Character Change.
Lori Harvey as Victoria Browning.

3rd P.O.V
Victoria was happy.
At last, at last, little Tori finally had her groove.
She thought by having her family with her in Italy would add complications but instead brighten her world just a bit more.
Turning over in her bed to see Lorenzo sleeping peacefully besides her. She rested her chin on his bare chest tracing the lines of his shoulder tattoo with her finger.
Her eyes traveled up to his face admiring how sharp his features resembled a roman statue.
"Having fun there?" Lorenzo's raspy morning voice asked. Though his eyes were still closed he was wide awake. Victoria giggled. "Yeah. I like your face alot".
Lorenzo opened his eyes yawning then wrapping an arm around her body. "What time is it?"
"Its noon. My family is probably blowing up my phone saying I missed breakfast or something".
"We can go out to brunch instead?" Lorenzo offered, she shrugged. "Don't you have 'business' to attend to?".
"I did but, spending time with my bella and her family is more important. Besides Thomas or Marco can cover for me".
Victoria picked up her phone scrolling through all her messages sighing loudly. "Ughhh Veronica wants to hang out and have sister bonding time" .
"She doesn't seem that bad". She scoffed at his response. "Veronica isn't on her bullshit in front of new people. Give her a week and she will start".
Victoria hopped out of bed going into her bathroom getting ready to explore the city all over again....featuring Veronica.
Thomas's P.O.V
Gigi and I watched Marco flirting away with his woman from a distance.
"How on earth did I not see this coming?" I said more to myself putting my head down. Gigi gulped down her beer. "Ah maybe beacuse you're never here? Jenny and Marco have been dating for two months now".
I hate to say it but, Gigi was right. I was never home. I've gotten so caught up in the mafia business, watching Alessia, and dealing with Giganti's bullshit that I've turning into another Lorenzo.
"It feels like I'm the one running the Catalona's name since both Lorenzo and Marco are busy with their women". Gigi patted my back. "Don't be jealous. You will find your woman soon".
I shrugged off Gigi's statement looking over towards the somewhat busy lobby. There was a familiar woman standing by the lounge section texting away on her phone. I squinted my eyes at her standing up to get a better view. She was fucking gorgeous though she reminded me of Victoria.
"What are you looking at?" Gigi stood up looking in the same direction. "Don't look! She's gonna think we are creeps".
Gigi scrunched up her face in disgust. "That's Victoria's sister you dumbass! She's a bitch...unless you find bitches attractive".
I did indeed remember the stories Victoria shared with me about her life and her turbulent relationship with her sister. Yet when I looked at her she seemed so perfect.
"I'll at least say hi to her another time. I gotta check on Alessia with Lorenzo real quick". Gigi nodded chugging away.
Alessia was more important right now than everyone else. Since her husband's death, she was an easy target. She was precious to our family. Like another little sister to Marco, Lorenzo, and I.
For some reason there was a eerie feeling roaming in my gut. I didn't like it. It felt similar to what happened years ago...The Birthday Ball Massacre.
Lorenzo's birthday ball managed to make it to the international news spreading all over Europe. The deaths of the multimillionaire hotel heirs and over twenty other business heirs.
"Alessia?"
The wooden floor beneath my feet creaked. I placed a hand over my gun swiftly pulling it out cocking it. Taking small steps over towards the bedroom door. I should have called Arturo over here sooner.
A familiar scent of perfume tickling my nose. I kicked down the bedroom door to see nobody inside but, the window open.
Alessia no where to be found.
But their was blood stains on the floor and wall.
Slowly yet carefully following the stains. It seemed as if a body was dragged agaisnt the floor. All hope of finding Alessia alive left my mind once realizing the blood trail lead to the next door room. The smell of a corpse overpowering the perfume the closer I stepped.
There was a body but, it wasn't Alessia's.
The body of the young maid taking care of her. Strapped to a chair, naked, most likey raped before being shot in the forehead.
I walked up to her body closing her blue eyes. Her name was Meli, she was only nineteen.
There was a note tapped to the back of the chair. A King of Spades Card. On the back was a note written in Russian which threw me off guard since we eliminated all of our Russian enemies years ago.
Merda.
Leaning my head against the wall on the slamming my fist. This was all my fault for coming too late.
"Lorenzo prendi il culo qui adesso se n'è andata" Words slipping through my lips aimlessly. Panic and adrenaline taking control. On the other line was Lorenzo yelling asking me what happened but I couldn't think staright once I hung up. Translation: Lorenzo get your ass here right now, she's gone.
Muffled sounds waking me out of my subconscious.
Gripping onto my gun I followed the sounds. No one else was inside here.
Opening the closet door was Alessia curled up into a ball crying to herself.
"Alessia bella!" I dropped to my knees embracing her. A sense of relief washed over my body. I kept telling myself.
She was alive.
Alessia wasn't dead.
For some reason Meli's dead body kept coming into mind. Why was I relieve when still in eminent danger?
Alessia's loud cries were somewhat soothing bringing me back to my sanity. Was it okay cry in situations like this?
Did I desensitize death unless it was for someone I loved?
Either way it was normal...right?
Lorenzo, Marco, and our men arrived shortly staring at Alessia and I on the floor. Her eyes were red.
"Cosa diavolo è successo?" Lorenzo demanded stepping forward. "Stai bene Alessia?". Translation: What the hell happned? Are you okay?
"Boss abbiamo una situazione" Arturo showed them the King of Spades. Marco stared in confusion. "Russian....we haven't don't even fuck with russians".
Lorenzo was quiet.
"You're right. We don't but we know someone who does".
That's when it hit us.
Victoria...

Finally after eighteen chapters I'm writing what I've been trying to write for two years.
Stephano and Carmella. And what actually happened at the Birthday Ball.
