Pyrrha POV
We're about to start our battle against Team BRNZ and Port was counting down.
Port: 3...2...1...
Jaune: Come on guys!
Port: Begin!
May, a young girl with light tan skin, dusky rose hair and gray-blue eyes. A red and white jacket over a white shirt with blue tracksuit pants and a distinctive black beanie that covers her left eye. A large black scarf and red canvas shoes.
Brawnz, the leader of Team BRNZ, a young man with dark purple eyes and short hair with his haired slicked towards the left. Wears a top that consists of gradients of gray and purple, scarf, black pants with bronze Kneecaps and a dark purple scarf that wraps around his right leg and black boots.
Nolan, is a teenage boy with messy dark red hairs and pink eyes. A deep sky blue jacket with a black hood and rolled up black sleeves, open over a white shirt with long, rolled up sleeves. A pair of sunglasses with pink lenses hang from his collar. He also wears pair of ripped burgundy jeans, Black shoes and black finger-less gloves.
Roy, a young man with green eyes and brown hair styled in cornrow dreadlocks tipped in gold clasps. He wears a green vest buckled closed on his left shoulder, over a black T-shirt and loose white pants rolled up to his knees. He also wears a pair of fingerless gloves with white armor pieces that were the holsters for his weapon and olive canvas sneakers.
May was running towards the trees while the others charged at us. Brawnz tried to knees me, but I block it with my shield.My spear clashes with Brawnz's claws(weapon, not faunas) making a small shockwave. Then I saw May use her sniper to climb and jump up a tree. Nora tried to swing her hammer at Nolan, but he ducks and moves behind her. May aims and shoots at Ren, but misses and hits a rock instead. Jaune was in combat with Roy and May shoots at him, but Jaune dodges.
Jaune sees where May is.
Jaune: Retreat!
We went to get to cover while Jaune and I blocked the shots until we get behind the rocks.
Pyrrha: What do we do?
Jaune looks up to see all of Team BRNZ except May running to our cover.
Jaune: Spread out! Try to keep moving!
As he said that he blocked an attack from Brawnz claws with his shield.
I was combating Roy while Ren and Nora was fighting Nolan. May shot at Ren, but he dodges But gets hit by Nolan. Ren kicks but Nolan dodges it. Ren then gets hit then electrocuted making him fall.
Nora: Ren!
Nora swings her hammer at Nolan, but he dodges then electrocutes Nora. Nora just smiles at this.
Port: Oho, looks like one of my favorite students, Nora Valkyrie is charging up to use her semblance.
Nolan: What?
Oobleck: Yes, Miss Valkyrie's semblance lets her produce as well as channel, electrical energy straight to her muscles. This allows her to jump explosively into the air, wield her mighty hammer, or in this case, absorb Nolan's attacks and send the young man flying.
Nolan: What?!
And sure enough Oobleck was right. She hit Nolan with her hammer sending him back and crashed in to the rock destroying the rock and sending him passed it. Jaune sees the mountain with a bunch of lightning.
Jaune: Nora! Get to the mountain!
Nora: You got it!
Jaune: Ren, try and distract the sniper!
As he says that, a bullet went past him.
Ren: (sarcastically) Sure, why not?
Nora was climbing the mountain and Roy threw his saws at Jaune, Jaune's shield blocks both of them. But his shield hits him on the head. Roy catches the saws again and strikes at Pyrrha 4 times, but all 4 times Pyrrha's shield blocks all of them. Then Pyrrha combats both Roy and Brawnz. She throws her spear at Roy, but he blocks it and kicks at Brawnz and throws her spear at him. Then strikes Roy with her spear knocking him back and backflips kicking Brawnz.
Ren does as instructed and distracts May. Then he shoots at Nolan. They then got into combat and their weapons clashed struggling for power. Ren then kicks twice hit him on both sides. Ren then gets Nolan and traps him by the neck with his weapons.
Ren: Nora!
Brawnz and Jaune weapon's clash keeping Brawnz away from Nora.
Jaune: Pyrrha, up!
May was aiming at Nora who was still climbing the mountain. So Pyrrha ran and slid underneath Roy and flips over Brawnz so she could jump on Jaune's shield so he could push her up and blocks the bullet just in time, but pushes her back in the process. Nora raises her hammer up in the air, electricity striking the hammer. Nora then turns her hammer to grenade launcher and shoots 5 grenades at a shape of a heart at May, scaring her, but manages to move to a different tree in time. But she jumps off the tree because of to much smoke. And Nora uses her supercharged hammer to hit where the rest of Team BRNZ was creating a crater and knocking the rest back to where May was.
Jaune: This is it, guys! Let's finish 'me with team attacks! Ren, Nora, Flower Power!
Nora: Wait... what?
Jaune: F-Flower Power. That's your team attack name.
Ren: Since... when?
Jaune: Guys, we went over this! Flower Power is Ren and Nora. Ren brings the flower, Nora brings the power.
Ren: How do I bring the flower?
Nora: No silly! Not 'a flower! Flour! Like in baking!
Ren: Why would I bring that?
Jaune: I, uh, no, it's your Symbol!
Pyrrha: So... What are we?
Jaune: Pyrrha!
Pyrrha: Sorry! I just want to make sure it's clearly defined.
Jaune: Pyrrha, you and I are Arkos. It's the thing where we take our shields, remember?
Pyrrha: Arkos?
Jaune: Yea. It's our names put together.
Pyrrha: Right... no, I get it.
Jaune: What, do you not like it?
Pyrrha: No, no, it's... good?
Nora: Mmm, I sense hesitation!
Brawnz: Hey!
Team JNPR: Huh?
Brawnz: What do you think your doing?!
Jaune: Trying to have a team meeting. Thank you very little.
Nora: (angrily) Yea! Team ears only!
Brawnz: (look towards his teammates which they shrug) We're in the middle of a fight!
Jaune: (angrily) And we're in the middle of a conversation! What don't you get about that?!
Pyrrha: Um... Jaune?
Jaune: Yes, Pyrrha?
Pyrrha: I think he means we're ALL in the middle of a fight?
Nora: (sighs) Nora, just... hit them with the hammer.
Nora: Got it...
Brawnz: Wait... What?!
Nora hits all of Team BRNZ and knocks all of them out at once.
Team BRNZ: Ah!
Port: And with that, it appears Team JNPR wins by knockout, literally. Can someone goes and make sure they're ok?
Oobleck: Ah, well, Vacuo fans are sure to be hurting after that one, but this next round will have them on the edge of their seats.
Port: Team NDGO (indigo) of shade is certainly a crowd favorite. But these lovely ladies are going against some of the testosterone filled teammates we seen so far. I'm of course talking about Team SSSN (Sun)! Sun Wukong and his Team are certainly a force to be reckoned with. And although he'll be represented the Mistral academy of Haven, I'm sure his friends and family back in Vacuo will be cheering him along.
Y/N POV
Y/N: Come on Ryoko. Let's go congratulate Team JNPR.
Ryoko: Yea.
Y/N: Are you guys coming?
Ruby: We'll watch Team SSSN battle. We'll meet up later.
Y/N: Oh, well see ya.
RWBY: Bye.
We see Team JNPR walking out of the arena
Ryoko: Hey guys!
Nora: Oh, hey Y/N, Ryoko!
Jaune: Where's the rest of the Team.
Y/N: They stayed to watch Team NDGO and Team SSSNs battle.
Pyrrha: Oh.
Ryoko: If I didn't know better, I would say that hammer was on par with Y/N
Nora: Believe it or not, Pyrrha is the only one that could actually handle Y/N.
Y/N: I'm not THAT strong.
Ren: You're underestimating yourself Y/N. You took down all 4 of Team ABRN yourself.
Y/N: Yea. But I wouldn't have if Ryoko and Weiss didn't give me that boost.
We then heard port talking.
Port: Looks like Team SSSN moves on to the doubles round. You know what I'd call that victory?
Oobleck: Shocking?
Port: No, well earned. What you said is stupid.
Y/N: Well, Team SSSN moves on.
I then see atlas ship coming in.
Y/N: Oh, you have got to be kidding me.
Ryoko: What is it?
Y/N: Let's just call it an "unfriendly rivalry."
