Jay was abused by Jafar his whole life. Mal was the only one he ever trusted with his secret, even though she was always 2 years younger than him. When Jay turned 17, Evie and Carlos joined Mal and Jay's forces of 'friendship' and they found out about his secret. Now in Auradon, Ben starts getting suspscious of Mal. They're dating, and when Mal acts different around Jay than normal, Ben starts to make his own conclusions. He goes to her and Evie's dorm to ask her on a date, and his fears are confirmed. He immediatly seeks Mal out, and confronts her angrily, but the truth isn't what Ben was expecting. Ben now knows everything, and Jay is afraid to be near Ben, so he makes an excuse every chance he gets to leave Ben's presence. Ben finds Mal with Jay once again, and he lets his anger get the best of him once again. As more and more people hear Ben screaming at Mal, the stronger she seems to get. Ben triggered her anger in the wrong way. He wanted to get her angry at him, so she'd fight back, but instead, he put himself in the situation, where Mal feels threatened by him, and she goes into defensive mode. When the paparazzi gets ahold of this, as well as Ben's parents, what will go down?

When Fairy Godmother's Wand disappears and evidence of it being stolen by Carlos surfaces, Everyone (except for Audrey ironically enough) in Auradon blames and turn against Carlos and everyone votes to send Carlos back to the isle, including his own friends. Carlos is devastated in the isle knowing he DIDN'T steal the wand but his own friends never looked deeper into it and went by the fake "proof" they received by Chad and Mal has to make the painful Decision to send him back to the isle. Carlos is labeled a villain and monster from the people of Auradon, and a backstabber from the VKS and the Villains still on the isle. Carlos finally snapped after years of being tormented by Mal and Jay, pushed around by his mother, and now sent away and having his whole life being ripped from him for something he didn't do because Ben and Mal were incompetent when handling the situation, and follows the path both Audrey and Cassandra went down, and quite literally the same path Cass did because he breaks out of the isle and TAKES the Moonstone before Mal can put it safely in The Isle Can Mal, Evie, Jay, Ben and Fairy Godmother realize their horrible mistake in time and can Cassandra and Audrey try to talk him out of the path he's going knowing they been down that road before, or is Carlos and Auradon a lost cause.

Six months, it's been six months since Ben's coronation and since the Royal four and the Isle four discovered the prophecy the VK's and the AK's are settling into life pretty well together. Evie and Jazzy work on their business E and J four hearts with Doug as a finance manager and Cece as a commissions manager while Jazzy freaks out about marching toward her Impending doom as Queen of Agraba. Ryder is pushing himself to the limit in fencing and Guard training. Carlos struggles with gaining the courage to ask out Jane and trying to graduate early. Aaron and Melody quarreling over who should take what throne. Ella is getting ready for her own coronation while helping Ben run Auradon. Jay deals tourney, fencing, and doing his best to take as many responsibilities off Ella's back as possible. Everyone was doing pretty well for themselves, well all except Mal. The half Fairy was finding out the hard way that being a royal wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. She wasn't getting the hang of it at all, there were so many events that she could barely remember a single one past or future, cameras always in her face and she's honestly lost what day of the week it was about three months ago. Everyone else was too sucked into their own obligations to notice Mal's aggravation and discomfort. Ella and Jay are with Mal being another royal/ VK couple in the spotlight but it's not enough, she couldn't take it and she left. Ben and the group of AK's and VK's rush to get her back they finally see the isle for what it is, and it affected residents revealing another prophecy in the process. You're the rebellious child compared to Ben You visit and basically live on the isle of the lost since you were 7. You made friends with Mal first and she agreed to keep your secret then a year later you met Uma and you trusted her and she knows too but they don't know you're friends and that they think they are the only ones who know your secret. Only Mal and Uma know your from Auradon and that you have a crush on Evie. When you heard your brother was going to bring 4 kids to the isle you convinced him to choose Mal, Evie, Carlos and Jay and then you'll write the letters. You altered it to be 5 kids so it looks like you were chosen to go with them. Ben knows you are going to greet them but he don't know why so hes told everyone in the greeting party to not mention your the princess or that you're from Auradon per your request. Even Maleficent don't know that you're a princess let alone Belles Daughter. Only uma knows you're the princess no one else in her gang. Once upon a time, in a kingdom known as Auradon, lived a young prince. He was one of the most kind and caring princes the kingdom ever had. He cared about everyone, even the ones no one thought were actually worth caring for. One day, the month before his coronation, he made his first proclamation. He wanted to give the children of the villains his father had abandoned to the isle of the lost, an equal chance in Auradon. And so he invited four villain kids to Auradon Prep. Mal, daughter of Maleficent; Jay, son of Jafar; Carlos, son of Cruella de Vil; and Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen. Most people thought they would be just like their parents; evil, vicious and cruel. But Ben was convinced that even those who were raised to be villains had a good heart. And he wasn't wrong about that. It came with some struggles, but they found their place in Auradon too. After his coronation he decided that more kids had to come over, as the first four proved that they could live just like other Auradoniens in the kingdom, amongst the other citizens. He didn't really know them well personally, but only heard good stories about them and that was proof enough for him. This is a Devie book. just because. Evie tends to get carried away with things, but when it gets way to far she packs up leaving behind everything, Mal, Ben, Jay, Carlos and most importantly Doug. Evie finds herself in a place where people are always relaxed people, shop in malls and there are many beaches. She also meets a girl who will protect her named Sofia Carson. Sofia and Evie look extremely similar so Sofia takes Evie in as her twin sister. Doug finds out and goes to look for Evie finding Sofia first. Doug wants to stay with Evie wherever that may be.
