Jaiden POV
Worst. Week. Ever. No kidding. Everyone at school hates me. Rumors have been going around about me. I guess I could stand that but I cant stand the fact that Liam hates me and won't even dare look at me. I ignored him too, remembering what Harry said and wanting him to be safe. if only Liam knew how I was trying to protect him. And worst of all, it's Friday. Which means Harry will be back in my life once again. This really sucks.
I walked in school, noticing people stare at me like they have been for the last couple of days. I tried to ignore the stares and walked strait to class. I was the first one in class so I sat in the very back and waited for the class to start. This is going to be a long day.
_______________
"What a loser." I ignored the comment as I walked in the lunch room. I looked around trying to find a seat but my eyes landed on something else. I looked at the popular's table to see Gaby sitting down on Liam's lap. Well it's nice to know that he got over it quickly.
I tried to ignore it and walked to an empty table in a corner. I sat facing everyone else and started eating my sandwich. As I was eating I saw this girl walk in with long dark brown hair. She was beautiful but today was the first time I saw her here. Must be new. She walked strait to my table with a giant smile and sat right across from me. I stared at her confused as she started eating, pizza?
"Hi." She smiled at me between bites as I stared at her surprised. She for sure did not hear the rumors around here.
"I'm Chloe." She stuck her hand out across the table for me to take. I stared at it for a while before looking up at her.
"You must be new." She smiled and nodded, still sticking her hand out.
"And you must be Jaiden." I stared at her surprised. This is not creepy at all... "I heard a lot about you and it's only my first day!"
"Doesn't surprise me." Her smile faded a little but her hand still stayed there, waiting. Isn't she tired of holding it up? "But if you heard about me, why are you sitting here?"
"Rumors are rumors, right? And I cant judge without knowing you. I'm new and need some friends so I chose you. Now, can you please shake my hand because I feel like it's about to fall off." I smiled as I shook her hand and she let out a sigh of relief.
"What's your deal Chloe?" I asked. She looked at me surprised and confused at once. "My deal?"
"Yeah like why are you here and who you are." She nodded as she understood. She went back to her food and took a couple bites before answering.
"You know, the typical. My dad got a job here so we had to move and here I am. And for who I am, typical again."
"You dont look typical." She looked up at me smiling but went back to her food right after. We talked a lot, getting to know each other. She was such a nice girl, she could be a really nice friend. All of a sudden she whispered will looking down at her now empty plate. " I have so many questions for you."
"Then ask away." I smiled at her preparing myself for anything, and good thing I did.
"I want to know about that guy everyone is talking about, that how you were all after him for drugs and all. I want to know the whole truth." I let out a sigh. Should I really tell her? Oh fuck it! Sorry for the language by the way...
"His name is Harry. I don't really know him. He just keeps saying that I'm his and stuff. He creeps me out but at the same time, I find myself thinking of him all the time and wanting to be with him. It's just so weird." She nodded as I talked. I looked down, feeling embarrassed about my feelings.
"Do you think I'll be able to meet this Harry guy? Make sure he's okay for you?" I looked back at her and nodded. I felt so comfortable with her, like I've known her forever.
"He's picking me up after school, you'll be able to meet him then." She nodded and smiled before finishing her food. I smiled to myself realizing I might have found myself a real friend.

"Wait for me!" I screamed to Chloe as she ran in front of me. School just ended and she was a bit too exited about meeting Harry.
"It's not my fault that you're so slow. Hurry up or he's going to leave without you." I rolled my eyes. Harry wouldn't do that and I knew it, but she didnt. I ran out of the school doors behind her but bumped into her back. Chloe stood there staring at something in the parking lot. I looked to see what it was and of course Harry was there leaning on his car waiting. He had his hair pushed back with an american flag bandanna. He smirked upon seeing us and I rolled my eyes once again.
"Stop starring. He just noticed us." Chloe snapped out of her daydream as I started walking towards him. Chloe ran up to me and looked between us confused as Harry leaned off him car, still smirking at me.
"That's Harry?" I nodded as we got closer. She whispered a small 'woah' as she stared at him. I stopped in front of him, looking up at his tall figure. He put his hands on my waist as he bent down to softly kiss my cheek.
"Nice shirt babe." I looked down to see that I was wearing his hard rock cafe shirt from the other day. It still smelled like him so I felt like I had to wear it. I tried to hide my face as I blushed and he softly laughed as he pulled me close to him so I could hide my face in his shirt.
"Umm hi, I'm Chloe." Harry looked at her surprised, only noticing her now. She stood there with her hand stuck out while smiling, just like she did with me. Harry looked down at me unsure and I nodded. But even with that he wasn't sure.
"Must be new in town." He looked her up and down with a frown. At least I know he's not checking her out. She stood there with her hand still stuck out as she nodded nervously.
"You must be Harry." Harry stared at her a bit before looking down at me while I was still in his arms. I shrugged and smiled. I knew how Chloe was and I only met her today.
"You should really shake her hand because she won't be putting it down anytime soon." Harry nodded and shook her hand quickly before putting his arm back around me but still slightly smiled at her. We both stared at Chloe confused as she laughed pretty loud which made people stare at us so I pulled away from Harry and crossed my arms over my chest, still staring at Chloe.
"You guys are exactly the same! You answered the same things." I smiled realizing she was right. How weird is that. Harry chuckled a little before looking around glaring at everyone giving me dirty looks. "Why is everyone giving you looks Jaiden?"
"Rumors." I simply answered looking down. I hated knowing everyone thought of me as a drug addict. The world is so lucky to have people like Chloe who doesn't judge like that.
He looked around and walked off but not before softly telling me, "Stay here."
I stayed there shocked as he walked off. Just walk away then Harry. It's totally okay.
"Umm, Jaiden?" I looked at Chloe as she bit her lip while staring behind me. I looked at her confused but looked behind me. Liam was pushing himself against his car with Gaby standing beside him with an annoyed look on her face. And then right in front of Liam stood Harry glaring at him, talking. I guess I should be thankful that he isnt hitting him. I bit my lip as I looked back at Chloe. We stayed silent as she stared behind me. After a while, Harry came back and grabbed my hand.
"It was nice meeting you Chloe but we have to go." She nodded before waving at me. I waved back as Harry opened the door of his car for me and I got in. I waited for him to get in and start the car then leave the school parking lot. I looked out the window in silence, watching all the stores and houses pass by but after a while I couldn't bare the silence anymore. "Where are we going?" I asked.
"Movie theater. I hope you like movies." I nodded without looking at him and laughed a bit. I knew he was going to ask why but I beat him to it. "Going to the movies is pretty typical."
"We can go somewhere else." I looked at him and shook my head quickly. "I like the movies. Makes me feel normal." He nodded, still looking at the road in front of him. Just a couple minutes after, we stood outside the big building with movie posters outside. We walked in and went to the counter to get our tickets. I looked at all the movies being presented at the moment wondering what we were going to see. The worker was a young looking boy, maybe a year or two older. He smiled brightly at me, showing his teeth. I couldn't help but smile back at the blond boy standing in front of me.
"Hello. I'm Jake. How may help you?" He stared at me as he talked, ignoring Harry's presence completely. Harry put his arm around me, pulling me closer as he glared at Jake.
"What would you like to go see Jaiden?" He looked down at me as i looked at our options. "Captain America!" I exclaimed excited. I was always a big fan of super heroes. Harry smiled down at me then looked back at Jake.
"Two for Captain America." Jake nodded and gave us our tickets. I thanked him as Harry gave him a cold stare while pulling me away. "Nice meeting you Jaiden." I turned around and smiled at him. "Nice meeting you too Jake."
We walked to room 5 where the movie was being held. The room only had a small family and a group of teenagers all closer to the front so me and Harry sat in the back. He sat down and stared at the blank screen in front of us, ignoring me. I sat beside him in silence and tried to grab his hand but he just pulled it away and crossed his arms. I frowned and was about to ask him what was going on but the movie started so I looked back at the screen to watch the movie.
The movie seemed longer then it was because of the tension. I tried breaking it by putting my hand on his knee and his arm, anything but he still pulled away and ignored me.
We walked out the room in silence as the family and teens talked together about the movie loudly. As we walked to the front doors in silence, I saw Jake coming our way so I smiled up at him. Finally someone who will actually talk to me.
"Hello Jaiden." Jake stopped walking as he smiled at me, I doing the same. "Hi Jake."
"How was the movie?" He asked, ignoring Harry who just stood there, hands in his pockets, giving him looks.
"It was great! I loved it!" I exclaimed feeling exited about the fact that I just saw Captain America. Jake chuckled at my sudden outburst. "Did you see Thor?"
"No but I'm dying to see it." The movie came out on DVD about a month ago but I never got the chance to see it.
"I'm a big fan of the avengers and I have the movie at my place. Maybe you could come over someday to watch it with me?" He asked. I squeaked and accepted the invitation. We exchanged our numbers then said our goodbyes since he had to go back to work but he promised he would text me later. I walked out the doors with Harry still ignoring me. It surprised me when he didn't open my door. I frowned as I got in the car with him.
No need to say that the car ride back home was silent and awkward. Harry ignored me while I tried talking to him and making small conversation. I gave up at one point and just looked out the window.
We arrived at my place in only minutes. I let out a sigh and looked back at Harry but he looked out the window avoiding me. "Will I see you tomorrow?" I asked but no response. I went to open the car door but stopped and turned back to Harry frowning.
"What's wrong with you tonight? Why have you been ignoring me like that? I even tried to make a couple moves on you and you completely ignored them." I spoke loudly making sure he would hear me. I got a bit excited when he finally looked at me, his green eyes staring deep in my blue ones.
"I hope you have fun with Jake." He said coldly and looked away again. I frowned at him. What?
"What do you mean?" I stared at him confused as he laughed evilly, then looked at me again, eyes dark with anger.
"I'm not stupid Jaiden. You guys were obviously flirting and right in front of me. I don't know what you don't understand in the fact that your mine but I'm tired of trying! Just go have a happy life with mister perfect!" He screamed at me then looked back in front of him, griping his steering wheel. I stared at him surprised but grew mad. Right when I'm starting to like the idea of being stuck with him, he wants to let go?!
"Are you kidding me Harry? We were just being nice, you should learn to do that sometimes. And I would choose you over him any day! I can't believe your ready to give up on me." He kept staring in front of him like he didn't hear anything. I shook my head in disbelief. Our first fight and we're not even together. I opened the car door and got out. Before closing it, I bent down to look at him one last time. "Goodbye Harry."
I closed the door and stomped up to my front door. I walked in and noticed that my mother had fallen asleep on the couch. I pulled a blanket over her before running up to my room. I didn't bother getting undressed as I lied down in bed. I pulled up Harry's shirt that I was wearing to my nose and smelled it. I still can't believe he's mad at me for that.
I got a text from Jake but ignored it, deleting his contact instead. I lied down in bed, staring at the ceiling as I felt tears invade my eyes. I squeezed my eyes shut, not wanting them to escape. Why was I making such a big deal about this.
My thoughts were interrupted as I heard a knock on my, window? I stood up slowly and walked over to my window, confused. I opened my blinds and there he was, staring back at me. I never thought I would be this happy to see him. I opened the window with the biggest smile on my face.
"Harry I'm-" I was cut off by soft warm lips placed on mine. I didn't waste anytime to respond and put my arms around his neck. I smiled in the kiss as he did the same. I felt like my whole body would erupt in a huge firework.
We kissed for a while but had to pull away for air. He lightly placed his forehead on mine as we tried to catch our breath.
"I'm sorry Jaiden." I looked in his eyes and I could see he felt bad about it, and I did too. "No it was my fault. I should've never gave him my number."
"Be mine." He stared at me with pleading eyes, like I would refuse. I smiled and pecked his lips sofly. "Of course Harry." He smiled, a real smile as he kissed me again. He pulled away and kissed my cheek before climbing down my window. "I'll text you."
"You don't have my number." I giggled as I watched him slowly walk on our garage trying to make as less noise as possible.
"Actually, I do." He winked at me one last time before jumping off. I looked to make sure he was okay and I had my answer when I saw him walk over to his car and leave. I closed my window and blinds, then slowly went back to my bed to lie down. I bit my bottom lip as a realized,
I'm his and I like it.
