August 25
Today it's Payton's birthday.
Madeline and I took our little notebook to my grandpa's place to write in. Then we took it to school. We haven't written in that notebook since May. It's the one we write in with just each other. We had fun writing in it today. We do that instead of listening in class sometimes.
In Chemistry class, Marina and Madeline called Destiny over to them and they said they had to tell her something. Apparently it was about Ms. Dolly and how she got that mark on her head. Brienna, Anabelle, and I didn't know that it was such a great idea to tell Destiny that, though, because we didn't think Dolly wanted Destiny to know. It turns it we were right.
In Study Hall, Dolly told Madeline to come out in the hall with her so she could talk to her about telling Destiny what she did. Ms. Dolly wasn't happy. Madeline wrote to me and said she had told her that she didn't want her telling Destiny her personal problems. But Madeline thinks it's a good thing she did that because maybe Destiny can get her a counselor.
Ms. Dolly and I sat together at lunch and she sat in the same chair as me but behind me because there wasn't room for her next to me. She is fun to sit with. She was kind of giving me a back massage. That's because she's my best friend.
In Lifetime Sports, we played volleyball like we did last week. Lynn, Marybeth, Sheyenne, Lacy, Brea, and their friends Jacob, Caytlin, Anna, Jimmy, and Hannah (their alpha) are in our class, so they played with us. Well, some of them just stood there. I was one of the ones who just stood there until it was my turn to serve. I tried as hard as I could, but it seems like the harder I try, the worse I am.
After school, we had tutoring, which wasn't as boring as I thought it would be. When it was over, Madeline and I met our other two dance partners at home. I kept getting upset because I'm so sick of being fat. Dancers aren't fat!
Ms. Scarletissa came over to help again. She didn't hammer new dance moves into our heads because we didn't have a lot of time. But she did tell us the next person who forgot their moves had to do 35 push-ups. All of us remembered the dance moves that time. Then Madeline, Millie, and Lynn went home and Sheyenne came in. Aunt Becca, Gianna, and all our younger siblings were home then. Aunt Becca got to see me and Sheyenne dance. When Brienna and Portia came in, Ms. Scarletissa left and I bet tomorrow we won't have a lot of time to dance, either. It's because of fr*ckin' math tutoring. Why do we have to s*ck at math?
