"Come on, Jules." I say as I pull him into the apartment.
I didn't let go of his hand once the whole walk home in fear of him disappearing again.
I pull him into Fab and I's bedroom and set him down on the bed. "You're sleeping here tonight...with me."
"Oh, am I?" Julian raises an eyebrow, looking me up and down.
"Yes, and I'm insanely tired so don't get any ideas."
"I won't, I won't." he shakes his head. "Is Fab okay with me here?"
"He kinda got the gist of what was going on, so he suggested it. He'll crash with Albert." I tell him as I remove my boots and coat, throwing them in the corner of the room.
Julian looks around. "You guys really did get the nicest room." he walks over to the door of the balcony and opens it, walking out and leaning against the railing whilst looking out at the dimly lit streets below.
A cool breeze from outside blows in and makes goosebumps rise on my skin. I shake my head at the sight of Julian lighting a cigarette, and I use this time to quickly get changed into a pair of sweatpants and a T-Shirt before he turns back around.
I climb into bed and sink under the covers. "Jules, come inside and close the door. It's cold, man." I finish with a yawn.
Julian flicks his cigarette off the balcony and closes the door. He removes his shirt and jeans and joins me under the covers.
I roll over so I'm facing him and he smirks at me. "What?!"
"Why haven't we made out yet?" he asks, a quizzical look on his face.
I laugh and throw a pillow at him before turning so my back is facing him. "Night."
"Hey, I gotta get some action before bed or I can't sleep!" he pretends to whine.
I shake my head and sigh, turning back around and wrapping my arms around him. "Night, Julian."
"Now, this, I like." he says, pulling me closer to him as I nuzzle into his bare chest and close my eyes, feeling really comfortable and safe in his embrace for some reason. "Goodnight." he gently kisses me on the forehead.
~~~
I wake up as I feel Julian trying to move from under my grip. "No." I mumble, keeping my eyes closed.
"Oh, shit. Did I wake you, babe?" he asks, trying to sit up.
"Yes." I squeeze him tighter and let out a yawn. "Stay here."
"I gotta pee!" he protests.
I think for a second, before chuckling to myself.
"What is it?" Julian raises an eyebrow.
"Let's make out." I snake a hand around to the back of his head and pull him closer to me until our lips touch.
Julian lets out a small moan as our lips move in sync.
I could get used to this.
As we take a short break for air inbetween each kiss, Julian tries to speak. "Babe," he says breathlessly. "I really-" I press my lips against his again. "g-gotta pee."
I pull away with a pout. "Fine."
"Hey, don't be like that. We can continue this make out session in a bit." he says as he jumps out of bed and slips his clothes on. "Be right back."
I wait about 10 minutes for Julian to come back, but he doesn't, so I decide I might as well get up to shower.
After my shower, I walk out into the kitchen to grab breakfast and am met with Nick.
"Morning, Nicky." I greet him with a warm smile.
"Morning, Jadey." he smirks as he bites into a piece of toast.
I shrug at the new nickname he's given me and get myself a glass of juice. "Have you seen Julian?"
"He went out with Fab."
"Oh..." I frown to myself for a second before plastering on a smile and sipping on my juice.
"You okay?" Nick looks at me with a raised brow.
"Yeah, all good." I say, lighting up a cigarette I stole off of Fab earlier. "So, what's going on today?"
"I'm gonna try finding a job, 'cause I'd feel bad not paying the dude anything for this apartment."
"Didn't he say we could stay here for free though?"
"He's giving us a few months here." Nick says. "It's the least we could do."
"True." I bring the cigarette to my lips. "You're such a sweetie, Nicky!"
He shrugs. "I try."
"Would you like me to go out job hunting, too? I'd love to help out."
"Nah, it's okay. Albert and Niko are out looking for jobs now too." he says. "We'll be good on money for a while."
"Aww! I didn't think you guys could ever be this nice! It's adorable!" I tease him with a smirk.
"If you keep up with this act, it won't last for long." he points a finger at me.
I tap the ash off my cigarette with a grin. "Oh, I'm so scared."
"You should be." Nick chuckles. "Anyways, I'm gonna head out now. You gonna be fine here all alone?"
"Yeah, man." I wave as he walks to the door. "Good luck!"
"Thanks!"
