Megatron is fascinated when Jemelle doesn't scream and easily interacts with the other decepticons. She quickly becomes Best Friends with Breakdown, Starscream and Knockout but everyone does notice something is off. Jemelle puts herself down when she thinks no one is looking and she does cower when there is yelling or when someone raises their hand as if she thinks she's gonna be hit. Which has them wondering. A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. So much so he questions so much about himself.

While the 21st century has seen great advances in technology due to the Transformers, there has also been a rise in criminals using robots and incidents involving bio-monsters, as well as other previously unheard-of disasters. So Chip, using the Forge Matrix, sets out to create the Braves, a group of Transformers born on Earth who fight for Earth's safety while the Autobots and Decepticons fight between each other.

The Autobots and Decepticons were fighting as usual for Energon when they plunged into a hole, falling unceremoniously into the abyss. There was one massive Energon in the middle of the place, far bigger than the usual Energon crystals.
