A/n: Hey guys! How would you feel about me writing a prompt list to create more ideas for chapters? I have a board on Pinterest absolutely filled with them, but I think I'd use them more if I actually write them down and allowed you guys to pick ones you like too. Just and idea.
Word count- 1304 words.
Enjoy~
Keith's POV?
"I'm telling you, she's bad news because she's a Slytherin," Allura said to Keith, who was talking about you.
It had been the same for weeks now, ever since Keith had told them about you. There was an unwritten rule saying that Gryffindors and Slytherins were supposed to hate each other, but that just wasn't the case between you and Keith. You were sweet and kind and caring—things that a Slytherins weren't "supposed" to be. Or at least, that's what Gryffindors thought, just like his friends at the moment.
"And I'm telling you, she isn't like the rest of them," Keith insisted. "She's sweet and caring."
"And the most powerful witch in our year," Hunk added. "Which is usually associated with-"
"Slytherins. Yes, I got it." Keith clenched his fists in frustration, but unclenched then as he took a deep breath. "I know we are supposed to hate each other, but that just isn't the case."
"Well, she isn't welcome here," Allura said.
That was it for Keith. He gripped his wand in fury, knuckles turning white, but the shocked look on his friends faces brought him back. He couldn't hurt his friends, so he ran out of the Common Room instead.

A few minutes later he found himself in the courtyard. All of this just because of the stupid rivalry between Slytherin and Gryffindor. Sure, there were many of them that he hated, but he had a reason to, not just because they were in the house that they were in. Getting to know you allowed him to see that all Slytherins weren't cruel, cold and heartless.
Someone placed a hand on his shoulder. He didn't have to look up to know it was Shiro. "What do you want?" He asked Shiro. He couldn't help but be a bit happy to have him in his presence, despite the argument he just had. Shiro was like a brother to him, always there for him and always knowing what to say.
"I just wanted to see if you were okay," Shiro said.
"Well, I am," Keith said. "No need to worry."
"Keith," Shiro said deeply, showing he was aware of Keith's true thoughts. "I know you, and I know that you're mad."
Keith sighed. "I just really love her." Unlike the rest of his friends, Shiro smiled at Keith's love for you. He didn't care what house you were in, because you made Keith happy.
"Then you need to let them see the side of her you can see," Shiro suggested.
"Thanks, Shiro," Keith said, immediately feeling better at his older friend's words. He looked over to Shiro to see him with a look on his face that read, 'I mean now.'
Keith got up and headed to the Slytherin Common Room, knowing that you were most likely there at the moment.

He arrived a few minutes later. Anyone else would have called him crazy, but Keith didn't give a damn. So, he knocked on the Slytherin Common Room door. When no one answered he started to bang his fist furiously against the door.
A moment later it opened with a snap, and an annoyed looking Slytherin stood behind it. "What's the deal?" He asked. He looked down at Keith's robes and sneered. "Gryffindor."
Keith cast aside the comment. "I'm here for (y/n), (y/n)(y/l). Can you get her for me."
The boy smirked. "Yeah, I know her. But why would she want to talk to you?"
"Can you please just get her for me?" Keith said. The words were kind, but the tone definitely wasn't.
"What's in it for me?" The boy asked.
"I won't hex you," Keith said. "I just learned a really nasty one where-"
"Whatever, Gryffindor," he said. "I'll get her for you, but just some words of advice; never threaten someone on their own property. I'll hex you next time." The boy slammed the door in Keith's face.
A few minutes later the door opened up. You stepped outside with a look of confusion on your face, but it disappeared for a moment when you saw him, but it then returned when you wondered why he was there. "Keith? What are you doing here?" You asked.
"I came to get you," he stated.
"By knocking on our door?" You said it like he was crazy and laughed. "It's a good way to get killed—a Gryffindor on a Slytherins turf!"
"I know. I figured that out."
"Okay, well, what do you need?"
"I want you to meet my friends."
"Oh."
He gave you a small smile, but before he could talk you cut him off.
"Just let me break this down for you," you said sarcastically. "Your friends; Gryffindors, hate my guts because I'm a Slytherin. Those friends?"
He sighed. "Yes, (y/n)-"
"Ding, ding, ding! I'm a winner! Why should I be meeting them, then?"
"Because they need to know that you aren't like the rest of the Slytherins." He grabbed your hands.
You rolled your eyes and smiled. "And what? Am I like a Gryffindor; obnoxious, impulsive and stupid?"
He laughed slightly. "Okay, I think you're being a bit dramatic."
"I'll stick with being a Slytherin, thank you very much," you said.
"What? Sarcastic, loud and salty?" He asked, jokingly referring to you.
"Point taken."
"If anything goes wrong you can hex them."
"Now, that is tempting."
"Please," he said softly, "for me."
You bit your lip as you thought it through. "Fine," you eventually said, "but you better be serious about the hexing part."

A few minutes later he was walking you up to the door to the Common Room, which happened to be a painting of a large lady. "Is it really a good idea to be bringing a Slytherin to your Common Room?"
"Don't care. Voltron," he said the password to the painting. It opened up besides the lady's protests.
The moment you walked into the room everyone's eyes were on you, looking at you with either a look of shock or disgust. "Not a word!" Keith said to them. The Gryffindors either left or turned back to whatever they were doing, all except a few, who were walking towards the two of you.
"What is a Slytherin doing here?" A girl with white hair and dark skin asked.
"Allura, calm down," Keith said.
"You brought her in here! The Gryffindor Common Room!" She fumed.
"Allura!" Keith snapped, but immediately calmed down. "Please, just give her a chance."
Allura looked between you and Keith, glaring daggers at the both of you. "Fine!" She huffed. "But I'm not promising anything."
"Either am I," you said with a smirk, "because I will hex you."
"I like her," a short Gryffindor with glasses said. "She has spunk."

You never thought that you would ever become friends with a group of Gryffindors, or even less so, get in a loving relationship with one. But you did, and they were the closest friends you had ever had. They learned to look past the color of your robes and to what was inside, just like Keith had done from the beginning. The Slytherin girl really did have a heart, and not all Gryffindors were hotheads who opposed change.
