Patrick Kane wasn't sure he was going to be in Chicago long so he didn't have a living arrangement thought up coming out of training camp his rookie year. Luckily for him Stan Bowman had a empty basement open and offered it up for him. There Patrick will find more than just shelter and food. There he finds Stan's niece who is still figuring out who she is. Together they go through the ups and downs of life. And when Danielle finds herself near rock bottom it is Patrick who pulls her out.
