~HEY! So this book is well over the halfway point. I planned it all out and there's only going to be 40 chapters total. Chapter 40 being an epilogue. So no there will be no sequel but in a few chapters time there will be lots of fluff and straying from the plot that leads to season 2 of the Originals. Hopefully you'll like what I have planned.
And if you haven't yet did so check out my new SERIES: "Kenzie Gilbert" the first book is called Kenzie Gilbert: The Mute Twin. And it's nearly completed so go read it, comment, vote, cause from now on that series is gonna be what I'm focusing on. It starts in Season 1 of TVD and I'm gonna start the 2nd book soon for Season 2. I think you all will like it. And the next couple books will be better than the first one I'm finishing.
And besides that... I don't have any other ongoing fanfictions. Never got around to starting a new one that I wanted to actually continue. It's been hard. So check out Kenzie Gilbert and follow me to see updates on new books when I'm ready to start a new character. I'm thinking one for Kol or Elijah next...but we'll see.
Chapter Thirty-Three
I woke up to Klaus gasping and groaning next to me awfully loud. He was holding me at my hip and now squeezing painfully tight. I rolled a bit to see him sat up and gaping at nothing as he tried to calm himself. I immediately sat up and began rubbing his back. "You're okay, baby. I'm right here. It was just a dream, Klaus," I whispered softly, wrapping my other arm around his body.
He let out a small breath and rested his head on my shoulder. "I'm going crazy," he grunted and I pulled back to cup his face in my hands, looking him in the eyes.
"You're okay. And I love you to the moon and back. If you do ever go crazy I will still be by your side until you're better. Now calm down and tell me what happened," I replied and he smiled a bit.
"I've been having these dreams about my dead father," he whispered. My eyebrows shot up and Klaus moved so his lips pressed against mine for a small kiss. "My fears of fatherhood, of scarring our child as my father scarred me are manifesting as nightmares," he breathed out against my lips.
He didn't let me reply because then those lips were firmly pressed against mine and his tongue was moving down my throat. I moaned and let him kiss me as much as he wanted. It was clear the last thing he wanted to do was re-live that dream. So if this distracted him and made him happy, I wasn't going to stop him. I mean who am I to complain about my boyfriend wanting sex in the middle of the night.
Klause had me stripped and pulled off his pants and boxers he had on. Someone was feeling rather aggressive tonight. One hand held both of mine over my head, pinning to the bed as he roughly thrusted inside me. "Babe," I grunted.
One look at his face had me more than okay with how rough he was right now. He was biting his lips all sexily, his blue eyes wandering every part of my body. He got a nice pace and began to move more slowly and softly. It was tortous but it felt so good and he was making it last. He leaned down and started peppering my face with kisses. "I love you. Bloody hell, I want you forever. I love you," he was saying between each thrust.
"I l-love...love y-y-you too," I moaned.
"Marry me," he panted. My brain didn't register what he said for a few seconds. When they did my eyes darted to his blue ones. He held himself still, inside me, while stopping literally right before I climax.
"What?" I asked completely confused.
"You. You are the only one I want. Forever. The rest of my eternal life."
"Klaus," I frowned, trying to gather my thoughts.
"Yes or no, Allie," he urged me to choose.
"You want us to get married?" I asked him still baffled. Was I dreaming? Because this was awesome. But I'm so caught off guard. I wanted a big romantic proposal. Not some sweet slow, teasing sex proposal. I could barely think about anything but my own orgasm and trying to get him to his. And he's asking life questions?
"Will you marry me, Allison Sophia Lockwood?" He questioned and I gaped at him.
"Babe, we've only been together for-"
"Ten months," he stated.
"Isn't it a bit early?" I asked and he pulled out of me, rolled off me and out of bed. He immediately grabbed his boxers and pulled them on. "I'm scared, Klaus."
He stopped moving immediately, looking at me hurt, confused, and angered. "Of what? Being with me?" He snapped.
"Yes. What if one day you change your mind? One day I'm not good enough. What if when we wake up in a few hours, you decide you're not ready for marriage?" I asked quietly, fighting back tears.
"I'm committed to you already. I thought this was something you'd want," he said, frowning in confusion.
"Marriage? Yes, of course. I want to marry you, Klaus. There's not a doubt about that. But now? I'm still going to love you for the rest of my life. Whether we get married next year or in ten years. Do you really want to worry about a wedding now?" I asked seriously.
It's my dream to make this man mine. In every sense. I love him more than anything in this world besides our miracle baby. But we were in the middle of a war in this city. We had a baby coming in less than a month. The idea of Klaus thinking of wedding vows at a time like this did not seem real.
"I just want to marry you. I never thought I'd want that. But you are perfect. I'm not scared of anything when I'm with you. You're the only person who understands me and doesn't judge me. I can't let you go or lose you ever," he said, getting back on the bed.
"And you won't. I don't need a ring on my finger to keep me happy with you. I know where we stand. I love you and you love me. Anyone who tries to come between us will die," I smiled and he climbed on top of me, kissing me gently.
"I know, love. But I want you to marry me. So I'm asking again, Allison Sophia Lockwood, will you marry me?" He asked seriously.
I held back a sigh. It wasn't ideal time but he clearly wanted this and my insecurities about it all was going out the window. I love him. I wanted to marry him. "Yes. A million times, yes, Klaus," I grinned.
He smiled brightly back and kissed me hard on the lips. It was passionate and full of love, need, and joy. "We're gonna get married," I gasped as we pulled away.
"Yes, I want to call you my wife. Mrs. Mikaelson sounds perfect," he smiled at me and I giggled, wrapping my hands around his neck.
"I swear, I'm dreaming."
"Your not, so you better mean this."
"I want nothing more than to call you my husband as long as you're sure you're ready to take on wedding planning, a crabby pregnant fiancee, and a baby coming very soon."
"Crabby fiancee is about to get spoiled to death," he grinned, peppering my neck with kisses.
"You know what I really want right now?" I smirked.
"Hmm?" He asked.
"Ice cream. I want to eat and cuddle with you until the sunrises," I smiled.
"That can be arranged. Let me get you some food then," he said.
"After you finish making love to me," I stopped him from getting off the bed. He grinned and quickly took his pants and boxers off, ramming into me again. I moaned as he held a fast pace that only got faste in faster until I was screaming his name off the top of my lungs, louder than I've ever been in my whole life. God, damn.

Klaus, Elijah, and I were sitting in a bar at a small table together. The boys drinking while I rested my head on Klaus' shoulder. Father Kieran's wake was this morning. Klaus failed to remind me that it was happening after his death yesterday. So now I completely tired and this bar was full of people partying. Klaus and I decided to keep our idea of engagement kept a secret for now.
"It seems rather uncivilized--To laugh and dance around the body of a loved one," Klaus said.
"Yes. Far better to practice your process of grief, Niklaus. Denial, rage, and hoarding coffins in basements," Elijah said sarcastically.
"I know, isn't he amazing," I feigned adoration. Klaus smirked a bit and kissed my forehead. Just then Hayley shoved herself in our booth, taking a spot next to Elijah and across from me.
"I'll warn you, Hayley, Niklaus is in a spectcularly foul mood today," Elijah said. It was true. I was falling asleep constantly and he wouldn't stop thinking about his nightmare from last night. Currently our happy engagement moment not really on our minds. I understood. I was worried about passing out from lack of sleep and he was battling his demons.
"Sod off," Klaus mumbled.
"What's the deal with these moonlight rings?" She asked Klaus and I forced myself to wake up a bit to focus on the conversation at hand. "Oliver's trying to start a revolution every 5 seconds. People are scared, angry, and frankly, I'm tired of stalling"
"It's a day of peace, Hayley. Try and enjoy it," Klaus said. "The rings are in progress. I will live up to my word. We will find and punish whoever launched the attack on the bayou. But right now, I'm gonna finish this bottle and the next in the hopes of drowning the demon that has chosen today to haunt me. Cheers, Mikaels. Impeccable Freudian timing."
He lifted the bottle and took a big gulp out of it. "Elaborate," Elijah said. "Have you dream of our father?"
"Go ahead. Have a good laugh," Klaus said and I smacked his arm. He was very cranky and I've been too tired to focus on distracting him or trying to cheer him up.
"I can assure you there isn't a piece of this that I find even remotely amusing, Niklaus, especially considering I've been dreaming of him, too," Elijah stated.
"What?" Klaus whispered out a few seconds later.
"If you are also seeing him..." Elijah trailed off and then looked away. We all followed his gaze to Genevieve. "Perhaps our elusive, unknown enemy is orchestrating a further attack."
She was smiling at Klaus which made me grip his thigh tightly in warning and anger. If he didn't tell that bitch to back off I was going to kill her. "Well, then what better way to punctuate a day of peace than by killing someone," Klaus said, waving at her.
"Don't," I growled. He turned to look down at me smiling.
"Don't act like that, love. You're the only one for me. Now brother, let's go handle this witch," Klaus said and I pouted.
"What am I supposed to do?" I asked.
"Hang out with Hayley," he suggested then handed me the keys to our car. I kissed him goodbye and both boys left seconds later with small farewells to us two.
"Did you tell them about the Correas?" She asked me once they were gone.
"No, didn't have the chance too."
"Well, I think it's time we pay her a visit," she smirked and I raised an eyebrow. I was too pregnant for this life but I couldn't pass up handeling business. I nodded and we looked around to see the Francesca woman. We were going to wait for her to leave the party.
***
Klaus has been calling me nonstop. Texting me that he was home and he wanted me home now. I was with Hayley outside of Francesca's house, waiting for her to show up. We could see her approaching this mansion now. "Ah. Allison, Hayley, right?" She asked, some guy following behind her.
Hayley and I sat on the doorstep while she walked past us to move to different place to stand in front of us. "I'm guessing you're not here because you want to make a new friend," she said.
"I don't coutd terrorist as friends," Hayley said and she stood up. She grabbed my hand pulling me up too. Thank you. Baby, Zoey is making it harder to move.
"Wow. I've been accused of everything from grand larceny and blackmail, but terrorist, that's new," she replied mockingly looking at the guy next to her.
"A human pulled up to the bayou on a motorcycle and blew himself up."
"I heard. Awful," Franscesca used the patronising tone. She put out her hand and the guy placed her keys in her palm. "Goodnight." She then walked past us to her door.
I was looking at her and a hand was on my elbow. I looked to see it was the guy and in a second I had kneed him. Hayley took it from there and hitting him twice and smashing his head on a hard cement or stone plant vase, knocking him out immediately. Hayley and I looked back at Francesca's shocked face.
I climbed up the stairs of her small porch, facing her. "Word on the street is he owed 100 grand to the palace royale casino," I stated. "And then after he died, the debt was erased. Just like magic."
"Jeff was a fixture at my roulette table. Sometimes he was up. Sometimes he was down. I absolved his family of the debt he owed out of the goodness of my heart," Frncesca replied. Seeing our skeptical looks she gestured to the porch. "Feel free to sniff around. My hands are clean. And I'd advice you both to mind your manners. It's lucky you're still alive. Hayley, you're the one all the wolves whisper about royalty. If I wanted to hurt the wolves, you'd be my target. And when I go after someone, I don't miss."
She then finally went inside her house and I looked at Hayley, confused. The real question now is. Was she after Hayley or me? Because it was definitely her and it was for one of us or both of us. Hayley tugged me along and we left, leaving the gates of her house.
We were walking along the street, to the car I parked a little bits away. We were barely up the street when I felt dizzy all of a sudden and this weird chill. I pulled my jacket around me tighter to see Hayley looking at me worriedly. Something didn't feel right. One hand on my belly and I was waving her off. "I'm just tired," I shrugged off, hoping that was the reason.
***
"Where have you been?" Klaus demanded the moment I walked through the door. "A text of I'm fine. Does not satisfy me, Allison."
"Baby, I'm tired. And I'm sorry. I just want Klausy cuddles and a few kisses," I pouted. The anger went away but irritation replaced his features. He sighed and I grabbed his hand, tugging him towards the stairs. We headed up to our room, him grumbling about me ignoring his calls and texts.
"Klaus, stop. Let it go. I went to see Francesca with Hayley. Marcel kind of tipped us off on her. The suicide bomber owed money to her, well, her casino. When he died the debt was erased. She was up to it. I just know it," I told him and he frowned.
"Okay, thank you. But I don't want you playing Sherloc Holmes or Nancy Drew. I want my pregnant fiancee, sitting with her feet up, talking baby names. We still need a middle name if Zoey is going to be the first," Klaus said.
"Unless you come up with anything else, it's Zoey. And I like it."
"As do I, but Zoey is gonna need a middle name," he repeated himself. I nodded, stripping to nothing but my underwear and rolling myself into our bed. Klaus chuckled, turning out the light. He stripped and joined me in bed to spoon me. This was perfect.
"Night," I whispered tiredly.
"Goodnight, love."

Klaus and I were walking hand in hand. Funeral parade happening now. I felt like shit though. Woke up cranky with a sore throat. Had breakfast, it caused heartburn. Klaus and I tried to have sex this morning but I broke out into a weird coughing fit. He wanted me in bed all day, drugged up on cough medicine. But I didn't want to miss the parade.
I began coughing as we walked with Elijah on the otherside of me. The band in the front playing as the casket was being carried up there too. "You all right? You look-" Elijah began, placing a hand on my back for a moment.
"A hundred months pregnant and pissed off at the world?" I guessed, coughing again.
"I was gonna say, 'you look lovely.'," Elijah said with a smile. I rolled my eyes playfully, shooting him a small smile. My eyes landed on Hayley standing towards the right side of the street about three feet away.
"You think Hayley was the target of those bombings?" I asked my boyfriend, my eye catching Francesca on the other left.
"Of course she was the target, were I to wage a war of the wolves she'd be my first kill. I would string her up for all her worshippers to see," Klaus said and I narrowed my eyes on him. "But I also know that it wasn't a coincidence it happened when you were there. It all went off at precise timing. Could have happened before you got there or after. Someone was trying to kill two birds with one stone. And that someone will have their head on a stick for the whole city to see, my lover doesn't get attacked."
"There's Hayley," I mumbled, pulling my hand from Klaus'. He frowned and pulled me back immediately, wrapping an arm around my shoulder.
"I see you two are friends. But no more hanging out, love," he said.
"Klaus, I can decide who I want to hang out with," I told him sternly. I pulled away from him and pecked him on the lips. I walked to Hayley who dragged me along.
"I need a word with Cami," Hayley told me as we jogged to the front.
"Cami," I called.
"Allie, hi. Um, Hayley," she greeted us, sending us a nod.
"Hi. I know you don't know me. I just wanted to say that I--I'm sorry about your uncle. He was really good to people like me during the storm, and I really appreciated that," Hayley said, looking a bit awkward.
"Thank you. You guys want something, don't you?" Cami asked.
"I'm sorry about the timing," I apologized, no idea what Hayley needed from her though. But we were a team right now. Us girls could do stuff too. And we needed these answers.
"I was just wondering if before he died, he said anything weird about Francesca Correa. I think she may have been involved in an attack on the bayou. If you hear anything--" Hayley was saying.
"Look, girls, I'm trying-Mostly failing--to stay out of all this, but she's a real bitch. So, yeah, if I hear anything, I'll let you know," Cami said.
"Thanks. And um, again, sorry about your uncle," Hayley said. I gave Cami a small hug and she rubbed my belly.
"You're ready to pop," she joked and I smiled.
"I'm excited. Scared and nervous, but never more thrilled," I smiled.
"Where's Klaus?"
"Oh, back there. I left him. I should go before he sends a search party," I chuckled.
"I'll call you, if I hear anything," she told me and I nodded. Hayley and I then walked off but I stopped, stepping to the side as I began coughing. It was a lot of coughing and they hurt like hell. Hayley moved me further from the crowd and I leaned against a lamp post, feeling weak and dizzy again.
The coughing didn't stop and I got this weird feeling. Next thing you know blood splurted out my mouth and all over my hand. Hayley gasped but I couldn't speak, still coughing like crazy. I was feeling very faint.
"Klaus!" Hayley yelled.
My coughing stop but before I knew it I was falling over before Hayley could catch me, landing hard on the side walk. And blacking out.

I gasped suddenly and looked around. Everything looked, weird. I was in the compound laying on the table. I sat up, holding onto my belly. My baby. I looked around confused by this weird blue glow. I then caught a shadow and freaked out. Someone was here and walking towards me. "Who are you?" I asked.
They walked over and I got a look at their face. It was a guy and he looked very familiar. I knew him. It was Mikael. Klaus had showed me him in one of those vision flashback things he can do. "I suppose... I'm family," he said. "I assume my reputation precedes me."
"This is a nightmare. I'm dreaming," I mumbled, getting off the table to get away from him.
"On the contrary, my darling. This is very real," he replied. In a flash he was behind me with his arm around my neck. I was gasping for air immediately. "Welcome to my hell. Stuck in an eternity of watching over that hideous creature my children call brother."
"You're dead," I managed to get out, his grip loosening. "How can I be here?" Then it clicked. If he was dead and I was seeing him. I was dead? "No! No! The baby!"
"The baby?" His grip tightened.
"Aah!" I screamed.
"That kid never had a chance! And as if your bloodline isn't filth enough, you poison it by merging it with Klaus'?" I was wheezing and starting to cry. He began chuckling in my ear loudly. "The deathless vermin fancying himself a daddy."
And I snapped. With a scream I managed to push him off me and shoved him, sending him screaming as he stumbled to the floor. I grabbed some huge metal thing off the floor just in time for when he got up so I could hit him in the face with it. No one is gonna kill me here. No. I have too much to live for. My baby needed me. Klaus needed me, I knew that. And this man was not going to take me from my family or insult my finance. "She's not dead. I'm not dead," I growled out. "If I was dead you wouldn't be trying to kill me."
"Your dead, Mikael. Your son already beat you," I stated.
"He is not my son!" He yelled. He began walking towards me so I began taking steps backwards trying to keep a distance. "He's a scourge, a walking symbol of weakness."
I looked behind to see the wooden railing. I might need this. With a sharp kick to one of the pieces it fell and I caught the piece of wood. "That atrocity festing in your womb. Klaus will destroy it one way or another," he continued speaking as I climbed a few of the stairs, my eyes on him the whole time though. "Better he dies now and you along with it."
In a flash he was up the stairs on the balcony. I began running down them but he was already so close and out of adrenaline and fear I jumped over the stairs railing, landing on my feet hard. Ow! I stumbled a bit but shakily got up. Just in time because he landed behind me. He lunged forward and I side stepped and turned to stab him in the back with my makeshift stake. "Ahh!" He screamed.
He fell to his knees as I pushed farther in. I leaned down to the side of his head towards his ear so he heard me clearly, "My daughter has an advantage Klaus never had. She will never, ever know you."
Suddenly everything was gone and I was gasping for air. Again I was on the table at the compound but immediately I heard my name being called and Klaus by my side. I was okay. I was alive. Klaus helped me sit up, speaking to me, "You're all right, love. You're all right."
I could see the scared look in his eyes though. "I saw him, and he tried to kill me," I said, staring at my bofriend while Elijah was on my other side, a hand on my shoulder. Klaus had one arm around my back and the other arm reaching down to grab my hand, bringing it to my swollen belly. He was so cute. "I saw Mikael."
Elijah and Klaus both back away for a moment. Klaus in a second was sending Genevieve away. Hayley was hugging me. "Let's get you cleaned up," she said.
I nodded and she along with Elijah helped me off the table. "You guys go. I need some time alone with Allie," Klaus told them both.
"But-" Hayley frowned.
"I'll call you," I promised, smiling weakly. Elijah ushered her away from us, sending me a small smile. I grinned back at him, knowing that smile was one to say he's glad I'm okay. I looked at my fiance and hugged him immediately.
I had blood all over my mouth, I felt sweaty, and I was still on edge. Once I was in his embrace I broke down in loud sobs, tears running down my face. Klaus carried me to our ensuite and got me stripped. He got out of his suit and I found myself in the shower with him.
"Thank you," I whispered. He was washing my body for me.
"You said you saw my father-" he began.
"Why do you call him that? He's not your real dad," I mumbled, furrowing my eyebrows. He hated Mikael and Mikael hated him. Mikael didn't like him being called his son so why did Klaus still call him father.
"He did damage only a father could do," he answered and I frowned. I felt tears welling up in my eyes and they fell but were washed away by the water. My poor, Klaus. I leaned in and pressed my lips to his, holding him tight. Klaus was my everything. I needed him more than I've ever need anyone or anything. "What did he say to you?"
My mind flashedback to everything Mikael said. "Nothing true," I smiled weakly.
He opened his mouth then closed it, lost for words. He smiled and pecked my lips. "I love you."
"I love you too. And you are pefect and amazing. Nothing he has ever said to you is true. You are strong, smart, handsome, caring, powerful, and more importantly you're going to be the best father, better than ours were to us. I swear my life on that," I said.
"God, you make me so happy. I can't wait to put a ring on your finger, watch you walk down the aisle, and kiss your lips for the umpteenth time," he said and I chuckled.
"I can't wait to bring you home and call you hubby," I grinned.
"Don't call me that," he groaned.
"Oh, I will. After or maybe apart of our honeymoon, I want to spend back home. I miss my friends. I want them to be apart of our baby's life."
"Anything you want," he said. We finished in the shower and I went to bed while he went to speak to Elijah or something.
***
"Mmm...Baby, stop it," I mumbled tiredly. Klaus' hands were tugging my panties down while he placed kisses on my neck, sucking gently every now and then. "Okay, we've been trying to have sex a lot in the last 24 or 48 hours."
"Mmhmm. But we were interrupted a few times. And tonight, I'll give the seducing a rest. I want to show you something," he said.
"Hmm? Oh, so no sex?" I frowned.
"Now you want to?" He chuckled. I blushed and let him drag me out of bed. He pulled me out the room and to a door next to ours. "I finished the nursery."
He opened the door and I gasped. The walls were the color of a sky during the sunset at the bottom flowers were painted beautifully. All the baby furniture was white wood. The name Zoey was spelled out in wooden letters over the crib, they were each a dark purple we agreed on. The 'Z' covered in fake flowers.
There was a large mesh white and purple fur rug coming from under the crib to the middle of the room, the end stopping right were the rocking chair was sat with a small pillow on the seat. There was blankets in little cubbies next to the dresser. The closet had glass doors and I could see two bars with all the baby clothes hung up. Yellow, white, pinks, purples, pastel, black colored clothes everywhere on the top for dresses, shirts, onesies, and pajamas. Some with cute or silly patterns.
On the bottom row was pants, shorts, skirts, and even more frilly dresses. I giggled a little at how much we already bought. Tons of sizes though so she didn't run out of clothes. It was beautiful. Klaus opened the closet tp show this little thing framing the closet, shoes line up on the little thing instead of the floor. We had so much: boots, converse, vans, ballet flats, disney slippers, and sandals. They were all so girly though.
"I fucking love you," I gasped, looking at Klaus.
"There's more," Klaus said. He pulled me to the window and pulled the soft pale lavender, see through curtains back, revealing feux white wooden blinds. He pulled them up to show he painted them too. It was like a church window. There were pink and purple flowers across the top and the bottom of the window. In the very middle was a fancy M that I've seen around and I immediately knew it was for Mikaelson.
"It's beautiful," I smiled.
"Wait, look what I finished," he said. He pulled me to this small pantry close on the side filled with diapers, wipes, towels, blankets, pacifiers; everything. "Got everything put away finally. Now two more things."
He walked me over to the door, the door to the room. He shut it so I could see the back of it. It was made of metal. I gasped as I saw both Klaus and Elijah's signature engraved in it. Wow. It was beautiful. "That's so cute," I squealed.
"Davina did me this favor. It took some time to get her to listen to me but she did this for you. It's magic. This pen lets you write on this wall and with just water poured over it, it becomes engraved. I thought it'd be nice to let our daughter know all the people that will be in her life that love her," he said. "And now it's mommy's turn."
He handed me a pen, one that had a sharp edge. He left the room while I carefully signed the wall, under Klaus' name. He came back with a wet washcloth. "It erases if you messed up, only before the water engraves it," he told me.
I raised an eyebrow and he popped the top off the pen, catching me off guard to show an eraser. I drew a heart next to my name, the writing in a metallic silver on the dark bluish grey metal. I then erased the heart and it disappeared. I giggled and put it back before telling Klaus I was done. He dragged the wet cloth over it and like magic it engraved itself letter by letter. It was beautiful.
"One more thing, right?" I asked him, grabbing his hand.
"Yup," he said. He pointed to a picture frame that was next to the changing table but to the side on the left of the door since there was no wall space on the other side of door, it was a corner. The frame was empty though. I looked at him confused. "Our first family portrait is going right there."
"You're the sweetest," I gasped, tears in my eyes. I can't believe he did all this. I didn't even know he was still working on the nursery. We discussed it tons of times and tried moving things around. We ordered a bunch of stuff online, mainly me.
"I love you and our baby. You both deserve the best," he whispered in my ear, his arms wrapped around my waist from behind. We stood in the doorway to leave but I was looking over the whole room just for a second.
"We love you too," I whispered sincerely, looking into his blue eyes as our hands locked and rested on my stomach, our baby.
