Open Picsart, and add your faceclaim to your appropriately sized cover, and add any effects you want.
Click 'Beautify,' which should lead you here.
Click 'Eye Colour,' and adjust the little circles to fit your faceclaim's eyes. Adjust the opacity and colouring.
