Betty goes to the drive in with Archie and Veronica and ends up getting more than she bargains for when she meets a bad boy from the southside of town. At first he just seems like your classic cliche bad boy with his leather jacket and combat boots and she gives him some attitude for his over confident attitude until she sees the back of his jacket with the signature snake on it that hes a southside serpent but not just any southside serpent the leader of the southside serpents, Jughead Jones. Betty didn't expect Jughead Jones to take such an interest in a girl as mundane as her and as much as she tries to avoid him he seems to be everywhere she is. When a life changing event happens she finds herself thrown right into the middle of his world she finds him much harder to avoid and to deny her attraction to the original bad boy of Riverdale. Jughead Jones is instantly attracted to the little preppy blonde girl as soon as he meets her with her attitude and fearlessness, he couldn't help but to be intrigued. When Veronica gets a text from an unknown number about a wedding for her old friends back in Riverdale, she knew she had to be there for them. She took her friends and left for Riverdale. Betty starts to loose control when she starts to have wild dreams. She realises the person causing these dreams is the only other person on the school paper. He sits with her and her friends at lunch and always hangs around them too. She begins to feel strange around him obviously because of the dreams she could barely look him in the eye. He starts to notice how much she distance herself for him and will try to figure out what is wrong. He tries but she won't budge he can't figure it out until she accidently leaves a book labeled diary at his trailer and then things start to change. Will it for better or for worse?

"So you were just going to run away with her and leaving me standing at the alter like a fool?" 10 years have passed and both Betty and Archie are healing from a betrayal, trying to heal the broken hearts that Veronica and Jughead broke only to find love with other people but what happens when Jughead and Veronica come back trying to win back their love. Is it too late? I suck at descriptions haha but this is a bughead story only it will be a slow burn and a certain ship will be going strong.
