The world was saved. Everyone got a happy ending and Beacon town could live to see another day. After the events of Minecraft Story Mode Season 2, everything should have a nice bow wrapped up on it, right? That is not the case for the realms and the portal hall though; as an old threat arises. The Old Builders have been biding their time, plotting revenge and seeking control of the realms. With their plan laid out and their forces strong, they are more dangerous than ever. With the "New Order of the Stone" split up and unprepared, a new order will have to rise and save the world.

After an accidental trip into another portal,thanks to Ivor and Jesse,mostly Ivor,the guys end up in a new world,a very dangerous one at that!During there adventure,they run into some "Interesting" people.But,things aren't very fun when they get home.When Jesse is given a mysterious warning from a girl about a horrid creature that takes no form,Lukas starts acting odd.Very odd.The order of the stone have to journey across they're world with their new friends to find a legendary creator to help them defeat this creature,only to run into some old friends on the way!But things won't stay fun and safe for long,not when Lukas is possessed by a deadly creature... The Order just returned from defeating the Old Builders and finding the portal home via the Atlas. Now that Ivor has run off to the Portal Network with the Atlas and the Enchanted Flint 'n Steel, the Order is trying to resume life as usual. Everything was going well- until a person from Jesse's past shows up. The Order begins to notice Jesse acting sketchy and she suddenly gets kidnapped. As her friends investigate, they discover that Jesse is actually the long-lost princess of Sky City. Thrust back into the life she tried to escape, Jesse must face the conflict she's been putting off, decide the fate of the future, and prevent old nemesis' from trying to steal the throne. And thanks to this, Hadrian and Cassie manage to meet up with Romeo and form an alliance with him. Romeo agrees to form an alliance with the two and grants them another ally, PAMA. With Romeo and PAMA now on their side, Hadrian and Cassie Rose decide to exact their revenge on Mevia and Otto. They manage to take the two hostage along with Harper. The three of them start to go through horrible abuse from Hadrian, Cassie Rose, and PAMA. And with Otto still barely being able to control his psychic abilities, Hadrian and Cassie start to target him with the abuse. They sick PAMA on him, who starts to provoke Otto with emotional abuse, threatening Mevia's life to gain control over him. This causes Otto's power to flare up and nearly kill him. The Jesse twins find out about the capturing of Harper, Mevia, and Otto. They decide to gather all of the allies they can get to help them defeat the arising threat. Will Otto be able to control his power flare ups before they can hurt someone? Will our heroes be able to save their friends in time? Will our heroes finally defeat Hadrian, Cassie Rose, PAMA, and Romeo for good?

Jesse can't sleep. While being haunted by nightmares of Reuben's death, and failing her friends, she is being hunted. She must now find a way to save the world before it's too late, even if it meant sacrificing her birthday and a well deserved day off. Meanwhile, trouble is brewing in other worlds. Harper and Ivor have been trying to repair Crown Mesa, but the town keeps getting destroyed by unknown forces. Ivor has his suspicions on who is causing the attacks. What do they want? What do Jesse and her friends have to do with it? When a secret society reveals themselves- a society meant to protect the world from this dangerous villain- Jesse is once again dragged into something she never had anything to do with in the first place. An alternate ending for Episode 4 in Minecraft: Story Mode. I know, Episode 5 is already out but I wanna make an alternate ending and a sequel. So this is what happened: When Jesse, his friends, and the Old Order were about to fight the Wither Storm, Ellegaard and Magnus offered their armour to Jesse but Jesse refused to take them and ran towards the Wither. When he build the Formido Bomb, he was caught in one of the Wither's tractor beams. He threw the bomb inside the Wither's head and.. BAM! The Wither Storm exploded into three. When Axel, Olivia, Lukas, and Petra approuched it, Lukas questioned where Jesse was. Everyone looked for him. Lukas checked inside the Wither Storm to help other survivors until he came across someone. Jesse, he was bloody and bruised all over. Lukas gasped and told him to hang on but Jesse laughed weakly, he told Lukas 'We did it, thank you Lukas for helping us....' his voiced trailed off then he closed his eyes. Lukas stared at Jesse, shocked with tears pouring down his eyes. 'Guys!!!' He screamed. Axel, Olivia, Petra, and Rueben came rushing towards where Lukas screamed. Then they saw Jesse. Rueben ran over him and tried to lift his arm but it fell back down. Olivia and Petra saw Lukas, covering his hands onto his face crying. Olivia then joined Lukas. Petra stared at Jesse's 'dead' body, tears in her eyes. Axel was trying hold back his tears, by wiping them away. Rueben made sad oinks and noises. Then they all heard a familiar voice, it was Gabriel's. (You all know what happened to him) They escorted him back to the Old Order and told them what happened to Jesse, before they broke down into tears. Ellegaard, Magnus, and Soren were saddened. (You all know what happens next. In the next episode, it's the same but more sad. And here it's Petra who destroys the Wither Storm since she is the second strongest in the group.
