As with anyone, there are parts of all stories you keep secret from the world.

For example, you probably wouldn't want to admit you sprained your ankle tripping on paper when you were seven.

But what if your stories and secrets were so much worse?

What if you're Peter Parker, and all you can see is the deaths you've caused, and carry with you day after day?

This story will show Peter's physical and metaphorical masks, and how Tony Stark seems to break through them all.

-

Background: Tony first meets Peter without the suit as a happy, excited intern who hides his problems. Later in the fic he (AUNT) may or (AUNT) may not discover Peter's " extracurricular activities. "

This fic may later contain Infinity War spoilers.

-

Please keep in mind that I have never wrote for this fandom before. As much as I may love the MCU, I may have a few facts wrong or some odd characterization of minor characters. Please bear with me and help me fix those mistakes. :)

Bucky Barnes: Tony Starks daughter by tomsmytype
35 parts Complete
Imagine x female reader (Y/n) I wrote this when I was like 14 I'm sorry if it's confusing don't expect Brontë ------------------------- A very boring, over worded, written-like-a-child, promise-my-writing-is-actually-better-than-this, summary without too many details: It was weird adjusting, after finding out I was Tony Stark's daughter, but after a while of avoided communication, I bonded well with the my dads colleagues, the Avengers, especially a man I would come to call my best friend, James Buchanan Barnes, or Bucky. A few years of homeschooling later, my dad decided public school would be more beneficial for my childhood development. I'm obviously not good with new people, so this idea didn't thrill me. I somehow ended up making friends though. Things started to get weird after I woke up in hospital, people started looking at me weirdly and my dad felt distant. I start getting close with Peter, but I over hear something strange in the Avengers compound about myself, so I end up going to Peter's, trying to escape from the truth of happened many years ago. Will I run away with Peter and will everything go to plan? Or will the truth come out, leading to a relationship I'd never expected to happen? What will the future hold? ------------------------- Warnings: a lot of swearing and sexual references, but no smut sorry! I don't own any right of the marvel characters. No copyright intended. The Weight of Grief by Kale_Kabbage
12 parts Complete Mature
It's almost funny. How grief sneaks up on you. One second, you're fine; you're coping well and then it hits you like a bullet, tearing right through your heart, almost killing you on the spot. Grief is a monster that lies dormant in the darkest quarters of your mind, growing stronger and stronger until you can't fight anymore. Until you can't breathe. Peter was fractured. The monster having grown too big, and without any support left to hold him up, the world of drugs dug its claws into him. And it was slowly killing him, like a sickly sweet poison that dulled the pain while quietly feeding on his soul. He was powerless to stop it. He was too tired to stop it. Tony was doing pretty good. Aside from having died, he was doing pretty good. Resurrected from the dead, check. Thanos dead, check. Wife and daughter thriving, check. He'd never expected to get his life back, that was for sure. He was thankful for the second chance. Unfortunately, Tony was quick to discover that the kid had all but lost his own life. It felt like a knife slowly twisting into his chest every time he saw the kid: in agony. Now Tony wasn't exactly the poster-child for a good emotional support figure, but he wasn't about to sit back and let this continue. No matter how hard the kid fought him, no matter how much resistance he was met with, Tony would help the kid. Still, he couldn't help the fear that laced his blood. Tony couldn't help but question whether he would be able to save Peter from the weight of grief. **NO Starker** Triggers Warnings: Substance Use/Abuse Depressive and/or Suicidal Thoughts/Mentions Rape Threats/Mentions Descriptive Blood/Minimal Gore Some Self-Harm Coarse Language Mental Illness (various) This is a heavier story, so please don't read if you're not comfortable with any of the above triggers. Flawed Minds

40 parts Complete Mature

Mistreated from a young age and sent away in her teens by her parents, she all but disappeared off the face of the Earth. Years of abuse from her new 'guardians' almost drove her mad- until at 22 she was taken by Hydra and spent the next year the subject of inhumane experiments, causing her to release her powers. She made her escape, and the Avengers discovered her collapsed in the snow after the Hydra base exploded. The team were faced with a difficult choice to make in order to save her life. Will she be able to open up and start again? Will she be able to accept her reality? And where will her choices take her? * Don't judge the cover I don't have Photoshop I had to use Microsoft Paint haha my laptop is so old. Also this is the first time I am sharing one of my stories so if you judge please be gentle! * It doesn't really follow the movies, it is more of an in-between movies kind of thing crossed with my own storyline. I do not own Marvel or any of their characters.
