Amelia felt like this until one night at a bar in Las Vegas two men ask her to join their cause in tracking down an ex-Nazi doctor, who wishes to cause the out break of world war three. So who wouldn't jump at the chance of being with your own kind, saving the world and maybe even catch a date with a hot German? Sebastian Shaw is about to start a war between the mutants and the humans. Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr gather mutants of their own to stop him. Vivien Taylor is an introverted mutant who can't control her gift and is about to meet someone else in a very similar boat. This is the first book in my M.A.R.V.E.L Academy series. All of this has brought the father and daughter pair, as well as the young telepathic Oxford University graduate, to this very moment - where they are enabled to take on Sebastian Shaw and his minions. Isabelle Sandreas has been able to control time ever since she could remember. After being on the run for a few years, she met Erik Lehnsherr and decided to team up with him in trying to kill a guy named Shaw. They soon fell in love and did everything together. That is until they eventually met other mutants like themselves and even an old friend along the way. This adventure takes place during the early 60's. (Dislaimer: I don't own any of the X-Men franchise or its characters. Also, this is my first X-men fanfiction so sorry if it's not amazing)

I sat back in the seat of Charles' car and closed my eyes as I listened into what Charles and Eric were saying. "What do you think of her?" Charles asked Eric. "I don't think we should trust her. She seems like she is hiding something from us. What about you?" Charles sighed, "I don't know either Eric. The thing is, I SHOULD be able to read her mind since she can control metal like you but..." "But what?" "I can't read her mind Eric. She has to be a telepath too." "That's impossible Charles..." Eric was cut off by a sharp piercing noise in his head, "Stop it Charles!" "It isn't me!" Nova Harrison is a powerful mutant beyond measure. She can fly, read minds, control metal, etc. But when two men claiming they have a school were she can learn how to master her powers, she would never say no. She makes friends with the other mutants while she learns how to cope with her mutation. When she looses control, Charles is there to help her. But what if that friendship turns into something more?
