Bonnie's stomach erupted into butterflies when she listened to the words Theo was saying to her. She smiled widely at him, a blush forming across her cheeks.

Theo couldn't help but place his soft hand over one of her rosy cheeks, he resisted the temptation to kiss her, but couldn't stop his eyes moving from Bonnie's lips and back up to her eyes again. Bonnie took a sharp breath in and stepped back abruptly. She placed a hand over her mouth and ran to the bathroom when the butterflies in her stomach got overtaken by the nausea.

Theo sighed and followed her into the bathroom, making Bonnie jump when he held her hair back and out of her face with one hand and rubbed her back with the other hand. He hated seeing her like this.

"I'm sorry." She muttered, in-between her staggered breaths and retching. "This is so gross."

"It's okay, I just want you to feel better." He told her softly. Theo could hear somebody's footsteps coming down the hall and he hoped to God it wasn't Natalie.

When Lydia's voice came from the bathroom door a few seconds later, Theo let out a breath of relief.

"Oh god," Lydia grimaced at the scene. "I was going to tell you that I was going to make breakfast, but seems like you definitely don't want it."

Bonnie turned to her cousin who stood cringing in the doorway. "The thought of food makes me wanna puk-" Bonnie gagged and stuck her head back in the toilet bowl, nothing was coming up now other than stomach acid but she couldn't stop retching.

"I'll make you something Theo." Lydia turned to him, trying to ignore Bonnie.

"Thank you, but uh, what about your mom?" Theo asked, thinking about how hungry he actually was.

"It's fine," Lydia waved her hand in front of her, "I've explained the situation and she's actually the one that told me to come up here and feed you, so..."

"Cool." Theo shrugged.

"Come down when Bonnie hasn't got her head in the toilet." Lydia half smiled, taking another glance at her cousin then back at Theo. "And when you've put some clothes on." She nodded, raising an eyebrow before turning and leaving the room.

Not too soon after Lydia had left, Bonnie lifted her head and breathed heavily, wiping the tears from her cheeks.

"Maybe some food will make you feel a bit better..." Theo said softly, continuing to rub her back. Bonnie looked at him and half smiled.

"Maybe." She sighed, "But first, I need to shower."

Theo nodded and got to his feet.

"Sure." He nodded, "I'll be on your bed if you need me."

"Thank you." She said, getting to her feet and flushing the toilet. Her stomach ached and her throat felt swollen, she hoped a hot shower would make her feel better.

Bonnie closed the bathroom door and striped down, she turned the shower on and cleaned her teeth while the water heated. She stepped into the shower and was surprised at how much better she felt when the hot water washed over her body.

After her shower, she wrapped a towel around her and left her bathroom, almost forgetting that Theo was there.

Bonnie stopped at her wardrobe and turned to look at Theo, who was laying on her bed, dressed and with his phone in his hand.

"What are you looking at?" He asked, glancing at her momentarily, then looking back at his phone. After a couple of seconds he looked at Bonnie again, his lips forming into a smirk.

"Can you turn around or something?" She asked him, earning a playful whine from Theo.

"I was really hoping you'd let me watch." He informed her. Bonnie rolled her eyes.

"Sorry, not today." She called, "turn around."

Theo sighed, and sat up on the bed, he turned and faced the wall making Bonnie start to dry herself with her towel, her eyes glued to the back of Theo's head.

"I wonder what Lydia's making for breakfast." He pondered.

"Probably what ever you want considering you're my knight in shining armour." She answered, with a smile. Bonnie slipped on a pair of white cotton shorts with lemons on them.

"I wouldn't say that I'm your Knight in shining armour, Bon." He said in a sad tone making her feel many things all at once. Her eyebrows furrowed, but she half smiled at the fact he called her 'Bon.' She slipped on a matching t-shirt.

"Why not?" Bonnie asked him softly as she moved a few steps closer to the end of her bed. She watched as Theo's shoulders slumped.

"I just-" He began, pausing for a short moment. "I'm the reason you got in that state."

Bonnie sighed and moved around the side of the bed, sitting down on it just behind Theo. She wrapped her arms around him gently and realised she was in a really awkward position as she was sat to the side. She rested her cheek against his back.

"That doesn't matter." She told him, his hands reached up to grip at her arms. He shocked her by moving her arms away.

Bonnie moved backwards, her heart pounding in her chest.

"It matters to me." Theo stated. He stood up from the bed and walked over to the window. Bonnie sat blinking doubfoundedly at the wall. "I don't ever want to be the reason why you get that drunk."

Bonnie turned on the bed, not to face Theo completely, but enough so that she could see him. Theo looked at her intently while leaning against the window frame.

"You could have gotten hurt." his voice softened and so did his stance. Bonnie got up from her bed and walked into the middle of the room.

"I didn't though, you helped me." She reminded him, "Which I don't actually think I've said thank you for yet or told you how much I appreciate you. And last night wasn't even your fault. You've already apologised, so can you stop feeling guilty please?"

Bonnie realised as soon as she stopped talking that she'd rambled on, she blushed instantly, seeing Theo's pursed lips snake up into a wide grin.

"What?" She asked quietly, making him shake his head and unfold his arms. He pushed away from the window ledge and smirked at her as he took a few long strides and reached her in seconds. Bonnie was shocked at how close he was to her. He snaked his left arm around her waist and pulled her body against his. His right hand traced over her kneck, his thumb trailing over her bottom lip for a brief second.

"I can't handle how cute you are." He said lowly just before he attached his lips to hers in a slow but meaningful kiss.

Theo pulled away slightly and laughed with a slight giddiness.

Bonnie's heart pounded in her chest, her mind racing. So many thoughts ran through her head. She wondered if she did it right as it was her first ever kiss.

Bonnie couldn't help but worry that it wasn't good enough for him and she was in shock that he kissed her. She loved it so much that she couldn't bare the thought of him not doing it again. She didn't know what to say, so she said the only thing she could think of.

"Cute?" Bonnie asked, her soft voice barely above a whisper, her brown eyes looking intently into his green ones.

"Absolutley." Theo licked his lips before he answered. He looked at her as though he was going to say something else and for a moment he didn't. Bonnie waited patiently for him to speak, so worried that he would say something like 'I can't do this.'

"I want to-" He finally spoke, "I just.." Theo groaned in frustration, "Damn it, I don't know what I want to say so I'll just-"

He cut himself off by attaching his lips to Bonnie's once again. This time, both of them relaxed much more into the kiss. Bonnie followed Theo's lead and moved her lips in time with his.

Bonnie didn't expect their first kiss to be so powerful, yet so gentle. She'd never felt a feeling such as this one and didn't know quite how to explain it.

When the two pulled away from each other, Bonnie blushed and Theo coughed awkwardly as he stepped away from her.

"Should we go to breakfast?" Theo asked as he rubbed the back of his neck with his left hand. Bonnie nodded instantly.

"Mm-hm, yeah. That's a good idea." She agreed, turning on her heels and walking towards her bedroom door. She opened it and turned back to check Theo was following. He smiled at her and was only a few steps behind her, so she continued.

Lydia and Natalie were having a conversation about school when Bonnie and Theo walked into the kitchen. Natalie sat at the kitchen island, a coffee in hand and smiling.

"Good morning you two," She called, "Thank you for bringing her home safe and sound, Theo."

Bonnie sat down opposite her auntie and Theo sat beside her.

"Not a problem," He answered, smiling warmly at Natalie. For a while, Bonnie and Theo couldn't look at each other through the small talk that followed and Lydia was quick to notice.

"So are you feeling a bit better? I can make you a bacon roll.." Lydia said as she placed a cup of coffee in front of Bonnie.

"Yeah, that would be nice thank you. But aren't you still recovering?" Bonnie asked, narrowing her eyes at her.

"I'm feeling much better, I can make you a bacon roll." She informed her, "Theo? Bacon roll?"

"Yes please." He answered, feeling rather special, but slightly awkward at the same time.

"So Lydia told me about what happened last night, and I've already received a call this morning from Josh Diaz's parents, saying he won't be in school for a while as there was a fight." Natalie said, "I wonder how that started."

Theo's body tensed when Natalie spoke, it didn't seem like she knew he was involved as he watched her sip her coffee innocently. Bonnie noticed how Lydia stopped what she was doing and turned to look at the three of them. She saw a look on her face that seemed like worry. But after a couple of seconds she turned back around and continued making breakfast.

Bonnie turned to look at Theo, her eyes narrowing when he glanced at her and looked away immediately.

"Do you know anything about this?" Bonnie asked, "Was there a fight?"

Theo shook his head slowly, he hated lying to her, but felt he had to because he was sitting with the principle of the school.

"Must've been after I left." he shrugged, but Bonnie felt like he at least knew something about it. And so did Lydia.

"Well, it's not like he didn't deserve it after what he was trying to do to Bonnie." Lydia called. Theo smiled and let out a breath through his nose.

"Lydia!" Natalie scolded, "That is not how I brought you up, violence is never the answer."

Lydia turned and faced her mother, a 'really?' look on her face. "Sometimes we should praise those who stand up for other people. You also taught me that actions speak louder than words."

Natalie scoffed and then shrugged,  even though she didn't agree entirely, she knew Lydia was right.

After a short while, conversation started up again between the four. Lydia brought over their breakfast and joined them at the kitchen island.

"You three should go see a movie today." Natalie encouraged.

"I don't want to be third wheeling, thanks mom. You two should go alone." Lydia said, making Bonnie blush at the thought. Lydia laughed lightly, shaking her head at her cousin.

"I don't feel like I can do anything strenuous today." Bonnie informed them, before biting into her bacon roll.

"Going to the movies isn't strenuous." Natalie stated. "I remember when I was your age," Lydia and Bonnie both rolled their eyes. "I was out partying all night and then would be out all day with no sleep. You should go, it will be fun."

Bonnie groaned. "I feel like crawling back to my bed and binge watching a show on Netflix, I really don't want to venture outside today. I feel horrible."

"Well then, that's what you can do." Natalie rubbed her hands together, then looked at Theo. "Theo? Do you have any plans for today?"

Theo gulped down his last mouthful and shook his head, smiling slightly.

"No, I'm free." He said cheerily. Bonnie smiled when they exchanged glances. When she looked back at Natalie and Lydia, they were both smiling widely making her realise she must have looked like the typical love struck teen.

"Perfect." Lydia clicked her tongue. "By the way, being hungover doesn't excuse you from your chores. You can wash up."

Bonnie sighed but nodded, taking another bite of her bacon roll. Theo stood up and began collecting the empty plates.

"No, Theo." Natalie said, standing up as well and taking the plates from his hand. "You're our guest, you don't wash up. And Bonnie, don't worry, I'll do it."

"Mom!" Lydia called in annoyance, "You've never let me off my chores because of a hangover!"

"If by chores, you mean cleaning up the mess made by 50 teenagers the morning after one of your 'small' parties, damn right I've never let you off." Natalie shot back.

Bonnie and Theo laughed as Lydia shrugged then nodded in agreement.

When Bonnie had finished her breakfast, she and Theo headed up to her bedroom.

"I've just started watching Good Girls," Bonnie said as she grabbed her laptop from her desk. "Do you want to see if you like that?"

"Put on whatever you like, it's just nice to be here with you." Theo answered as he climbed into bed. Bonnie got in beside him.

She set up her laptop and after a small amount of explaining what he had missed so far, Theo got really into it. Neither of them realised how close they had gotten to each other, with Bonnie's head resting on his chest, and their legs tangled with each other's under the cover.

Five episodes in, Theo heard soft breathing coming from Bonnie. He realised that she was asleep. He took this as his que to leave. He turned the laptop off and gently moved Bonnie's head off him and onto a pillow as he carefully slipped away. He kissed her on the cheek and left quietly, leaving Bonnie in a deep sleep.
