Gulf's POV
"I am keeping this ring for four years already. This is supposed to be on your graduation day, baby. I always have this with me hoping to meet you again at the right time. No one can make me change my decision now. I want to be with you for the rest of my life. Baby...
WILL YOU MARRY ME?"
Does he really need to ask me this in front of my parents? I can see dad glaring at me while mama is just with his usual poker face.
I think my knees are trembling due to so much nervousness.
I am now staring at the love of my life. I know he took a lot of courage to pull this proposal in front of my parents. I know he is not sure yet about how will I answer him.
This ring he's been keeping for a long time, I really want it.
I don't care anymore.
I pulled him and claimed his lips. Sorry dada, but I want this so bad.
"I will, baby." I don't know why I suddenly burst into tears. The emotion I am feeling right now is too much for me. This is extreme happiness that we both are sharing. I never have been this so happy. We are both tearing up after holding each other arms.
Mama faked a cough.
"Congratulations, kiddos. I am happy for you."
I turn my gaze to my dad. "How about you, dada?" I am still holding Mew's hand.
"He is happy, don't worry about him. I'll make sure that he is happy. Right, babe?" Mama winked at him playfully.
"Whatever. I'll kill you when you hurt my son." He bumped into Mew's shoulder intentionally and left us inside.
"Don't mind him. That's just a sign of aging. Grumpy as ever."
Mama stood up and hugged me.
"Write your own love story, baby. Stop comparing and just do what you think is right. Love him, but you should love yourself more." He hugged me tightly. "Not every time we are right, you should listen to your husband too. Anyway, your dad loves you so much. Do not misunderstand him, okay? We've been together for more than 28 years and I know that behind that face he is showing earlier, he is so happy for you. He needs to hide somewhere to cry alone." My mama whispered to me. "Don't forget the most important one, Be the boss." He chuckled.
"Oh, I heard the last part," Mew said smiling. "You forgot to take this." He showed me the ring.
"Sorry got so excited." He put it in my finger.
"Baby, your hand is so cold," Mew told me.
"Your fault. You made me nervous earlier."
My mom left the room.
"But it worked, right?"
He kissed my head and gave me a warm embrace.
We talked about everything.
Both are at fault. We should have listened to each other. We should have been more understanding. We should have talked about everything we are feeling. We should have trusted our love for each other.
We can't return to the past but at least we have every chance to make everything right.
This time, I'll just focus on loving him. I will never leave his side no matter what.
My siblings congratulated me but something is still missing. I need to find dada.
Joong said he saw him walking to the garden.
I immediately followed him. Anyone can hate me but not my parents. I owe them my life.
"Dada."
He turned around and our eyes met. Mama is right, he is teary. Did he cry?
"Are you mad at me because I said yes without asking you?" I asked him.
"Did I ever get mad at you? You're a hundred percent copy of your mama. So stubborn." I hugged him.
"Are you really happy?" My dad asked me.
"So much, dad, but something is still lacking. I can't be completely happy when I am seeing you like this."
"Don't worry about me. As long as you are happy, I am too... But about that soon to be husband of yours, trust me, I am going to watch all his moves closely."
"Why do you hate him so much?" I asked him.
"That fake boyfriend of yours, how dare him to act like a puppy when you're with him today but act like a tiger to me when he went here alone last time." I giggled.
"Dad, he is a good guy."
"I know. I just want him to know that he cannot hurt you again." He rubbed his eyes. "I can't believe you are about to get married already."
"I will still be your Gulf, dad. Nothing will change."

Mew's POV
"I am telling you, this is our movie night and if you failed to go home at seven I swear you're not going to sleep in our bed ." I checked the time, it was past six already. It is Friday and we are going to watch a movie in our home cinema like what we always do weekly.
I immediately picked up all the files scattered on my desk and slid everything inside my bag.
I am doomed.
It's Friday and of course, I am expecting heavy traffic.
I was right. I got caught up in the middle of the traffic jam and the worst part is two aggressive drivers were involved in road rage and are now fighting in the middle of the road adding to the cause of traffic. We can't pass the stoplight because of their trucks.
HOW FUCKING ANNOYING.
No one dared to interfere with them. I opened my door and walked closer to the scene. I grabbed each of their collars. "Don't test my patience today, move your trucks out of the road you assholes. My wife will fucking kill me if I get home late so you fucking cooperate with me, now!" These bunch of tiny gangsters-wanna-be.
I speed up after they cleared the road.
They don't know how terrifying my wife is when he is mad.
As soon as the guards saw me they opened the gate widely. I almost hit the guard due to speeding. I immediately opened the car door and tossed the key to Cirrus so he can park it in the garage.
7:15 PM
They locked the master's bedroom.
"Baby, come on. Open the door please." I heard the sound of breaking glasses. "Cole? Are you there? Open the door, please." I heard the sound of tiny footsteps.
"What happened?" I saw Gulf picking up the broken glasses. "Move, let me do it, baby."
He sat on the bed. "Do you know what time is it?" He is sure killing me with the way he glares.
"Sevenish. Time for our dinner, then movie after," I told him about the traffic jam.
"It is expected since it is weekend, you should have adjusted your time then." He said.
"Don't be mad, naaah ~~~~" I was about to stand up when I felt tiny arms on my neck.
"S-sorrry d-daddy. It slipped from my grip accidentally." Cole hugged me tightly. I can even hear his sobs.
"Be careful next time, okay? Don't cry. I thought you are a tough guy like dad."
"But daddy cries a lot too. I always saw you crying from that movie we always watch, daddy."
I saw my wife chuckled.
"Did I? That was tears of joy, baby." I told my little one.
Gulf, frown again right when I caught him smiling.
I kissed Cole on his forehead and carried him to the bed.
"Baby, come with mom downstairs, I'll just clean the floor."
Cole stood up and stormed out of the room.
Gulf still throwing daggers at me.
"Sorry, baby. This would be the last." I was about to kiss him.
He sniffed my neck.
"Make sure you are not flirting with any woman in your office." He sniffed my neck once again.
"There is no way I can do that..." I kissed him on the tip of his nose. "Follow Cole baby, he might play on the stairs again."
Cole is our four-year-old son. Like Gulf, he was born through surrogacy too.
He is my mini version. He totally looks like me. The only thing he got from Gulf is the talent for sleeping. He sleeps a lot and he can do that in any position.
After dinner, we went straight to our cinema room.
This is our bonding every Friday night.
Before we played a random movie that Cole picked, we always watch the video of our wedding 5 years ago.
I want him to see how much his parents love each other. Aside from having Cole in our lives, that wedding was the happiest moment in my life.
All our families were there wishing a happy life ahead for us. A lot of people witnessed the so-called "wedding of the year."
Sir Tharn, I mean Dada made sure that we will have the grandest wedding ever. I can afford it but his dad insists on paying for everything. He said he really want to make the most beautiful wedding for his son. He told us that he can't do it before because it was mama who arranged a surprise wedding for them. I find it sweet though.
I am okay with my wife's dad, though there are times that we keep clashing because of our attitude. We are both not backing down to every argument.
Gulf played the video on our wide screen. I can't help but smile again. I won't be tired of watching this.
"Look, d-dad. This is what I am telling you... Look, mom, the next part is when dad will cry so hard like a baby girl."
Gulf smiles every time he sees this part. It is during our vows when I cried so hard.
"Baby, ffw it." I asked him.
"No, I love it." My son will see this part again, damn it.
"If he loves you, mom, why is he crying? Are you scolding him?" He asked Gulf. He is trying to whisper it but I heard him loud and clear.
"That's because he loves me so much. Sometimes too much happiness will lead you to tears." He explained.
"And you didn't cry because you don't love him as much as he loves you?" Cole is smart, no wonder he is my son.
"I didn't cry because I held it in. I hold back my tears because I don't want to be ugly in the video like your dad." He giggled.
"Oh, I am ugly that day, huh? That is why you are the one who keeps asking fo.." He covered my mouth...
He was so sexy on our honeymoon. He is the one who initiates every round because he said he found me extra hot that day.
We are done watching our wedding clips.
We started watching Endgame as per Cole's request. After done watching it, I found Gulf and Cole sleeping in a very uncomfortable position.
I carried Cole to his room.
I went back for my wife's turn. "Baby, let's go to our room." He snaked his arms on my neck and wrapped his legs around my waist...
I put him gently on our bed. "I love you so much, baby. I won't be tired of carrying you like this every day."
He caressed my face. "I am so much happy. Thank you for not giving up on me."
"You and Cole are my life. We will live happily forever, okay?" I ruffled his smooth hair.
I hugged him to sleep. Tomorrow will be a big day in the mansion since it is our 5th anniversary and all our families will be present again to celebrate with us.
I am thankful to my sister, if not because of her I wouldn't have the chance to meet this most amazing guy ever.
It started with the rumors that he is my sister's boyfriend. I fell in love with him the same night he accidentally got into the wrong guest room. I tried to control myself from falling for him when I thought my sister likes Gulf. But he really made it impossible for me to ignore my feelings. He got my attention and I fell so damn hard for this guy.
He may be jealous and possessive but I love everything about him. We are just meant to be together.
I cannot imagine my life without him.
I don't care about the troubles that we might encounter in the future, as long as he is with me I can face everything.
I'll stay by his side no matter what happens. He will always be my priority.
