You sighed in a tired manner as Amelia stomped her foot and huffed.
"But moooooooooooom...!" She whined in her squeaky five year old voice.
"Amelia, I said no. Now let's go you're causing a scene." Amelia refused to move from her spot.
"I don't wanna. Get me cookies or I'll throw a fit." Your eyes hardened.
"Jesus Christ! I've had long fucking day and I'm not going to to put up with your shit! You either go willingly or I'll take away your tv privileges and I'll put back the astronaut figurine." She makes considerably and stood next to you, huffing indignantly and making sure to stomp her feet. "Thank you, sweetheart."
"Yeah whatever." She grumbled, glaring at the ground. You sighed and bent down to her height.
"You know I don't like having to threaten to take away your stuff, right?" She nodded slightly. "Does that mean I'm forgiven?"
"Yeah, you are, mommy." You hugged and kissed her head.
"Alright. Now let's go, Alfred's coming over for dinner tonight." She gasped, smiling brightly.
"Alfie's coming over?! I can't wait! Are you two going to get married?!" You laughed.
"No, Amelia. We're not getting married."
"Does that mean I can marry him?" You laughed again and ruffled her hair.
"Maybe when you're older, but don't you have a thing for that Italian boy down the street? Lovino, was it?" You teased, watching as her face turned bright red.
"W-well, so what if I do?!"
"Then you can't marry Alfred." She whined slightly and pouted.
"Fine. But only because Lovi's cuter." You smiled and ruffled her hair before guiding her to the check out isle and buckle her into her car seat once you're out of the store.

"Are you gonna marry mommy?" You nearly do a spit take and cough for a second after swallowing the water you had in you mouth. You look at Alfred apologetically.
"I'm sorry about her, she's been on this thing that has to do with marriage and I don't know where it came from!" Alfred laughs and waves his had dismissively.
"It's alright! I don't mind and if you want to get married, I'm totally up for it!" You blush and silently thank Amelia. You wouldn't mind marrying his sexy ass.
