It had been one year since Alexis had been in the hunting world. One year since Sam had pushed Lucifer back into the pit and stopped the apocalypse. One year since she and Dean had began living a normal life. Alexis has adjusted. She even liked living like this, but there was still a part of her that missed the life she'd left behind. And as the days went on the part grew smaller and smaller. Alexis knew that this new life she lead was better for her and her family. So she'd buried all those feelings about hunting, they were bad anyway. Her heartbreak was healing now that Dean was back, but things seemed to be slowly shattering all over again. She can't let go. She has to stay strong. Or who knows what she'll lose.
