This is basically a part 2 of my first book 'Buffy and Spike' You probably don't need to read the first book for this to make sense but it would be appreciated if you did. Buffy and Spike are still living in Sunnydale, whereas other members of the Scoobies are traveling/living in other countries.

A hundred and forty-seven days after Spike dies in the Hellmouth, a grieving Buffy returns to Sunnydale.

After 'Chosen', the gang are left in charge of thousands of slayers, spread all across the globe. Buffy is no longer the only one, the chosen one, but she still has work to do. Training those slayers, fighting more demons, dusting vampires, but yet something else is lurking, a new big bad, and she and her friends have to find out what. It has been about seven months since the Scoobies' last hurrah. They have all just adjusted to the latest turn of events. Since Spike's death, Buffy has spent her time training and hanging out with Willow, Xander, and Dawn (before she sent her to a boarding school in California-where Angel can protect her if she needs it). Giles has gone to England to take some much needed time off.
