Long before time had a name, the first spinjitzu master created Ninjago, using four elemental weapons, but when he passed a dark presence sought out to collect them all, Lord Garmadon, so I, sensei Wu, his brother sought out four ninja to collect them first, but an unexpected turn happened to me while I hid the weapons, I found a baby boy on the door step of the monastery, taking him in, I adopted him, and raised him as my own, but I found out that there is more to the boy then meets the eye...

But fear for his brother's return, Sensei Wu must sought out to find and recruit five new students of his own and train them the ways of Spinjitzu to become Ninja, who would collect the five Golden Weapons before Lord Garmadon first claimed them all. Alisa Brightheart, a kindhearted and compassionate young woman, lives with her wealthy merchant father in Shigurrè Village. One day, a mysterious stranger appears before her and sees potential in her, saying she has a strong connection with the wind and has offered her to become his student and train her to become a Ninja. Now Alisa is suddenly plunged into a whole new world as she found herself facing new challenges and meeting new friends, who are also Sensei Wu's students, while Alisa is becoming the Yellow Ninja, Master of the Wind... After his sister is kidnaped, Kai sets out on a mission to get her back. However in order to do so, he must first train and become a Spinjitzu Master, Kai with the help of his new found Sensei and team mates must collect the four Weapons of Spinjitzu in order to rescue his sister from the clutches of Lord Garmadon. I'm rewriting Ninjago, it's going to be relatively the same to the show but with a more mature theme to it. Some dialog and scenarios will be my own, a UA (Universe Alterations.) I do not own Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, it is owned by The LEGO Group located in Billind, Denmark. Dark Sides is a Role Reversal AU series in which Wu was bitten by the Great Devourer instead of Garmadon. Wu still ends up training Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole as his students. In response, Sensei Garmadon trains Nya, Pixal, Seliel, and Skylor (all elemental masters), and both sides are pitted against each other.

At the age of two, Lord Garmadons only son Lloyd has been kidnaped by an unknown enemy. The parents of the young child is drowned in sorrow. Garmadon then join forces with his brother and together they train the next generation of elemental ninjas, but one day... a mysterious dark shadow appears in ninjago. This is the first book I EVER wrote, so read at your own risk... One year later, a group of assassins, sent to kill Garmadon and his family, ambushed them in the night. Garmadon and Misako escaped, but their two children didn't. The couple were determined to avenge their fallen children and defeat the ones responsible for their deaths, or so they thought. In the present day, the ninja, Kai, Cole, Jay, Nya, and Zane, with their masters, Wu and Garmadon, discover a large organization of the same assassins that attacked Misako and Garmadon being lead by a powerful and dangerous foe on an unknown island they never knew about-the Dark Island. This foe was unlike others, he was the eternal enemy of the First Spinjitzu Master. Together, the ninja team work their way over to the island to try and fight them, not knowing that a small group, who aren't so different from the ninja, are already working on it.
