A mysterious explosion has ignited in the Eurotunnel in Britain. So far, the thoughts are that France bombed the tunnel as part of their retaliation during World War 3. However, Necessarius believes differently, and has called in Index to investigate. Meanwhile, Ben, Mikoto, and company, have spent the better part of the entire year battling on the side of Academy City in various warzones, Ben further questioning all the while whether the side he picked is the right one. So far, the only reason for the war not breaking out into something worse is due to Russians fearing the power of Ben's current most powerful form: Atomix. However, Ben and Mikoto are called by Necessarius to accompany Index and Touma as an extra security measure to investigate the Eurotunnel Bombing. And along the way, Ben meets the 3 Princesses of the British Royal Family, Rimea, Villian and Carissa. Villian is currently being backed by Necessarius for the throne.. however, Carissa is intent to gain her royal birthright.. by any means necessary.

Academy City. A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. The Final Brawl is here. With the return of the Original Multiverse, Mikoto is now trying desperately to escape Hueco Mundo and return to Academy City, where the final battle is to take place.. (sequel series to A Railgun In Fairy Tail) Mikoto Misaka, the Railgun, defeated Dravis Lord of Destruction. She, along with Natsu, Lucy, Happy, and Elli have been missing for six months since then.......... So far, they are believed to be dead. It is twilight in the town of Yugami. Mikoto and her friends Natsu and Lucy are walking home after a long day of school to their house at the edge of the beach. They all have one thing in common....they can't remember who they are, or where they came from....each of them having washed up on the beach one day six months ago only to be found by the school principle Elliot Dreyar. One day, Mikoto finds strange images flying through her head....and two names she can't get out of her head......Touma Kamijou....and Fairy Tail. And if that isn't enough, two men by the names of Gajeel Redfox and Stiyl Magnus appear in town to tell her not to trust anything the highschool has to say. Things then start to get more confusing as strange people in kimonos calling themselves Soul Reapers attempt to capture Mikoto, Natsu, and Lucy, saying that they now know too much and must have their minds wiped............Now if Mikoto wishes to protect her friends and discover who she truly is....she must reawaken both the esper and Dragon Slayer power that has been sleeping within her.......or Yugami town might become an everlasting prison. Mikoto Misaka, also known as The Railgun has faced many things. Evil demonic extraterrestrials, school, evil mages, psycho scientists, angry dragons, apocalyptic dieties, soul eating hollows. But now she must face the greatest of all challenges: growing up as a half dragon. Mikoto's dragon mother Thundaarix appears one day and tells Mikoto that at 15 years of age, she is slightly overdue to take a sacred Dragon tradition known as a rite of passage where Mikoto must journey to the mountains with her mother to meet her dragon family. Fairy Tail and some of Mikoto's Soul Reaper friends tag along. However, there are some dragons who believe Mikoto is an abomination because of her human heritage...and the ceremonies become somewhat uneasy.....but then it becomes all the more threatening when it turns out one of the dragons has sold himself to Asgawrath's service. Dark eyes are watching... watching the Railgun ever so closely... plotting... waiting for her to make a fatal mistake.

A festival event where all the schools in Academy City compete with each other in sporting events.. a festival even more popular then the World Cup. Espers from all over are encouraged to use their abilities. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... And while Mikoto feels the same way, she doesn't know what to do with those feelings.. But of course.. all things must eventually converge and resolve, for better or for worse.

After the Daihasei festival and the difficult challenge it brought to Misaka Mikoto and her friends, Gakuen Toshi welcomes a new mysterious guest from aboard. Shirai Kuroko and Kazari Uhiaru will be the first ones to interact with the new guy, who appears to have just joined the Judgment lines under Yomikawa's recommendation; because of his cold and unpleasant attitude, the girls fail reaching out on him and he mocks his way out of the meeting. Is he just an arrogant foreigner or does he hide something bigger behind his shadows? The Sisters cloning process may fall in wrong hands once again. It's Back to Bellwood for Ben. When Winter Break comes around the corner, Mikoto is excited to come back to Ben's home town to spend Christmas with the Tennysons. A nice quiet city, where nobody's trying to experiment with you. Though granted, the tendency for aliens to turn up is rather overly usual. However, Mikoto isn't the only one from Academy City who comes to Bellwood. All 10 Level 5s are here too, each of them for their own reasons, and tensions are running high between them and the Highbreed who have also turned up in the vicinity, leading to an all out Battle Royale between Aliens and Espers. The Battle Royale Arc has begun
