This will be a story where the characters watch Accelerator. I do specifically mean Accelerator, the character from A Certain Magical Index, as well as A Certain Scientific Accelerator and A Certain Scientific Railgun. I will not be doing the 2 famous and well known Touma vs Accelerator fights, nor anything from Railgun because I haven't watched any of that. 10/6/22 I am going to do one of the Touma vs Accelerator fights because it fits into the story and should make a nice finish to it, but still nothing from Railgun.

After losing his family, friends and even his home world, Ben Tennyson, hero of the universe gets transported to another world after defeating his greatest enemy. he finds himself in academy city, a place filled with Espers or humans with psychic abilities. He happens to meet one of the strongest named Mikoto Misaka, nicknamed the Railgun. Now working as a super hero again, he keeps the peace in academy city along with his electrical friend and her teleporting stalker. Just for the record I hold no ownership over Ben 10 or a certain scientific railgun, all rights go to man of action and Kazuma Kamachi Also please do not steal my work

The Final Battle now looms closely for Mikoto Misaka, as she finds herself more heavily burdened with the possibility of her death at the end of all things. Chased around the world by Hydra Head and the world's second most powerful esper Dark Matter, Mikoto and her friends find themselves struggling for survival. Lucy, Natsu, Happy, Nicole, and Elli are determined to follow Mikoto to the end. But can their friendship power through the obstacles ahead and find the piece of Dravis's heart? And if they get through that...who will stand victorious in the final battle...Mikoto...or Dravis? Whoever ends up falling in the end..it all ends here (Final Installment of the first Railgun In Fairy Tail series.)

After being presumed dead... the chaos left in the wake of Ben Tennyson and Mikoto Misaka's absence have proved to be a little more than people expected. Now that it's protector is 'gone'.. aliens from all over as well as some of Earth's own villains have set their sights on our third rock from the sun, leaving Rex Salazar and Kuroko Shirai as well as Ben's other remaining friends with their hands full trying to fill in for Ben and Mikoto as Academy City's protectors. To make matters worse.. American Politics takes a startling turn as one of the candidates starts to move against allowing any form of alien life on Earth, making things hard for Helen and the Plumbers based in the United States. Overall it's a scramble to keep things in order after a deadly war, while everyone asks themselves the same question: Are Ben and Mikoto truly dead..? And if not.. where are they!?

It's been 2 months since Mikoto's powers were sealed away.. Mikoto has been confined to a wheelchair.. and it is now the day of her 16th birthday. She has never felt more useless.. and though her friends in Fairy Tail do all they can to try and cheer her up.. there is no escaping the terrible feeling of being powerless to protect her friends.. Then.. six mysterious beings appear in Academy City, calling themselves the Lost Ones. 3 of them, are beings called Quincies... 2 of them are magicians.. and one is a Level 5 esper long forgotten. They seem to have a vested interest in helping to restore Mikoto's lost powers... however, what do they have to gain from helping her? There is something more to this.. and like it or not.. Mikoto has once again sunken into a battle that she might not come out of...

(Chronology: Daihaseisai Arc of A Certain Magical Index.) The Daihaseisai is here! A festival event where all the schools in Academy City compete with each other in sporting events.. a festival even more popular then the World Cup. Espers from all over are encouraged to use their abilities. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... And while Mikoto feels the same way, she doesn't know what to do with those feelings.. But of course.. all things must eventually converge and resolve, for better or for worse.

In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Not everyone who comes to academy city has their dreams and aspirations come true. But what if someone destined for weakness fought to rule it all? Will you break away from fate and die weak and foolish? or rise to become this world's biggest threat.

Academy City. A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. ( Also known as とある科学のオムニトリックス Toaru Kagaku no Omunitorikkusu.)

Academy City of Science and Technology. A city containing about 2.3 million citizens with 80% of that population consisting of students, and home to two rival forces: Science and Magic.
