"Will you be my boyfriend?" I blurted out not even realizing what I said until a moment later and covered my mouth.
"I'm sor-" I began
"Yes"
"W-what?"
"I will be your boyfriend"
A smile spread across my face and a tear streamed down my cheek before I was pulled up abruptly.
"I love you Y/N" Baekhyun started. I just stared into his beautiful eyes not realizing how close are faces where, until reality hit me and I pushed away.
"I want to go on an adventure" I said softly staring at the ground
"I want to see things I never have before, before it's too late..." I trailed off looking down and then back up again into his eyes.
"I want to do it with you"
Baekhyun smiled softly, grabbing my hand and leading me to the window that looked out to the empty fields behind my house.
"Lets run away for a day, we'll be the only people in the world darling~" he cooed with a small smirk.
I grinned at him before elbowing him softly, opening the window and climbing onto the roof.
"Y/N I want you to know"
Baekhyun started. I turned around and gave him a confused look.
"I-i just want you to know what I love you with every inch of my being and even if you only have a week left-" he stopped and let a small sob escape his lips.
"Even if you only have a week left I want to be with you, forever and even after that" at this point he was drowning in tears. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around his neck.
"You would think.." I started as I lifted my head up to his ear.
"That a girl who was sick and dying would be in bed right now wanting to kill herself and sobbing her eyes out, but here I am baby. I'm here with you physically for now but I'll always he here" I said taking his hand and placing it over his heart.
"As long as your heart is still beating and you're breathing I'll always be here with you" I said smiling as my eyes welled with tears.
I pulled away from his warm body and placed a tender kiss onto his perfect lips. He kissed back softly, as we both tasted the saltiness of our tears coming together in the kiss. He ran his fingers through my hair before pulling away from the kiss and putting are bodies closer together.
"Baby girl.."
"I'm gonna rock your world"
He said in a husky voice before lifting me up and carrying me bridal style down into the treehouse i haven't been in since I was young.
He sat me down on the old sleeping back and whispered.
"Do I have your consent?"
I was overjoyed but didn't let it show, I nodded my head softly.
"I'll be gentle, I promise "
