You may know Shayne Topp and Courtney Miller from Smosh, as everyone who watches Smosh does. But to people of three certain qualities: 1) those who don't watch Smosh, 2) who also live in Los Angeles, and 3) who hold parties and other events, they're the most sensational Couple for Hire™. As their side hustle with Spencer Agnew for their tech and Tommy Bowe for management, they attend weddings, birthdays, office parties, and more for all sorts of purposes wanted by their clients. After each event, they receive their own shares of cash and get back to their full-time jobs at Smosh.

However, when they become viral and go big-time for their little acts, Shayne and Courtney compromise to pretend as an actual couple and keep up the act in front of their families, friends, and co-workers to continue their odd job. But it just isn't the same anymore, especially when not only do they become more famous by the day, they start to fall in love with each other for real.
