"It's DK. Wow, he looks so cool!"
Seokmin smiles to himself happily as he waits outside a pastry shop, holding a brown bag with the shop's logo on it in one hand. He pulls his phone out with his other hand and checks his notifications eagerly. He sighs when he sees that he has no new messages from Jisoo, and he stuffs his phone back into his pocket. He peers into the bag of pastries and frowns.
"These are starting to get cold..." Seokmin mumbles. He frowns. "What's taking him so long?"

"There's a missing piece inside of me," Jisoo sings loudly as he taps his hands against the steering wheel to the beat of the song. "I'm lost in ti–" He's interrupted by the ringing of his phone, causing him to pout. "Just as I was getting to the best part of the song." His expression changes to a happier one, though, after checking the caller ID.
"Oh, it's Seokmin!" Jisoo announces. He grins and answers the call. "Hello? Seokmin-ah?"
"Hey, Jisoo-hyung," Seokmin's voice says through the car speakers. "Where are you right now?"
"I'm about ten minutes away. I'm coming from the area near Hapjeong Station," Jisoo answers.
"Oh, I know where you are!" Seokmin exclaims. "Okay, after you pass Hapjeong Station, you'll see a giant parking lot. You can go ahead and park in the parking lot. I'll meet you there."
"Alright," Jisoo replies. He grins. "I'll see you soon then, babe."
"Oh, I can't wait to see you, honey!" Seokmin cries in a high-pitched tone, and Jisoo chuckles.
"I'm hanging up then. Bye," Jisoo responds before ending the call. He smiles brightly and continues to sing along to the music loudly, rejuvenated by his excitement.

"He should be here any second now," Seokmin says, shielding his eyes from the sun as he scans the road for Jisoo's car. He looks down and laughs awkwardly as he pulls a pair of sunglasses out of his pocket. "Right, I have these. I forgot."
"He's cute."
"Look! That's Jisoo's car, isn't it?"
"Oh, I think that's Jisoo's car!" Seokmin waves at the approaching car. "Hey, Hong Jisoo!"
Seokmin backs up as Jisoo enters the parking lot and waits patiently for Jisoo to park the car. Once the car engine turns off, Seokmin runs over to Jisoo's car immediately, opening the door before Jisoo gets a chance to. He grins and offers his free hand to the older boy. Jisoo rolls his eyes, but he still takes Seokmin's hand, holding onto it loosely as he steps out of the car. Seokmin shuts the door behind Jisoo and offers him the bag of pastries.
"Aw, he opened the door for Jisoo and helped him step out! I always love it when men do that in dramas! It's so cute!"
"Here. I got you some pastries from a café," Seokmin tells Jisoo. Jisoo smiles and musses Seokmin's hair.
"Thanks, Seokmin-ah," Jisoo says. He takes the bag from Seokmin and puts it in his backpack.
"We can eat them together later," Jisoo explains as he stuffs his hands into his pockets. Seokmin nods eagerly and loops his arm through Jisoo's, beaming cutely at the older boy. Jisoo blushes and looks away.
"What are you doing?" Jisoo mumbles.
"We're a couple, aren't we? Couples always hold hands and link arms," Seokmin replies, and Jisoo can't stop himself from smiling. He clears his throat and pulls a straight face.
"Did you see Jisoo's smile? He's so smitten. It's adorable!"
"They might be my favorite couple yet, honestly. I don't know if it's because they were already friends before this, but they have such good chemistry!"
"Anyways, where are we going?" Jisoo asks. "Don't tell me we're just going to stay in this parking lot for the rest of our date."
"What, you wouldn't like that? I don't know about you, but for me, as long as I'm with you, even a date in this parking lot would be fun," Seokmin teases as he gives Jisoo a wink. Jisoo sighs and begins to walk away from Seokmin, only to have Seokmin pull him back.
"Wait, I'm sorry!" Seokmin yelps, clinging on to Jisoo's arm desperately. "Don't leave me!"
"I won't," Jisoo promises with a smug smirk. "Are you going to tell me where we're going for our date though, or am I going to have to guess?"
"Oh, right!" Seokmin exclaims. "Well, there's a night market nearby, so I thought we could go there together for a little bit. Afterwards, we can go to the riverside and relax or something."
"Sounds good." Jisoo nods in approval. "Lead the way." Seokmin beams and pulls Jisoo along towards the night market.

"Seokmin-ah, let's go over there!" Jisoo points towards a stall selling spicy fish cakes. Seokmin nods and lets Jisoo drag him over to the stall by the hand.
"Hello!" Jisoo greets the elderly woman who is selling the fish cakes. He picks up two skewers and smiles at her. "We'll take two of these, please!" He nudges Seokmin's arm with his elbow.
"Ah, right," Seokmin says. He pulls out his wallet and pays the vendor. The old lady takes the money from him and smiles warmly at the two of them.
"Is he your boyfriend?" she asks Jisoo, and Jisoo beams proudly and nods.
"He's my husband," Jisoo responds.
"You two make a very cute couple," she tells them. She hands them another skewer with a fish cake on it. "Here, take this. It's free of charge."
"Thank you!" Jisoo and Seokmin reply, and the old woman smiles at them again before the two of them leave the stall.
"That was nice of her," Seokmin mumbles around the pieces of fish cake in his mouth.
"You've already finished yours?!" Jisoo exclaims. Seokmin nods.
"It was really good," Seokmin explains as he reaches reaches for the free fish cake that the lady gave them. Jisoo slaps his hand away.
"Ow!"
"This fish cake is for both of us to share!" Jisoo scolds. Seokmin pouts and looks at Jisoo sadly, causing Jisoo to scowl.
"Fine. We'll rock-paper-scissors for it, alright?" Jisoo says. Seokmin nods.
"Rock, paper, scissors...shoot!" Jisoo's eyes light up, and he holds his fist up in the air triumphantly.
"Why did I choose scissors? Scissors never wins!" Seokmin wails, and Jisoo grins.
"Sucks for you!" Jisoo retorts, sticking his tongue out at Seokmin playfully as the younger boy stares at the ground with a sad gaze. Jisoo sighs before holding out the skewer for Seokmin to take. Seokmin looks up hopefully.
"You're such a baby," Jisoo tells Seokmin, and Seokmin beams and hugs Jisoo tightly.
"Thanks, Jisoo-hyung! You're the best!" Seokmin cheers. Jisoo rolls his eyes and pulls away from Seokmin.
"Come on. Let's go to the riverside now," Jisoo suggests.
"Okay!" Seokmin replies excitedly.

"Alright, let's see what the legendary DK got for me," Jisoo says as he takes the bag of pastries out of his backpack. He pulls out a box out of the bag and looks at Seokmin questioningly.
"They're chocolates. Green tea chocolates, to be specific," Seokmin explains. He takes the box from Jisoo's hands and opens it to show the older boy the chocolates.
"Woah, they look so cool!" Jisoo grabs the box back and stares at the chocolates in awe. Seokmin grins and takes the rest of the treats out of the bag.
"Here. I got you a chocolate éclair too," Seokmin tells Jisoo as he hands Jisoo the cold pastry. "I also got some small cream cheese muffins for myself, and some macarons for the two of us to share."
"Woah, he really got a lot of things for Jisoo!"
"I'm so jealous! Their food looks so good..."
"Wow. Thanks, Seokmin-ah," Jisoo says, smiling softly. Seokmin smiles back.
"No problem, Jisoo-hyung. I'm glad that you liked everything," Seokmin responds. He grins and rubs his hands together. "Alright, let's start eating! I'm starving!"
"You just had two entire fish cakes! And you had a bite of mine!" Jisoo exclaims.
"If you don't stop talking, I'm going to eat your éclair for you," Seokmin sings teasingly.
"Don't you dare!"
"Ouch! Alright, alright, I get it! Quit pinching me already!"
