Third Person POV

"Why does life hate me so much?"

"Y/N, stop being overdramatic. Just because there's a heatwave going on, that doesn't mean life is trying to bite you in the butt" Beck groans.

"I beg to differ!" The male yelled, slamming face-first into the table, earning an eye roll from the Elvis look alike.

The others at the table blatantly ignored the poor man, having conversations that they dubbed more important.

"Robbie, what's the temperature now?" Tori asked, fanning herself.

"Well, according to my pear pad." He tapped the large screen. "Here in Hollywood, it is 103 degrees." Groans emitted from everyone as they heard the high number.

"My arms feel like warm, wet, ham," Tori whined as she ran her hand up and down her arm. Y/N, along with Beck, giggled quietly, finding her assertion weirdly random.

"Hi!" Y/N stiffened, recognizing the high pitched voice. Though it lacked the excitement that it seemed to have always had.

"Cat...Please, I beg you. Just one day... it's too hot, please!" The boy pleaded, though his words went through one ear and out the other as he felt warm arms wrap around his neck, adding to the heat he was already experiencing.

"I'm really hot, but I'm still in a good mood." Cat stated, nudging her cheek with the male's hair.

"I can tell." Y/N sighed, giving up on ever hoping to feel freedom again.

"Robbie, you done with that water?" Jade asked, appearing behind Beck and sitting down at the empty spot of the table.

"No," Robbie said, holding the bottle close to his chest.

"Give it to me."

"All right." He passed the plastic bottle almost immediately.

The female took the sip of the drink, but slowly realized the weird gaze that she was gaining from a certain brunette.

"What?" She asked, her voice dripping with venom.

"You're not sweating," Tori concluded before rubbing her hands over Jade's face and Torso.

"Having fun there?" Jade grinned in annoyance.

"How can you not be sweating?" Tori asked.

"I don't sweat."

"Everyone sweats," Tori claimed.

"Not Jade."

"Jade never sweats."

"Why are you so appalled? I don't sweat either." The commotion at the table paused, the residents steadily turning their head to glance at the one who spoke.

"You don't?" Andre asked.

"Nope. Never have and never will." Y/N spoke proudly. Beck looked at the male suspiciously before using this opportunity to touch the taller boy with a somewhat valid reason. He jumped up suddenly and began to repeat Tori's actions. "What the- Beck, stop!"

"Oh my god..." Beck gaped. Low and behold, Y/N's skin was sweat-free.

"And why are you surprised?" Y/N quirked an eyebrow, gaining a shake of the head instead of a verbal answer.

"Anyway, sweating is gross. So I don't do it." Jade explained. Y/N silently agreed with her.

"So, what? You guys are just like... cold-blooded?" Tori asked.

"Jade and Y/N? What a surprise." Rex spoke sarcastically.

"No, the real surprise is that you're still here instead of being thrown into a burning trashcan where you belong." ( ̶M̶E̶) Y/N gritted his teeth and narrowed his eyes into a glare. Jade took a more physical approach as she had grabbed the sunscreen from the table and squeezed a good amount on to the puppet's face.

"Ah! That witch got sunscreen in my eyes! Help me, Rob!" The glasses-wearing teen panicked slightly, snatching a fistful of tissues and using them to wipe off the greasy residue.

"It's okay. Don't fret." He reassured, successfully getting off the rest of sunscreen. "There you go."

"Oh, now my face is gonna tan unevenly," Rex complained.

"What's up amigos?" Andre emerged, instantly gaining looks from the girls. "Amigirls?"

"What's with people popping up all of a sudden? This isn't some stupid highschool tv show where nothing makes sense." Y/N grumbled under his breath before looking up at the open area that seemed to have nothing there. "Oh wait, we are."

̶I̶ ̶w̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶i̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶w̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶a̶k̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶u̶c̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶f̶o̶u̶r̶t̶h̶ ̶w̶a̶l̶l̶

"Anyways, what's all that money for?" Cat asked, turning the attention to the large wad of cash in Andre's hand.

"Me. I set up a kiddie pool over there and I'm charging people five bucks for five minutes" He explained before turning to the direction of the pool, which was placed in the parking lot. "Sinjin!" He called out. "You got three more minutes!"

"Okay!" The said male yelled back.

"Is it true that sweat and pee are like... cousins?" Cat asked innocently.

"You know sometimes I'm thankful that the author made me somewhat normal. You rock, author, though you should really stop being lazy sometimes."

̶L̶i̶s̶t̶e̶n̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶l̶i̶t̶t̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶u̶r̶d̶-

"What now?" Andre deadpanned.

"Man, how long is this heatwave gonna last?" Beck questioned.

"They say 'til Tuesday," Tori answered, exasperated.

"Why would they say that!?" Cat asked, raising her voice in disbelief.

"Oh, you poor thing..." Y/N patted her head gently as he shook his head at her.

"Wow, it's up to 106 in the Valley," Robbie informed the group. Groans erupted from the table at the newly found information.

"Hey, check Venice Beach." Beck inquired.

"Okay. Venice is only 91 degrees."

"Ugh. Let's go to Venice." Tori groaned.

"You guys wanna?" Beck asked the group.

"What, blow off school?"

"I'm fine with that." Y/N confessed.

"I meant Saturday. I could borrow my uncle's pickup, hook it up to my R.V. and we could all hit the beach." Beck explained, not noticing the figure that walked past him the exact moment.

"Let's do it." Y/N answered without hesitation.

"Well, that sounds really cool, man." Andre agreed.

"The beach? I am so in!" A voice screamed out, revealing Tori's older *and obnoxious* sister.

"No, no, no, no, no!"

"Stay away!"

"No."

"Wait a second..."

"I can't wait!" She shrieked, ignoring the group's comments and running off.

"No one likes you!" Jade screeched, but it went unheard.

The table went quiet. Only the groans and grunts could be made out from the loud noise of the other students. The silence continued as they relived their recent experience with Hollywood's dunce. That was until Y/N looked to the side, spotting a certain male, face down into the kitty pool.

"Hey, Andre?" Y/N called for the other singer male of the group.

"Yeah?"

"I think your business is about to be sued or shut down..."

"Why?"

"There's a dead man inside the pool."

Next Saturday, arriving at the beach.

As the trailer swayed from side to side, screams and shouting were coming from the inside. Jade and Beck looked at each other for a split second, contemplating whether or not if they wanted to open the door or leave the others behind so that didn't have to see such a hazard.

In the end, they decided to do the former, thinking that they've already experienced the weirdest of things with their groups of friends. I mean, what could go wrong?

As soon as they turned the handle, the door burst open. A flash of red ran out, speeding past the couple while repeating the same phrase.

"Gotta pee, gotta pee!" Cat screamed as she ran towards the direction of the restrooms.

"Hurry back!" Beck shouted after her.

"Kay, kay!"

"She has the bladder of a squirrel," Jade spoke, looking at the diminishing figure of the redhead. Beck nodded in agreement before walking up the very few stairs that led inside of the R.V.

"Who's ready for beach-...fun?" Beck's statement was slowed down as they both looked at the scene in front of them.

Y/N was laying on the floor on his back. His hands were protectively crossed against his chest as his legs tried to kick off the psycho woman that was forcing herself on top of him. (You know the time that Trina tackled Beck when he and Jade were about to break up? It's kinda like that)

Trina was holding him by the shoulders as her legs were thrashing about. Tori and Andre were trying their best to pry the woman off the poor male by grabbing her legs, but the attempts were futile.

If you looked away from the commotion, you can see in the corner, Robbie holding Rex close to his side on the verge of tears.

"I don't like you! Get off!" Y/N shouted, giving one last final push with his legs to shove the female to the side. Immediately the teen stood up and hid behind the couple that just arrived. He was heaving heavily while his hair was tousled messily. His button-up white top had a few buttons undone, but wasn't too messed up, nonetheless.

"But I'm perfect, you're perfect! We would make the most perfect couple!" Trina screamed with her hands in the air. Y/N shook his head in disbelief.

"What is going on?" Jade asked sternly, eyeing everyone besides the man behind her and Beck. Andre stood up from his place to explain. He too was breathing heavily.

"Well at first, everyone was having a great 'old-time talking with each other. But then, Trina decided that Y/N would be the perfect person to be her boyfriend, and when he declined, she jumped him. I think you can figure out the rest." Andre glared at Trina, who was pouting like a child who had gotten their toy taken away from them.

"I've never been the most scared in my life..." Robbie visibly shuddered as he wiped his eyes, ridding himself of the salty liquid.

The others looked at him unamused before they all began to gather their bags filled with their necessary items.

"Hey, Jade? Y/N?" Tori called out for the two. In response, she gained a soft hum and an exaggerated eye roll. "Does it worry you that you never sweat?"

"No," Jade answered simply.

"Not really." Y/N shrugged.

"But what if one day, all your sweat, like, builds up inside and you just explode?" The brunette asked on.

"I would love that," Jade replied after a second of thought.

"...How did you come up with that?" Y/N looked at the female in disgust, however, he didn't get a reply back.

"All right, it's startin' to get hot in here." Andre cut into the conversation.

"Yeah, let's go." Tori urged.

"Let's hit that beach!" Robbie yelled excitedly.

"This way, people!" Beck directed before grabbing the door handle to push it, only for it to barely move from its place. He looked at the door in confusion before trying it again a couple more times.

"What's wrong?" Jade asked.

"I don't know, the door won't open," Beck explained.

"Just open it." Jade snapped, clearly irritated on how long it was taking.

"Something's blocking the door." Jade's boyfriend rolled his eyes.

"Some idiot parked a huge R.V. right next to us," Tori told the rest after looking out of one of the side windows.

"Whatever, let's just go out the back door." Trina looked at Beck as if that was an obvious solution.

"There is no back door."

"Well, that's stupid."

"I'm getting hotter!" Andre complained loudly as he tugged on his shirt, using it as a makeshift fan.

"Just push on the door!"  Tori gestured to the slab of metal as if it there wasn't a huge vehicle in the way.

"I can't push a seven thousand pound R.V. out of the way." Beck quirked his eyebrow in exasperation.

"Then push harder!" Y/N facepalmed, eyeing the brunette in annoyance.

"How does that make any sense?" Beck questioned, squinting his eyes in frustration.

To make things worse, the group of teens began arguing back and forth, leaving the main protagonist to himself. He stood in the center of the ruckus for a few minutes before finally getting tired of it.

"Guys!" Y/N shouted among the commotion, successfully attaining everyone's attention. "Calm down, alright? Everything is going to be okay."

"Dude, nobody knows we're trapped in this toaster oven."

"Cat just went to the bathroom. She'll be back in a few minutes. Then she can start Beck's truck and pull us forwards so we can get out. Everything will be okay as long as she doesn't get interrupted." Y/N explained, taking the role of the parent of the group once again.

"Good point."

"I freaked out. I'm sorry."

"It's all good."

Little did they know their little red cat had already insinuated herself with a group of boys.

Time Skip~ Brought to you by the reader being f'ing amazing!

"Where. Is. Cat?" Tori panted between words. She was seated on the edge of the bed while Robbie laid on his back, taking the rest of the space.

"She's been gone for twenty minutes," Andre said as he sat on the couch that was placed to the left of the bed.

The teens were now spread out across the R.V. The girls had their tops rolled up, allowing more air to flow across their skin. The boys, on the other hand, were to yet remove their jackets and tops.

"The girl only weighs ninety pounds." Andre sighed. "How much pee can she hold?"

"That's it. I'm calling her." Trina pulled out her phone. "What's Cat number?"

"I already tried."

"No signal." Beck sighed.

"Oh man, I told you all not to get f-mobile." Andre groaned.

"Well, where's your phone?" Tori questioned.

"I left it in my pants and my grandma washed it." Andre pouted, mourning slightly over the loss of his device. "All my contacts, gone!"

"Well, can we at least turn on the air conditioning," Robbie whined, standing up from his spot.

"The A.C. doesn't work unless the truck is running," Beck explained.

"Then go start the truck." Trina intervened.

"Tori... you're related to this idiot?"  Y/N asked from his place on the floor. "Trina, he can't possibly go to the truck, if we're stuck in here!" The teen shouted getting a nod in agreement from the male who was sat leaning on the chair next to him.

"Why did you invite me here?" Trina collapsed onto the bed, now regretting her choice in ever accepting their 'invitation.'

"We didn't!" Tori was quick to defend herself and the others.

"You invited yourself!" Robbie added.

"No one likes you!" Jade screamed her signature phrase. Trina looked at the group offended as she held her head between her hands.

"I'd rather die than be in your presence, willingly." Y/N spoke calmly, though any smart person could feel the dark aura he was giving off. The residents of the R.V. felt a chill down their spine as they looked at each other questioningly. Trina wallowed in her place, the statement having offended her the most out of everyones.

"Don't you think that was kinda dark, Y/N?" Robbie asked quietly.

"No such thing, Robbie. No such thing..." He answered. Robbie glanced at him before analyzing the thermometer.

"You guys, it's 102 degrees in here." He gasped. Andre groaned, taking off his jacket.

"I need a cold drink," Tori spoke up after hearing how they were basically dying in lava.

"Me too." Beck stood up.

"Where are they?" Tori asked in excitement. Realization seemed to have dawned on the male as his face turned into a frown.

"In the truck." He sat back down.

"What are we gonna do?" Trina moaned, her voice rising in pinch.

"CAT!" Tori screamed, thinking as this was the last option.

"CAT!!!" The others, excluding Y/N, shouted along with her. Some even going far enough on banging on the metal walls.

"Oh god."

As the group screamed and cried out for the redhead, she was busy playing with the four males that she met on her way back from the restroom.

Time Skip~Brought to you by NINJA CAT

"This is officially the worst day of my life." Tori murmured, quietly, but loud enough for the rest to here.

"Hah. It's not mine." Y/N chuckled darkly.

"Really? Mine was when I met you." The other's deadpanned at both Y/N and Jade's statement, but mostly the latter's. They were more confused over Y/N's but didn't dare to question it.

"Anyways, how hot is it in here, now?" Andre asked. Robbie sat up from his laying position and looked at the white and red object that was attached to the wall. He groaned in doing so.

"107 degrees." His mouth opened in surprise.

"For so many years, I've prayed to be hotter. This isn't what I meant!" Trina yelled out to no one in particular as her arms extended from her side.

"You can't pray to be hotter if you're not hot in the first place." Y/N snapped at her without a second's notice.

"Well damn..."

"There's parts of me sweatin' that I didn't know could sweat," Andre confessed as he ran his fingers through his damp hair.

"Oh my god..." Tori's eyes widen in remembrance.

"What?" Jade asked in irritation.

"I brought a fan." She managed to get out, gaining the attention of the others. "A battery-powered fan."

"Get it out!"

"Come on!"

"Here it is!" She proudly exclaimed as she pulled out a small pink fan from her bag. Her pleased smile turned into a look of confusion as the others voiced out their thoughts.

"That's your fan?"

"Yeah."

"It's not big."

"It's an embarrassment."

"Guys don't be like that. Although it's... small? It's still a fan!" Y/N tried to lighten up the brunette's attitude.

"Thank you, Y/N." She turns to the male with a grateful grin. "At least someone likes my tiny fan."

Time Skip~
SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKERS-

"At least it oscillates." Jade shakily said, surprisingly trying to bring out the best of the overheated situation.

"I'm still not happy...I'm so hot," Andre complained before looking at the figure laying on the floor beside them. "Y/N, why aren't over here where the wind is going?"

"I'm good. I'm not at as hot as you guys." He reassured with a small wave.

"How the crap are you not hot?" Jade asked, her eyebrows furrowing.

"I didn't say I wasn't hot. The heat isn't uncomfortable to me right now is all." Y/N explained. The others eyed him warily. His white button-up shirt was made out of thick, soft material. It was hard to believe the guy was 'alright', considering that he still kept his top fully buttoned, unlike the others.

"Hey. Hey!" Andre called out, his eyes widening at the waining speed of the fan.

"It's slowing down," Tori announced, watching as the speed slowly decelerate. Seconds later the fan completely stopped, finally running out of battery. The group of six looked at the item in discouragement.

"NO!" Robbie shouted as he grabbed the fan from its placement. His lips turned into a deep pout while his eyes creased downwards. "Work, work! Spin!" He shook the object, as well as turning the blades, the same way they used to do before.

"Robbie. Robbie, stop!" Beck tried his best to calm the geeky teen down. Though, he didn't seem to hear it as he continued his actions.

"No, I need it. I need it! Oscillate! Spin!"

"Robbie!" Y/N spoke up, having decided to take a turn in soothing the boy. Robbie looked at him, whining profusely over the dead fan. "The batteries are dead, you need to calm down, okay?" He rubbed Robbie's arm in an up and down manner. The boy sniffled, but complied, shoving his face into Y/N's chest for comfort.

"I'm extremely hot now," Andre called out.

"We've got to get out of this stupid R.V." Trina voiced her thoughts, gaining an offended look from the owner. "Yeah, offense."

"We at least have to find something to drink." The brunette looked around, trying to find anything that they could consume. The others nodded in agreement before Jade nudged her elbow into Beck's side.

"Your fish tank." She pointed to the glass aquarium.

"Oh, yeah! I forgot about my fish tank." He trudged towards the clear square box.

"Wait. We're gonna drink fish water?" Rex asked. For once, he and Y/N had the same concerns in drinking such nasty liquid.

"Beats dying of thirst."

"Before any of you ask. Beck hasn't washed that thing since he got it." Y/N interrupted.

"How do you know that?" Beck questioned.

"I was there when you got it, you dingus. That tank never looked that clean since the day that we bought it." The male explained himself.

"Huh." Beck let out, realizing that he was in fact correct.

"We can't drink dirty fish water." Robbie groaned.

"Well, if we don't drink something, we're all gonna be just..." Something caught Tori's eyes, causing her sentence to cut off. "Wait. Trina, what are you doing?" The teens directed their attention to the said female. She was suspiciously slouched over her pink bag as her throat bobbed from a swallow.

"What do you mean?" Tori's sister immediately looked up from the recognition.

"Why was your head in your bag?" Tori asked slowly. Her eyes narrowed into a soft glare, already thinking of the possible reasonings.

"It's co-cool in there." Trina stuttered.

"I heard you swallow... Give me the bag!" Tori demanded as she lunged at her older sister.

"No!" Trina held the bag, tightly.

"Give me the bag!" They began thrashing about, both trying to get hold of the pink item. The other six looked at the sister, amused.

"No! No! You can't have it!" The older screamed as she kicked and pushed her younger sister. Unfortunately for her, Tori was able to yank it out of her grasp and back away from arms reach.

She reached inside of the bag and rummaged through it before finally gripping the supposed item that was the start of this whole ordeal. She held it up, revealing a plastic bottle of water.

"Water! She has water!" The group looked at the bottle in disbelief. Y/N looked at it, grinning from the fight that resulted in it.

"Give it back!" Trina shouted in protest.

"You had water this entire time and didn't share with the rest of us?" Tori interrogated.

"If I shared it, I wouldn't have had as much for me." Trina bashfully confessed, gaining glares from most of her 'friends.'

"There's nothing left..." Andre stated after tipping the bottle side to side. He threw the hollow plastic object across the floor. (This bitch empty. YEEET!)

The teens then dispersed. Some sat on the bed while one laid face-first into the carpeted ground. Jade was one of those who sat on the couch.

"Something dripping on me." She said aloud as she gripped her forearm. Beck crawled towards her before putting a hand up to feel if there was a leak from the roof.

"Nothing's dripping." He said, feeling nothing drop onto his palm.

"Yes, look on my arm." She held it out for him. "See? And on my forehead." She ran a hand on her wet skin. "What's going on? What's happening?" Jade began to panic.

"You're sweating." Beck deadpanned.

"No. No, I'm not." Jade refused to come into terms. "I don't sweat. I am not sweating!" She thrashed about.

"Look at me."

"No."

"Look at me."

"No."

"Look at me!" Beck yelled as he grabbed her shoulders and shook her back and forth.

"What!?"

"You're sweating." He calmly repeated. She looked at him, horrified before turning to Y/N who laid on the floor on his stomach.

"Y/N." She called for him.

"Hm?" He responded.

"You better tell me the truth. Are you sweating?" She asked the male sternly. Y/N looked at her strangely before running his hands over his exposed arms and neck.

"No? I don't think I am. Why?" He answered after deeming that there wasn't a drop of sweat that laid upon his skin. He laid back down after a few seconds of silence as Jade didn't bother answering.

Our main protagonist stared at the steel ceiling of the R.V., in deep thought, before letting out a soft chuckle.

"Why are you laughing?" Robbie groaned, sitting up from the bed. Y/N shook his head as he stood up from his place on the floor.

"I-It's just..." He trailed on, not being able to fully form a sentence because of his small fit of giggles. "What if we were stuck in here and the R.V. that was blocking our way was already long gone." He laughed while slowing walking towards the door.

"There's no way." Trina shot the idea down but soon gasped, along with others, as the door flew open from the male turning the handle.

They shouted in glee and ran out of the door, toppling over each other during the process. Andre and Beck immediately headed towards the truck's trunk, where the cold drinks were located. They gave each person a bottle before getting themselves their beverages.

"You know, I would very much like a 'thank you' in saving your guy's asses." Y/N spoke after gulping down a few sips of the cold liquid. The group rolled their eyes at him but gave him a quiet 'thank you' as he requested.

"Wait, what about Cat? Where is she?" Tori asked the others as she looked around, not spotting their female friend.

"I don't know... but I'll go look for her. You guys go have fun!" Y/N volunteered before stripping off his shirt and throwing it to Robbie's face. "See ya!"

The teen ran away, not waiting for his friend's response. He jogged around the perimeter of the parking lot for a few minutes before spotting a head of red.

"Cat!!" Y/N screamed with his hands around his mouth to carry his voice further. Almost instantly, the redhead turned to his direction. That was all the confirmation he needed. He sprinted faster towards her until finally reaching in front of her.

"Hi!" Cat greeted, wrapping her arms around the male in a hug.

"Cat! Where the crap were you? I was worried sick, you can't just go to the restroom and not come back." Y/N scolded her, but all he got was a sheepish grin.

"Sorry Y/N! But I made some new friends!" She gestured to the four guys that were standing behind her. They were all shorter than him, but not by a large margin, though he was still able to tower over them. To be entirely honest, he only noticed them at that moment.

"Ah, I'm sorry-" Y/N began to apologize before one of the guys interrupted.

"No, it's fine! I should've known someone like her would already be dating someone." The guy laughed. Y/N blinked at him, frozen in surprise. The other three nodded their heads in agreement.

"Um, we're not actually to-"

"But I can clearly see why she's dating you, though. I'm not even mad, bro. You have my respect." A different guy admitted. Heat rose to Y/N's cheek as he took the other's statement as a compliment.

"Thanks, but we should really go now. Our friends are waiting for us." The blushing male informed the four. They grinned and gave a thumbs-up before heading back to their parked R.V. a few meters away.

"C'mon, Cat. Let's go!" He grabbed her hand and began to lead her to the others.

"What a day..." He thought.

*PLEASE READ*

Thank you guys for reading! So school starts tomorrow for me (August 25th) and that may sadly mess up my update schedule. I hope it won't, but I can't really determine that at this moment.

Anyways, you guys barely know anything about me. So I decided to give you some info about your beloved, little author. I am going into my freshman/first year of high school as a 14 year old. Exciting, right? Did you guys expect me to be this young, or this old? Please let me know!

Thank you again! LOVE CHU!!
