Maki Iwase's life was planned out before she was even born. To be married right after she graduates from high school and become a strong hero alongside her husband-to-be. Her parents met each other in high school and married each other right after they graduated. They love each other but also married each other because of their quirks. Her mother, Sora, has an air manipulation quirk while her father, Daichi, has an earth manipulation quirk. When Sora overuses her quirk, she becomes weightless for a few hours. When Daichi overuses his quirk, his body becomes increasingly heavier until he can't move himself for a few hours.
