Espers from all over are encouraged to use their abilities. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... And while Mikoto feels the same way, she doesn't know what to do with those feelings.. But of course.. all things must eventually converge and resolve, for better or for worse.

Chased around the world by Hydra Head and the world's second most powerful esper Dark Matter, Mikoto and her friends find themselves struggling for survival. Lucy, Natsu, Happy, Nicole, and Elli are determined to follow Mikoto to the end. But can their friendship power through the obstacles ahead and find the piece of Dravis's heart? And if they get through that...who will stand victorious in the final battle...Mikoto...or Dravis? Whoever ends up falling in the end..it all ends here (Final Installment of the first Railgun In Fairy Tail series.)

Academy City. A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. ( Also known as とある科学のオムニトリックス Toaru Kagaku no Omunitorikkusu.)

Academy City. An independently governed City 30 years ahead of the future in science and technology, land locked in Japan, made up mainly of high schools, colleges, labs, and possessing a population mainly comprising of students and teachers. 60 percent of these students possess psychic powers and live as espers.. and one of the 7 most powerful of these espers, The Railgun, Mikoto Misaka, lives in this city. Mikoto has been orphaned for about 1 month now. Following the death of her family by unknown causes, she has been debating leaving Academy City to study in America. However, things change when she finds herself baring witness to two strange warriors called Archer and Assassin battling it out. And to make matters stranger, she is saved by a mysterious knight calling herself Saber. The Grail Wars of Academy City are about to begin.

(sequel series to A Railgun In Fairy Tail) Mikoto Misaka, the Railgun, defeated Dravis Lord of Destruction. She, along with Natsu, Lucy, Happy, and Elli have been missing for six months since then.......... So far, they are believed to be dead. It is twilight in the town of Yugami. Mikoto and her friends Natsu and Lucy are walking home after a long day of school to their house at the edge of the beach. They all have one thing in common....they can't remember who they are, or where they came from....each of them having washed up on the beach one day six months ago only to be found by the school principle Elliot Dreyar. One day, Mikoto finds strange images flying through her head....and two names she can't get out of her head......Touma Kamijou....and Fairy Tail. And if that isn't enough, two men by the names of Gajeel Redfox and Stiyl Magnus appear in town to tell her not to trust anything the highschool has to say. Things then start to get more confusing as strange people in kimonos calling themselves Soul Reapers attempt to capture Mikoto, Natsu, and Lucy, saying that they now know too much and must have their minds wiped............Now if Mikoto wishes to protect her friends and discover who she truly is....she must reawaken both the esper and Dragon Slayer power that has been sleeping within her.......or Yugami town might become an everlasting prison. (A certain magical Index and Ben 10 fan fic) Misaka Mikoto is a level 5 esper living in Academy City. Despite the occasional thugs, life is relatively normal for this girl electro master. That is until she meets Ben Tennyson wielder of the device known as the Omnitrix. Now with both the science and magic sides pulling on the two friends, and alien mercenaries targeting them for a mysterious purpose, life is about to get extremely hectic. It's been 2 months since Mikoto's powers were sealed away.. Mikoto has been confined to a wheelchair.. and it is now the day of her 16th birthday. She has never felt more useless.. and though her friends in Fairy Tail do all they can to try and cheer her up.. there is no escaping the terrible feeling of being powerless to protect her friends.. Then.. six mysterious beings appear in Academy City, calling themselves the Lost Ones. 3 of them, are beings called Quincies... 2 of them are magicians.. and one is a Level 5 esper long forgotten. They seem to have a vested interest in helping to restore Mikoto's lost powers... however, what do they have to gain from helping her? There is something more to this.. and like it or not.. Mikoto has once again sunken into a battle that she might not come out of...

One bright sunny day, Mikoto Misaka and her cousin Shino Asada decided to meet their friends Kazuto and Asuna at a diner in Academy City. While there, they are attacked by a mysterious magician named Vento of The Front, who gives them a cryptic warning about something called Alicization.. moments after avoiding the attack.. Kirito is assaulted by a former member of Laughing Coffin who took part in the Death Gun incident. In a heated moment, Mikoto jumps in front of Kirito.. taking a needle full of drugs to the chest.. in a frantic attempt to save her, both Kazuto and Shino end up drugged as well.. and Asuna is left frantically calling paramedics as her 3 friends begin to slowly slip away.. A whole new world is then opened up.. a new virtual world.. known as the Underworld..

Out of all 2.3 million people who lives in Academy City, 80% of them are students, many of whom are Espers, individuals who possess unique powers through science. Espers are ranked by Levels with the highest being Level 5, which only 7 people have officially achieved this rank. Until one day, a new Esper has been promoted to Level 5.
