Olivia jerked awake with a gasp, sitting up and panted, relieved to see it was only a dream. She threw her legs to the side and tiptoed out of her tent. The young girl looked around at the starsky and her eyes found Jackson's and Hunter's. She sent up a thought and smiled then her eyes set on the camp which was calm and quiet. In the end, everything had come back in order, the soldiers had been sent away, far far away and the fortress destroyed, as well as the forcefield in between. Shadow had gone back to being simply Pan's shadow and the lost boys had had their wounds treated and their live gone back to normal. Andrew had been pardoned and sent back to his home, where he met back with Amy his friend, who had searched everywhere for him. No one regretted him, he had not been very greeabe to anyone, even though he had done it all to see Amy again.
Tinkerbell had had some time to get completely healed and had freaked ou the first time she faced Olivia but had forgiven her, and they were back on good terms. You could say that all was well. They were however still trying to find Leygin. No one had seen him and he still wanted Pan dead.
Olivia shivered with the cold and entered Pan's tent, quickly tiptoeing to the bed and mounted on it, slipping under the cover.
Pan sat up, awaken at the movement and said quietly.
"Nightmare?
Olivia nodded.
"Yeah... nightmare."
He opened his arms "come here love."
She gladly scooted closer and rested her head on his chest, as his arms wrapped around her. She sighed in content and he kissed the top of her head.
"Good night Peter. "
"Good night love."he responded before whispering.
"You know you don't have to wait for a nightmare to come here right?"
She smiled in the dark and he added with a slight smirk. "Because I would have you here anytime you-
"Goodnight Peter"she cut off shaking her head with a small smile, shaking her head, before drifting off to sleep.
It took some time to rebuild and fix everything, restart a new routine and move on. Though they observed that Neverland grew much more lively, flowers blossomed, birds chirped and animals ran the forest much more frequently now. The sun was almost alway there and these days were happy days. Pan and Olivia continued their lessons to help her control her magic and master it even more. She was not haunted by that night with the serial killers. she did have nightmares but they didn't include Arthur, Alexa, her parents nor her cousins and friends.
Peter pan worked on fixing her broken soul and heart, as she worked on making him happy and mending him as well. For the moment all was calm and peaceful, never mind how cheesy that could sound, it was true. About a week after the big battle, the pirates decided to make an entrance on Neverland and ambushed a group of lost boys, the pirates being led of course by no other than the infamous Captain Hook. As the ambushed boys sent a distress call, which consisted with a small bird they whistled and that flew directly to camp. When it did, Olivia was training with Felix and they both shared a look before running through the jungle and finding the pirates holding the lost boys prisoners just as another group of boys emerged from the jungle and fought fiercely, freeing some of the boys. Olivia and felix jumped into the fight and the young girl noticed a young crew member that she hid spotted the last time the pirate were there. He had started his life amongst the pirates, and was now officially part of the crew. She immediatly made the connection with Hook, knowing he was very attached to the young boy and smirked before approaching him and going in for a duel. That young pirate was well trained but it was clear he hadn't done that all his life. Olivia disarmed him as the pirates started taking over the fight . She jerked her hand forward and the boy hit his back against a tree, his breath knocked out of him and the invisible force made him choke. Hook saw it and flinched.
"No!"he yelled and the pirates turned to the witch with the fiery orange eyes, facing them with a stone face expression. The fighting stopped.
"Did we not make it clear last time Captain? You and your little crew seem to adore that little game of ambush and retire, sadly, we do not exactly share the same taste in fun. I take it the job is not done?"she said tilting her head and Hook glared at her.
"Not yet.
"I hope the 'yet' is true. It would be unfortunate that you should lie, mate." She emphasized the word often used by the captain and taunted "Remember the last time you didn't listen to Peter pan?"
She knew she had hit a sensible nerve and for the moment she didn't care. They weren't in the mood for another chaos.
"I suggest you let my boys go."she warned and Jasper, the young pirate was levitated, choking harder, his face turning purple.
"Okay okay!"Hook exclaimed and the lost boys were freed, pushing away the pirates as they ran back to the other side.
"I recommend caution, Hook. "She added and he frowned. "I'm sure you've had enough losing people you care about. Haven't you? Because next time you cross the line and I'm here to see it, I'll make sure of one thing..."
Her look darkened and Hook gulped but he hadn't expected her to say
"...that Jasper joins Milah in the land of the dead."
His face fell, turning pale shad of white and grey, sick at the memory. Milah was the woman he had loved and who had been taken away from him, brutally murdered infront of him by no other than the Dark One. That's when he lost his hand, and replaced it with a hook. It was from that moment that he became obsessed with revenge against the murderer. Olivia knew how to play mind games, enter in people's minds and turn it against them. It was tricky and worked perfectly. Like then.
"We'll go. And the job will be done.
"Good"she said and let go of Jasper who was instantly taken away by the pirates and Olivia checked her boys worryingly.
"Everyone okay?
"Yeah we're all good. Thanks Liv's."
After that, life went back to calm and peaceful and nothing came to interrupt that for a long long time.. Life went on, Peter pan and his lost boys and lost girl lived their best life in Neverland, enjoying themselves, the hunting, the bonfires, the training and the fact that their leader remained tempered and kinder, as long as Olivia was there to help him fight the darkness inside of him. The love between them never ceased to grow and Neverland had them become more powerful and much more lively.

56 years later.
Indian cries echoed joyfully as the dance proceeded around the fire. The Indian chief watched, satisfied and his eyes set on his two children. Lily and Hawks were talking animatedly with a young girl with very long hair and shining eyes. They stood up to dance and did so, happily and without a care for the world. The night air was fresh and peaceful. Olivia twirled and followed the rhythm, her laugh echoing through the area, fresh and limpid, her eyes gazed at the starsky above her head, so bright and so beautiful she never got too much of it. Her smile never left her face. There was no reason not to be happy. Her life was a pure dream. She had a family, friends, the one she loved and the perfect place to live in. Her smile grew wider as she thought of the pair of forest green eyes always staring at her so softly and that gentle voice whispering to her.
"I love you Livia. I'll always protect you. And no matter what happens, you will always be mine. My lost girl. "
He was her lost boy. In fact, he was her everything. He was the only one able to block the nightmares from coming to scare her at night. He made her happy and so did she make him happy. Peter was waiting for her just now, she knew it and closed her eyes in delight, that feeling of delight, knowing she would be in his arms in a moment, no matter how long they had been together, it never went away. They had grown such a powerful bond, living through so much, losing each other and trying to figure themselves out and who they cared about. Neither of them could ever feel like being separated from the other for long. It'd be insupportable.
She twirled again and inhaled deeply the pure air. Truly all was going perfect...

Peter left the fire and the boys, sliding his flute back to his belt and entering his tent. He just had to wait for Olivia now. A small smile appeared on his face and he sat on his bed before slipping off his shirt, and lying under the blanket with a satisfied sigh. She'd be here at any moment now. Her visits at the Indians was something she very much enjoyed. So he let her be. After all, she was free on this island, he trusted her and knew her well enough to be absolutely sure she would never betray his trust.
Waiting was always so long, until she would come in carefully, but her eye gleaming with joy of the previous feast she had attended to. She would tell every single detail, shaking her lose hair and laughing at the same time. She really was refreshing and a real angel, he thought as he recalled her face looking up to him as the moonlight reflected on it. Her goodness, her beauty everything in her was true and clear like limpid water. Sure they had their fights and grey days, but it always ended up with an 'I'm sorry' and a hug.
Their relationship was something special and strange perhaps, but right. Right, honest and true.
Pan sighed and turned to the side, waiting.

17 years later.
Felix walked in quickly and let out, panting.
"Did you find anything?" Pan shook his head with a glare.
"How could he just evaporate into thin air it doesn't make any sense.
"I know. Go train the lost boys, they haven't had a proper training in weeks. Now go. Felix nodded and started walking out but stopped right before his foot stepped out.
"You know it wasn't real, right? Any of it. "
Pan didn't answer and simply glared at the paper sitting on his desk half hidden by a few scattered books either closed or opened.
"I know Felix. None of it actually happent. It was merely a reminiscence of thoughts, and tricks of the imagination..."
A silence settled between both friends before Felix swallowed and spoke up carefully.
"Let me go there Pan. Let me search and I'll find-
"No. Don't you get it?! We're stuck. Until we can be sure and secure about all this situation, we can't risk it.
"...
"We have to wait. Then we'll find him and burn him down." Pan muttered fiercely.
"Now go train the boys."
Felix exited the tent and gathered the lost boys, checking out their weapons one after the other as they stood in line. He got to Dodger who sent him an inquisitive look to which he just shook his head and was about to speak when they heard exclamation and some commotion was made. The stepped forward and pushed the boys away.
"Hey that's enough! Ben what are you doing. What's going on?"Dodger asked and the newest lost boys seemed angry and confused before Archer spoke up, hesitating.
"Ben...says he wants...."he trailed off, unsure if he should continue or not. Felix frowned and nodded curtly, motioning for him to go on.
Archer shared a glance with Lionel and glanced at Ben who looked down, as if he were ready to cry, and he finished quietly.
"He says he wants... Olivia."
Gasps erupted amongst the lost boys and they all turned to Ben then to Felix who remained expressionless, but anger flashed in his eyes. He grabbed Ben by the collar and growled.
"We are going training, Ben. You know the rules, you know the way. And you know that mentioning her name is forbidden, don't you? "
Ben looked frightfully into his eyes before nodding quickly and tightening his grip on something that caught Felix's eye. He frowned and after prying his hand open be revealed a folded paler, yellowed with time. Felix glared ag the boy and snatched the paper from him.
"Felix please that's mine.
"Nothing is your Ben. It's all for Pan. And this... is not supposed to remain in your things.
"But... she used to sing it for me. Please-
"THAT'S ENOUGH! You broke a few rules today Ben. You'll therefore spend the night in the cage. And if I hear you say anything about... her, even mentioning her name... Pan will take care of you, is that clear?"
The boy nodded fearfully and Felix let him go before motioning with a curt motion of the head for the boys to start heading to the training fields. As he passed by the fire, he dropped the paper holding the scribbled lullaby into the flames and watched it get consumed. He tore her eyes from the fire and gazed at the dark trees and the unwelcoming looking jungle, shrugging his shoulder and not even shivering at the cold wind picking up. Not anymore.
His eyes trailed to the path before him and he walked on, back to the training field, like every day, his shoulders shrugged and his hood hiding his face, a glum expression on his face. But this time, he had to push away the voice softly humming in his head. That voice be could never forget no matter how the person it belonged to was completely absent from anyone's mind now. No more of that.
No more of her...
