REEN: Yes , why?
ZOEY: you do know its like 8:15
REEN : and so?......
ZOEY: and the bus leaves at 8:30 , did you forget about our class three days trip ?
REEN: Shit!,thanks Zoey, i'll be right there. Could you please stall?.
ZOEY: KK.
I jump off my bed, run to the bathroom ,i brush and sponge at the same time,i didn't have time for breakfast.so i grab my boxes and headed straight to the car. ''it was good thing i had packed last week . I was around the corner ,when I texted Zoey *almost there how's the stalling ?* and Zoey texted me back * not good the bus leaving *.
Even though Zoey had tired her best ,when i got there the bus was already leaving, so i texted zoey * stop the bus am right behind you *and immediately Zoey saved my ass , i got my bags and got into the bus. When i got in Mrs RUTH; our schools guidance counselor and Professor James; our class form teacher,his the one who planned this three days trip . First were going camping ,then the history museum and lastly the aquarium.
PROF J: ah!, Miss Reen you finally decided to join us.
MRS RUTH: we're sorry dear! that you had to chase after us with your car, but you see our camping spot is given out once were a minute late.
PROF J: which we are already a few mins behind schedule , now will you please take your seat and bus driver get this bus going.
I sat beside Zoey of course.
ZOEY: your so lucky you made it on time , do you know what i had to do to stall, i had to make Jeff pretend he was having a stroke, but when Prof J waved donuts on his nose, he ruined the whole plan. But am glad your finally here now.
REEN: yh! and now the whole class thinks am a late comer .
ZOEY: well, you do always show up to school after morning assembles .
REEN: yes , was the point of an assemble when our principle still makes our teachers read to us the morning announcement every one hour.
ZOEY: yes, they do read it everyone one hour, but if you had paid attention you would have known that our bus time was changed from 9:00 - 8:30.
REEN: okay !point made.
ZOEY: good! now check out this funny video of Jeff trying to steal Sahz' lunch .
After a long ride to our camp site and a few horrible sing-a-long bus songs, from Mrs Ruth and Prof J were finally here.
MRS RUTH: okay! everyone grab your bags and wait here I and Prof J are going to go check us in and get our map to our camping spot ,so stay together.
I really don't get why Americans enjoy camping , i mean you'll think with all their technology , that they would have banned something that wasn't comfortable and easy , i mean they have tech that boils both rice and yam for them ,they even have a tech that peels both fruits and potatoes, you'll think they'll come up with something better then camping, cause in my country have you ever seen anyone camping in the woods ?, we don't go into the woods for reasons you don't wanna know.
SAHZ': Reen, your first camping trip aren't you exited ?
REEN: yes, why won't I be excited about sleeping outside , i mean you ever heard of a Nigerian who camped ?.
JEFF: not really.
REEN: exactly.
JEFF: huh?.
REEN: nothing, just that I've never done this before, so i don't know what to do here.
ZOEY: don't worry about that , am sure Mrs Ruth has a lot of activities planned out for us.
PROF J: alright! everyone follow me.
{ AT THE CAMP SPOT}
Mrs: Ruth : okay! everyone listen up, girls tent on the right and boys on the left ,you all set up your tents and then gather by the camp fire for dinner. Oh and I've a list of activities planned out for you guys . First of, we are going hiking, then a scavenger hunt and lastly a friendly game of capture the flag, boys verses girls. Now set up your tents and get ready for dinner.
REEN: am so glad we don't get to share a tent with Jeff ,especially with all those boiled eggs he had on the way over here .
SAHZ': am just sorry for who ever has to.
{NEXT MORNING}
(Pans banging together)
PROF J: rise and shine, we have a hill waiting for us to climb , so pack up and lets go. Most importantly if we don't leave now our spots gonna be taken.
{MINUTES LATER}
MR RUTH: everyone stay together and remember if you get lost just use your flare gun ,every group has one and be careful with it ,cause you only use a flare gun once.
JEFF: omg, am so tired we've been hiking for hours ,isn't there at least a lunch break ?
ZOEY : Jeff! you do need the work out .
JEFF: very funny Zoe, but if i wanted to workout i would've joined a gym.
ZOEY: yes! that is if you can find the courage to over look the bakery and go register.
SAHZ': In retrospect building a gym right next to a bakery wasn't a very bright idea.
JEFF: thank you Sahz', but aren't you tired?
SAHZ: not really ,am from Egypt this is nothing compared to what am used to.
JEFF: sorry i asked, what about you Reen?.
REEN: well !my last school was on top of a hill so am kinda used to it. But i do want to pee.
ZOEY: don't worry about it Reen, you can go during lunch break.
JEFF: wait there's a lunch break ?, when?.
ZOEY: right now. Mrs Ruth some of us wanna pee and Jeff's about to pass out from hunger and i don't wanna be the one to carry him all the way up that hill.
PROF J: she has a point.
MRS RUTH: okay !everyone will stop here for a quick lunch break , those of you who want to pee your free to go, but don't wonder off . The rest of you come have your sandwiches.
REEN: Zoey i have to pee.
ZOEY: common, i'll take you, i can even be your look out.
As Zoey said, she did take me to a good spot in the woods to pee and she was my look out ,but after peeing Zoey wanted to smoke, so she said that we needed to go deeper into the woods so her smoke wouldn't reach our class.
ZOEY: you want a cigar ?
REEN: no i don't smoke .
As Zoey smoked ,i didn't want to inhale, so i took my ear pods and my phone to listen to some music while i took a walk ,but i think i might have walked a bit too far , i mean to the point i know am lost .

ZOEY: Reen! Reen! Reen! , am through where are you?, and i think lunch break over cause i can hear Prof J banging the pans again,Reen!..............

ZOEY: Sahz' , Jeff ,i think i lost Reen or she's lost ,either way it doesn't sound good.
SAHZ': how can you lose a grown girl?
ZOEY: i wanted to smoke and she didn't want to inhale so she went for a walk.
JEFF: who goes for a walk in the woods , isn't what were doing walk enough.

JEFF: guys, Mrs Ruth packing up. let's just go tell her that Reen is lost.

SAHZ': First off will get detention and i heard that goes on your permanent record.
ZOEY: plus, they'll know i was smoking.
SAHZ: okay! Zoey and I will go look for Reen , Jeff you'll go with the rest of the class.

SAHZ': don't worry Zoey has the flare gun ,plus I've a pic of the map i took from Prof J bag earlier .

REEN: well my mum's a chef for a 5 star restaurant and my dad works in China , so it was either him or our mum and since none of us knows how to speak Chinese .......you get the rest.

SAHZ': we've been doing this for hours now ,you sure she isn't dead yet or even worst maybe the wolves must have gat to her first.

REEN: so Zack ,we almost there?, i kinda missed lunch and am really hungry and i don't wanna miss dinner.

LEO: yes, when you've been on this trip a few times, you'll know where the good stuffs at.
REEN: so can i have some chips?

LEO: you want the chips or not ?
REEN: okay, fine i'll do it.
I walk up to the tree and stare at how high it is .
ZACK: dude , why you gat to make her climb the tree?
LEO: don't you wanna have some fun with her?
ZACK: okay, but if she gets hurt is on your head.
I stare at the tree with my whole body shivering , i realize am not really that hungry so i make a U-turn.
LEO: what's the matter ?, you don't want us to ditch you and you'll have to find your way back on your own, do you?
REEN: no, fine i'll do it.
As i put one foot and one arm in front of another up the tree , i couldn't believe how much of a jerk Leo actually is he knows am hungry yet he plays with my fear of height and worst of all his threatening to leave me in the woods. When am half way through the tree , i had to stupidly look down , then i just froze.
REEN: aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! someone ,anyone, get me down from here .
ZACK: dude she's gonna fall.
LEO: what was i thinking?, she's scared of heights.

ZACK: don't look at me , am not the one who dare her climb the tree ,for a bag of chips even thou i knew she's scared of heights.
