Okay so imagine Black Widow had a daughter with Bruce Banner, then that daughter had a kid with Captain America. That child would be the basics of Sam. Sam is a HYDRA experiment with the training of black widow, super soldier serum of Captain America, and the already genetic material for transformation into their own version of the hulk. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material. Thor and Loki reach Earth - as they planned in the ending scene of Ragnarok - and start cooperating with the Avengers. Stark and Rogers, still not on best terms after Civil War, are forced to work together. Banner is happy to be back to work in the Avengers lab, but still keeping his distance from Natasha. This story is however not as much about the Avengers, but more about an ordinary person being forced into their world by a turn of events.
