You know Numbers One through Seven. But what about Number Eight?

On October 1, 1996, an eerily similar phenomenon occurred. One child was born. Sir Reginald Hargreeves, naturally, didn't waste a second in acquiring her.

Number Eight, Katrine Hargreeves, became their little know-it-all.

However, unlike the ones from the so called Umbrella Academy, she was not adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves, and instead grew up in her own abusive household. That was until one catastrophic night where she crossed paths with the old billionaire, and was welcomed in his family as a substitute for one of the children, who had disappeared in unusual circumstances. She became the new "Number Five". Starting date: 31 March, 2021. On the first day of October 1989, forty-three women around the world simultaneously gave birth. None of the women showed any prior signs of pregnancy. Sir Reginald Hargreeves, eccentric billionaire and adventurer, made it his personal mission to find and adopt as many of these children as possible. He got eight of them with that one set of twins that maybe came from the same mother but in appearance, they were as different as anyone could be. Number Four and Number Eight...often used as the main subjects of experiments when it came to power. Sir Hargreeves' main focus was however on the young Number Eight which eventually led to the girl disappearing in the storm of her own powers. But what if she somehow comes back after the death of her father? What if she gets reunited with her twin and what if the boy she thought she lost and who she used to have a crush on came back as well with the news of the nearing Apocalypse? Season 1 ✔ Season 2 ✔ Heya, I decided to write this as I am quite obsessed with TUA for some time now and I picked up enough courage to write a fanfic about one of my ideas. I do hope you will like it As I said this is just one of my ideas so there is a possibility I will write another TUA fanfic in the near future. And now a bit of a TRIGGER WARNING this fanfic contains mention of blood and violence and other stuff basically like the serial itself. I don't own anything or anyone just my OC...okay that's about it...enjoy.

"I'm not mad." ------ Cassandra Hargreeves- or Number Eight as her father always called her- was the eighth member of the Umbrella Academy. Despite having powers, she had spent her whole life on the sidelines. She had been trained to fight, of course, but having the power of predicting the future was never going to be useful in a fight. Sir Reginald Hargreeves never allowed her to go on missions with her other siblings with powers. But her power was stronger than he knew. Cassandra's visions haunted her and the one place she could never escape them was in her dreams. She would wake up screaming in the night, rambling about a forthcoming apocalypse that her father brushed off as nonsense. He told her that she'd merely grow out of these nightmares. And it seemed as if she did. As she grew up, her power grew with her. The older she got the more appalled she became by the images of destruction and chaos she saw. Try as she might to warn the others, however much she begged Five not leave her behind or how much she pleaded with Ben to just sit one mission out, no one ever listened to her... until it was too late. She saw the chaos of the apocalypse and this time she was going to make them believe.
