ms. Ashley, nothing is wrong with you. You're as healthy as ever" I sighed with relief.

"So, what happened then?" I asked the doctor.

"When was your last menstrual cycle?"

"Um over month ago I think, why?" I answered. Why would he ask that?

"Your six weeks pregnant" the doctor said. What? Pregnant? Yeah okay, that's funny.

"Very funny"

"This is no joke, congratulations!"

"W-what?" I stuttered. "No, please say your lying"

"I'm afraid not"

I looked over to Dylan who's eyes were wide and he just stared at me. His eyes moved from mine to my stomach.

Oh no...

I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that? I agreed to dance with a random boy who I don't know. He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor. We dance for a few songs and then he asks me, "Would you like to take a walk? I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge. "I didn't want a fight." I look down in my lap sadly, "That's one of the reasons why I didn't want to tell you." Chris walks over and sits next to me. He puts an arm around my body, pulling me closer to him. He kisses the top of my head. I feel like it's my fault. Small tears escape the corner of my eyes. "Stop it." Chris says to me in a soft but commanding voice "Stop crying, Beautiful. Stop crying." "It's all my fault." I sniff, "Now you lost all your friends because of me. That's not what I wanted! It's unfair to you, Baby!" Chris gives me that look again. The look that a parent gives their child when their child explains why they took their car keys, because they thought they would never se their parents again. THAT look. His face goes soft and he holds me tenderly in his arms. He brushes the hair out of my face, his fingertips lingering on my skin. Then I realize that this is my moment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Katie Morgan has always been an awkward and very shy girl. Due to overprotective parents, she hasn't had her first kiss, her first boyfriend, and definitely not her first time. Now that Katie has gotten out into the world, she meets an older guy in his late 30's named Christopher "Chris" Eaton. Her beauty and doll like face makes him want her. But when things end up in the bedroom, Katie realizes she's still not ready to have sex. How will Chris react? What happens after that terrible, awkward date? It may just be a fairytale. "Oh my gosh, you scared me." Nick looked her up and down. She was in nothing but an oversized t-shirt and underwear. A bra was lacking too, revealing the natural shape of her breasts. "I thought you went to sleep," she said and casually dropped the towel to cover her thighs. "I needed a glass of water." He was looking at her face. He was forcing himself to not move his eyes lower than her chin. "Oh." Awkward silence fell between them. "So, eventful night," Nick continued. "Two feasts, one engagement." "Definitely. It's crazy. I told you though, didn't I?" "You did mention you thought he was going to propose soon." "Yeah," she half-smiled. "I'm so happy for them; they're perfect for each other." "Yeah. They are," he stated. "Well, good night, Nick. Again," she laughed lightly. "I'll see you in the morning." "Good night, Mols." She awkwardly walked to her room as she could not casually cover her backside with the towel. He tried hard not to look but temptation got the better of him. ****** Molly and Nick have been best friends since childhood. Each developed feelings for the other over the years, but each is also convinced that the other just wants to be friends. Will things change at the end of college, before Molly goes away for a year?
