"It didn't feel like two weeks!" Liam complains, throwing himself on the bed as I continue packing my clothes in my suitcase, on the floor by the bed. I chuckle, "It only felt like a day!" he adds, groaning.
He was right. The past two weeks went by in a flash. Here I am, packing my suitcase for my flight tomorrow back to London. I stand up and walk over to him. I sit in front of Liam, crossing my legs as I face him.
I smile, "Your American tour ends in a few days. Then you can immediately come back to London and we'll be together again before you even know it." I tell him, caressing his cheek with the back of my hand.
He sighs, "I'm going to miss you, you know?" he whispers, leaning forward as our forheads meet.
"I'm going to miss you more." I reply.
"I'm going to make sure to call and send you a message whenever I'm free." he says, "And don't say that I don't have to, because I'm still going to." he adds before I could tell him that myself.
I laugh, "Well then, why don't you help me pack?" I ask, standing up and walking back to my suitcase to finish packing my things.
He gives out a loud sigh and I could hear him lay back down to the bed. "Never!" he shouts like a little kid, "I'm not letting you go."
"Whether you like it or not, I have to go. I'm opening my art gallery in two days and I need to be there." I reply, "Now go to the bathroom, help me get my toiletries and stop whining like a little kid." I say, feeling quite bossy.
He sighs again and finally gets off the bed. He walks over to the bathroom, and a few minutes later he comes out with his hands full of my toiletries. "Here you go." he says, handing me the toiletries.
I smile and take it from him, "Thanks babe." I place them properly in my suitcase as Liam sits down next to me on the floor.
"I can always skip the last few concerts." he says, holding my hand. "I want to be with you every single day, Lexi. I'm going to go crazy without you here."
I blush at his words, he was just too sweet sometimes. "I know, Liam. I want to be with you too. But I really have to go." I say.
"I know." he says, wrapping his arms around me, hugging me tightly. "I know." he says again. We sit there, just hugging each other. He breaks out of the hug and looks at me, "I guess since it's your last day here, we should do something." I nod, liking the idea. "Let's finish your packing."
He grabs the rest of my clothes on the pile and neatly puts it in my suitcase. He was the neatest lad I've ever met. I giggle as he finishes packing for me while I sit there, just watching him. A few minutes later, he zips it up and looks back at me.
"There." he says, standing up. "Let's go out." he smiles, helping me up.
"Where are we going?" I ask, as he grabs my hand and pulls me out of the room.
"We are going for some stroll in the beach." he replies, looking all excited.
-
He holds my hand as we walk by the seashore. The sun was setting and the water felt warm against my feet. I had taken my shoes off because I wanted to feel the water and the sand between my toes.
There were not a lot of people around so Liam was able to tone it down with the disguise, wearing only a pair of shades to cover his eyes.
"Mexico's such a nice place." I say, admiring the place I had grown to love even within just two weeks time.
He nods, "Yeah," he says agreeing. "I plan on buying a house here." he tells me.
I smile, "How do you see yourself in ten years? How do you imagine your life to be at that time?" I ask him.
"Hmm." he says, rubbing his chin with his other hand. "Ten years later, I see myself ten years older!" he replies.
I laugh, softly smacking his arm. "Come on, seriously." I tell him.
He stops walking and faces me. He smiles as I look up at him. He wraps his arms around my waist and brings me closer to him.
"Ten years later," he says, still smiling his gorgeous smile. "I'd like to imagine myself waking up in the morning with you laying next to me. Your smile being the first thing I see when I wake up. I'd like to imagine picking Taylor - our future son, from school. And we'd come home right after you finish baking our favorite chocolate chip cookies." he tucks a strand of my hair behind my ear. "Then the three of us would come back here for summer vacation." he brings me even closer, "But no matter what happens in the next ten years of my life, I still want you to be in it."
My heartstrings have been plucked. I was blushing red, it was embarrassing. He always knew what to say to me. I smile, cupping his face in my hands, "You're so cheesy. Shakespeare, is that you?" I joke, softly slapping his face.
He laughs, "It's corny but it's true. I always want you in my life, Lexi." he says as he looks deep into my eyes. "Forever." he adds, making it come out as a whisper.
I smile, "Sometimes I tend to forget that this is actually real." I admit.
"Every single thing about us is real. And I'm not faking any of it." he replies, leaning down.
"I know." I whisper. He smiles and leans down, making his lips touch with mine. I wrap my arms around his neck as I kiss him back passionately.
"I love you, Liam." I say, breaking out of the kiss but our foreheads were still against each other.
"I love you too, Lexi. I always will. Remember that." he says, smiling.

It's eight in the morning and I only had a few minutes left before our boarding gates closed. Liam was still hugging me tightly, not wanting to let me go. He had been hugging me for a few minutes now and the four other lads were quite irritated because they hadn't had the chance to hug me yet.
"Let go of her, Liam. It's our turn." Harry says, pulling me away from Liam. He pouts, finally letting me go so that I could hug the others.
"Take care of yourself." Niall whispers in my ear as I walk over to give him a goodbye hug.
"Don't miss us too much." Zayn says, smiling as I hug him next. I pull out of the hug and go to Louis next.
"Don't do anything fun or crazy." Louis tells me, "Without me." he adds.
I chuckle, "I won't. I promise." I tell him. I give him a quick hug then immediately go back to Liam who had his arms crossed in front of him.
He wraps his arm around my waist and I wrap mine around his neck. "I'm seriously going to miss you." he says for the hundredth time.
I smile at him, "I'll miss you too, Li."
"Call me once you land." he says, loosening his grip around my waist.
I nod, picking up my bag. "I will." I give him a long kiss. I wave goodbye at the lads as I head for the plane. I looked back to see Liam wiping his eyes as the Zayn and Harry pats his back. It broke my heart seeing him cry because of me. Well, this is going to be one long flight.
Hours after, I finally arrive at our house in London. It was quiet and lonely but I was used to it. I turn the lights on and the house is brightly lit. I dump my bag on the couch and head to the kitchen to find some food.
My phone rings and I immediately take it out of my phone. It was Dad calling. He wasn't able to come send me off at the airport because he had to go on an important meeting with the management concerning security issues for the lads.
I pick it up, placing the phone on my hear. "Hi Dad." I say, as I take a bowl of ice cream out of the freezer. I walk back to the living room and sit on the couch.
"Hey honey. You home? How was the flight?" he asks. I could hear him flipping through papers.
"Yup, I'm home. The flight was good but my bum aches like crazy." I reply, shoving a spoonful of ice cream in my mouth.
"Good good. I'm really sorry I wasn't able to go with you and the boys to the airport." he apologizes again.
I chuckle, "Don't worry Dad. I totally understand."
"Okay then." he says, giving out a sigh. "Listen, I have to go. There are lots of things I have to go to. Security needs to be tighter especially during these days because the fans are going crazy by the minute. Bye."
I nod, "Take care Dad." I tell him.
"You too." he says. I end the call and take another spoonful of ice cream. My phone rings again, and I pick it up - not looking at the caller ID.
"Hello?" I ask, licking my spoon clean.
"Hello baby." a man flirtly says. Who on earth is this? "You missed me? Its Richard." I suck in my breath, getting mad.
I suck in my breath. "What do you want? And where did you get my number?" I ask.
He chuckles, "I have some sources." was all he said. "I heard you're opening an art gallery tomorrow. I'll make sure to pay a visit especially since that jerk boyfriend of yours isn't around." he says.
"Don't you dare think of paying a visit. You're not on the list so you can't come. Even if you do, security will be there and I'll make sure that you can't step a foot inside." I tell him angrily. "And don't you dare call Liam a jerk. He's twice the man you'll ever be." I snap at him, ending the call.
A few seconds later, my phone starts ringing again. "Will you please stop calling me?" I shout at the phone.
"Lexi, babe, what's wrong?" Shit. It was Liam.
"I'm sorry." I stutter. "I thought you were someone else." I tell him.
"Who?" he asks. I refuse to utter a single word, I didn't want him to worry. "Who?" he asks again, but much louder.
"Richard." I reply.
"What did he say?" he asks.
"Look, it's nothing you have to worry about. You have a lot in your hands. Like your concert for example." I tell him.
"What did he say, Lexi?" from the sound of his voice, it was obvious that he was mad. Well, that makes two of us.
"He said that he might come pay a visit in the art gallery." I sigh, not wanting to tell him about Richard calling him a jerk.
"I'm going to contact management to send some guards to your art gallery. I don't want him near you." he says sternly.
"Liam, I have enough guards for the place. Its not like Richard's going to hurt me or anything." I tell him.
"I just want you safe." he says.
I sigh, "I know, Li. But I can take care of myself."
He chuckles, "Oh really? You can't even take care of your own head. Your head keeps getting hit or something." he teases.
I laugh, "Ok, maybe when it comes to taking care of my head I'm not that good. But really, I can take care of myself." I assure him.
"Fine." he says, "I won't send guards over. Promise me you'll be safe."
"I promise. Like I said, it's not like Richard's going to hurt me or anything." I reply.
I could hear someone calling Liam at the other end of the line. "I have to go. Concert's about to start in five. Wish me luck. I love you. And I miss you like crazy." he says in a complete rush.
"Good luck. Wish you all the best. Rock on!" I tell him, giggling. "I love you and miss you too." I reply. He ends the call and I'm left to stare at my phone. I'm sitting all alone in my house and every single cell in my body longed to feel the touch of him again. He is like a drug to me.
