Meanwhile, Sherlock Holmes is trying to debunk the Scotland Yard's incorrect description of what is actually a group of mass-murders revolving around a small memory-wiping pill. Sherlock Holmes has always had a problem with illness ever since he was diagnosed with cancer when he was seven. After many years have passed Sherlock is now cancer-free and it isn't soon before he bumps into a man called John Watson. The two start to become close until old problems start to resurface and Sherlock starts having to fight for his life.

John is devastated by his best friend and secret love, Sherlock's death. He copes by visiting his grave every day for sixty days. Will this be closure enough, or will John need more to know that Sherlock has heard his words?
