October 30
It's almost Halloween! Brienna and I tried to scare Grandpa by holding up one of those little fake ghosts in his doorway without our hands showing so it would look like it was floating by itself, and he didn't really notice.
In math, Destiny helped us with our homework. We had about half an hour to finish it in class so we wouldn't have to do it at home. Destiny was going around and asking me and my friends and Lexi if we needed any help. She was telling us what to do and whether we were right or wrong, but sometimes she didn't know what to do. She laughed when I checked with the teacher like she told me to and found out that she had told me the wrong thing on a problem. It might have been more than one, but it wasn't that many. Destiny says she isn't good at math but I know she knew some of what she was talking about.
In science, Madeline was talking about everyone who had a birthday next month and who was coming to see us on their birthdays, and Anabelle got mad because Mady forgot hers. Anabelle yelled kind of loudly at her and Ms. Dolly yelled from the back of the room, "GUYS!"
They weren't really in a big fight, though. It wasn't a big deal.
Brienna drew pictures of what all was going to happen to Lia tomorrow night. She can't wait to find out what Harrietta does to her and what Joseph does to her. Brienna drew pictures of both things. Lia is in for a rude awakening, and an unforgettable Halloween! I do feel bad that we let Lynn go to Harrietta's house and get her blood sucked last year. But Lia deserves it. Lynn doesn't even care that we're going to let that happen. Even though she's been through it herself, she doesn't care if Lia goes through something so awful.
We couldn't dance tonight, even though Dolly and Alejandra had come to see us, and Caitlyn was there. Ms. Scarletissa let us do it once, and then she told us we needed more rest.
