Honestly, I have been spending a lot of time reading from the bible. I have been using different books and print outs that suggest different ways to read and digest the information presented. I personally use a bible made specifically for bible study, but the scripture I am going to include in this work is going to be from an online resource that my church uses. One suggestion my brother gave me, when he found out I was diving into bible studies, was to read a Proverb a day, he said that it is perfect for months with 31 days. Reading God's Word is truly an enlightening, on-going experience; one that I truly enjoy. I began posting His Word in "My Highlighted Bible Verses" and couldn't stop. He started talking to me through Scripture, some of the messaging is beyond me, and still continues to be that way, although I am learning. I think He wants me to share His Word, if you can put up with some of my commentaries. This is all God's doing, and I don't take credit for any of it - He created me. Hello!!! You might be coming from my previous Daily Bible Reading and Prayer, or you might be new. Either way, welcome! If you are wondering whether you should read the first one first, I would say, you can if you want, but you really don't have to. So what is this book exactly? The title is pretty self explanatory, but I will explain more. I started this because I used to neglect my devotions, always making excuses. By doing this I am keeping myself accountable, I say I will do a chapter a day, so if I don't, I will be lying. How I do this is first I copy and paste a chapter from the Bible(I'm currently in Hebrews and Psalms), then as I read it, I make notes, and then I pray. I hope you will be blessed by this book! Btw, I'm using ESV for this one, I used KJV for the last one. I want to try ESV because lots of people, including my crush, say it is more accurate. I do try to update this every day, but I go to Bible study on Thursdays and every other Sunday, and I often don't get home till rather late, so I don't always do this those days.
