School Outfit ^^^

Almost catching her off guard, Manic hopped over the couch and ran straight into his twins arms. Lola held onto his neck as he cried into her shoulder. "I didn't think I would see you here," he muffled, pulling back. Lola chuckled a bit, noticing his new haircut. She pulled at a strand of his black hair. "You actually cut your hair, Jojo."

Manic smiled, wiping his tears away. "I know...I thought that since I'm here, might as well let go of the hippie locks."

"I liked the hippie locks, for your information." She joked. The twins shared a laugh together for a minute. Something neither of them ever had in a while. Manic turned to the guard. "Can I show her around?"

The guard nodded. "Remember, medicine in thirty minutes." He said in a gruff voice before walking off. Lola frowned a little at him. "He seems friendly."

Manic shrugged. "Eh, he's okay, but how did you get here? I'm sure mom and dad didn't let you."

Lola rolled her eyes. " I don't want to talk about them at all right now."

Manic frowned, he could tell something was going on. But he couldn't blame her for being mad at them. He was, as well. But that was another conversation for another time. Now, he was happy his sister was here with him.

"Well, I have something to show you," he said with a smirk. "I know it will cheer you up."

"Hey," Jughead said, walking up to Archie, seeing as he was in Pops before he was. Archie, looking from the table top, gave him a strained smile. "I would ask if you've seen Lola but...." he trailed off, jokingly noticing the hand mark on his face. Archie rolled his eyes, not really in the mood for jokes.

"What about you?" He shot back. "She avoided you like the black plague all day today....trouble in paradise?"

"You seem to forget that you caused that," Jughead argued back as he sat across from him in the booth. "And I know I'm in boiling water with her.... I shouldn't have been mad at her, I mean, she didn't know about my dad and.....living situation."

"Which you can still live with me, Jug," Archie pressed on the same idea he gave him just that day. Jughead sighed, not wanting to be a burden to him.

"But you're gonna have to tell Lola, also."

It was then that Jughead looked at him as if he had four heads. "If I told you I didn't want Betty or Ronnie to know, what makes you think that I would be okay with Lola knowing? What would she think of me then?"

Archie chuckled humorlessly, shaking his head a bit. His friend was too dense to see how even a beautiful girl like Lola didn't care about what he had or didn't have. Sometimes he felt like Jughead was taking her for granted.

"You honestly think that Lola cares about anything like that?" He asked rhetorically. "That girl is most likely in love with you, she didn't care about your social status or anything, she's not gonna care about where you live and you dad. Tell her soon or you'll have much more to deal with."

"This is the piano room they let me use," Manic said as they entered a big room with a big window and a grand piano in the middle. Lola looked around as he sat at the piano. Lola slow,y walked over to him. "You know, for a mental asylum, this seems like a hotel resort."

Manic chuckled. That was something Jughead told him. "Yeah, an asylum for the psychos. But wait until the meds, it sucks."

Lola giggled, sitting next to him. She pressed random keys on the piano softly, getting herself familiar with it. It's been so long since she played. "You remember that song I would sing to you when you were sad or just needing some type of comfort?" Manic asked quietly. Lola nodded, not looking away from the keys. She remembered always.

"Yeah," she mumbled.

Manic laid his head on her shoulder. "You think you can sing it for me? I'm feeling very homesick right now..."
Lola sighed, looking at him for a second before playing the notes slowly. She sung the words softly as Manic fiddled with his fingers.

There was a time when I was alone
Nowhere to go and no place to call home
My only friend was the man in the moon
And even sometimes he would go away, too
Then one night, as I closed my eyes
I saw a shadow flying high
He came to me with the sweetest smile
Told me he wanted to talk for awhile
He said, "Peter Pan, that's what they call me
I promise that you'll never be lonely, " and ever since that day
I am a lost boy from Neverland
Usually hanging out with Peter Pan
And when we're bored we play in the woods
Always on the run from Captain Hook
"Run, run, lost boy, " they say to me
Away from all of reality
Neverland is home to lost boys like me
And lost boys like me are free
Neverland is home to lost boys like me
And lost boys like me are free
He sprinkled me in pixie dust and told me to believe
Believe in him and believe in me
Together we will fly away in a cloud of green
To your beautiful destiny
As we soared above the town that never loved me
I realized I finally had a family
Soon enough we reached Neverland
Peacefully my feet hit the sand
And ever since that day
I am a lost boy from Neverland
Usually hanging out with Peter Pan
And when we're bored we play in the woods
Always on the run from Captain Hook
"Run, run, lost boy, " they say to me
Away from all of reality
Neverland is home to lost boys like me
And lost boys like me are free
Neverland is home to lost boys like me
And lost boys like me are free
Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Wendy Darling
Even Captain Hook, you are my perfect story book
Neverland, I love you so
You are now my home sweet home
Forever a lost boy at last
Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Wendy Darling
Even Captain Hook, you are my perfect story book
Neverland, I love you so
You are now my home sweet home
Forever a lost boy at last
And for always I will say
I am a lost boy from Neverland
Usually hanging out with Peter Pan
And when we're bored we play in the woods
Always on the run from Captain Hook
"Run, run, lost boy, " they say to me
Away from all of reality
Neverland is home to lost boys like me
And lost boys like me are free
Neverland is home to lost boys like me
And lost boys like me are free

After the visit to the asylum, Lola ignored her parents and decided to see him every Friday. The next day at school, Lola walked into the halls with eyes on her. Ever since Manic was arrested for murder, she had been known as the psychos sister. Adding to Ice Queen, Queen Bitch, and many others. No one wanted to mess with a killers sister. She was even more feared. More feared than she liked. She was sure that when Manic is released, he would be the most feared student.

Lola sighed, walking into the Student Lounge, not noticing eyes on her. Particularly a pair of blue eyes. "Hey," a voice made her jump a bit. She turned to see Jughead standing near the venting machine. Lola pursed her lips at him. Jughead rubbed the back of his head as the silence grew awkward.

"Um..." she mumbled. Jughead noticed her wearing his hat he left at her house. And in an identical way as the one he was wearing. "You kept the hat."

"Oh, yeah," she giggled a bit, touching the hat on her head. "I hope you don't mind. I can give it back if you want."

"No no, its fine," he cut off.

Them more silence. Not awkward but still.

They hadn't talked in a while. She had been ignoring him and vice versa.
But, Jughead missed her like crazy, so he came out with it.

"My dad wasn't the best father in the world."

Lola frowned at his words a bit. What did that had to do with anything?
But she kept listening, nonetheless.

"He would always promise things to me, my mom and my little sister that will have our relationship like a roller coaster....He used to work for Archie's dad." Jughead spoke nervously as he slowly walked towards her. Lola stared at him as he continued his story. ".....and until one day, he was fired and that caused him to fall off the wagon and get back into his drinking and other things and that was the day my mom couldn't handle it and left him, taking my sister with her.....they live with my grand parents somewhere else...."

"Juggy..." she said softly, having no idea of his life and how hard it was.

"And now, I'm virtually homeless..." he said with a small shrug. "And as far as my dad is concerned, I'm couch hopping. Archie wants me to live with him, though."

"It's okay,"

"It's not okay," he cut her off, shakily. "It's not okay for me to keep this from you because for so long, I have admired you and watched you walk pass me without noticing me and I'm left behind thinking.....'someone that perfect would never be with someone like me'......and here you are, giving me the time of day and now I still can't believe you associated yourself with me...."

Lola had unshed tears in her eyes. That was the sweetest thing he had ever said to her. And he had said sweet things to her.

"The reason I didn't tell you was because I don't want you to think different of me...." Jughead looked down at his shoes meekly. "But if you want to break up, that's fine.....at lease I can say I had the girl of my dreams."

Lola walked towards him with a sigh. She placed both hands on his face and pulled him into a kiss, which he gladly accepted as he placed his hands on her hips. She pulled away and rested her forehead on his with her eyes closed.

"I'm never gonna leave you," she promised. "Not for as long as I live."

Jughead smiled a little, happy she didn't judge him or anything he feared she'd do.

Don't worry, more Lola/Manic visits will come.

But, how did you like it?

I think Jughead fully trust her and there's no more secrets between them......or is there??

Nah, I'm kidding, they're fine.
but there will be more conflict
