I packed up all the equipment a put it back in the lab. When I was on my to the stairs I stopped in front of the cell. I looked down towards his arm, the jackets sleeve was covering it but still I could see blood stains. I couldn’t tell if he was sleeping or not because of the glasses.
“Who shot you?”
“I did.”
What he, he shot himself?! Why??
I grabbed some bandages and opened a small camouflaged door leading to the cell.
“What are you doing?”
“Helping.” I grabbed his arm and rolled up the sleeve, it was pretty bad. I must have gave him a look because he told me that's nothing compared to previous battles.
“Yeah no kidding.” I say looking his arm, he has so many other scars and bruises. “Sheesh, what do you do, play with wolves?”
“Something like that, compared to wolves way worst.” He mumbled the last part. “So guess no school tomorrow.”
“Tracy will probably come down to talk to you. If you really are innocent then I’d tell her everything you know. And don’t be trying to escape from the door I just used it but it won’t work for you.” I could have swore I heard him ask what door, but how couldn’t he know I used it right in front of him.
Maybe I just need sleep, that's all.
I climbed into bed Aundunm at my side, “Goodnight.”
“Goodnight.”
I stripped off my pajama shirt and put on a green shirt it had flowers and blossoms on it, my favorite! I put on some jeans grabbed my backpack and headed to the kiten.
“Get em’ while they're hot!” Say Maddie, it looks like she made citemmonrolls this time.
“At least she lost the horn.”
“Trumpet, not horn and if your requesting that's how I wake you up tomorrow reset granted.” She smirked and I laughed as Hunter played herself.
I grabbed a morning bun and was shocked how good it taste.
“You should make your way to school before your tardy.” Says Tracey.
“Right, let’s go!” Hunter says shoveling more gooey goodness into her mouth as we off headed to school.
