Author's POV:

Kanvi entered their bedroom, and her eyes widened as she spotted a gorgeous peach-coloured saree on their bed. The colour looked beautiful in the soft light, captivating her attention. She smiled, but her eyebrows furrowed in curiosity wondering who could have placed it there.

She reached out to gently touch the silky fabric, feeling an unexpected sense of joy. Just then, rushing water from the bathroom caught her attention. Vihaan was preparing for the pooja, his movements swift and clumsy. Today marked his father's death anniversary, an unsmiling occasion that demanded concentration and reflection.

As the bathroom door opened, Vihaan emerged, his body clad in a sheer white cotton dhoti. His hair was slicked back, revealing a face etched with contemplation. The faint scent of sandalwood and camphor accompanied him, signalling the rituals to come.

Vihaan's eyes met Kanvi's, and for an instant, they shared a silent understanding. His gaze lingered as if seeking comfort before he turned towards the door. Kanvi's heart swelled knowing the weight of his grief.

Vihaan made his way to the Southern side Pavilion of the Palace, where the priests awaited his arrival. The soft chanting and gentle rustling of sacred hymns filled the air, creating an atmosphere of serenity. With respectful hands, the priests guided Vihaan through the rituals, helping him honour his father's memory.

Meanwhile, Kanvi bathed, her thoughts dragged to Vihaan. As she emerged from the bathroom, her gaze fell upon the same peach saree that was left for her to wear.

Kanvi's fingers trailed over the garment. As she lifted the saree, uncertainty crept in. She had never draped one before, and the complex folds bewildered her.

Just as Kanvi stood, saree in hand, lost in contemplation, a gentle knock on the door broke the silence. Diya and Sahasra, stood outside, informed by Vihaan to help Kanvi.

Kanvi's cheeks flushed as she opened the door, wrapped only in a towel. "Ah, come in Aunty," she said, trying to sound composed despite her awkwardness. Diya and Sahasra exchanged knowing glances, their smiles warm.

"Vihaan asked us to help you with the saree," Diya said, eyes sparkling with amusement.

Kanvi's laughter escaped, a mixture of relief and embarrassment. "I'm so glad he did. I have no idea how to wear this."

Sahasra stepped forward, her hands expertly taking the saree from Kanvi. "Don't worry, we'll help you."

As Diya and Sahasra began draping the saree, Kanvi's thoughts turned to Vihaan. She knew he had chosen this saree specifically for her, and the thought filled her heart with gratitude.

Diya radiated elegance in her lavender-hued saree, while Sahasra, exuded serenity in her pristine white saree. Their poise contradicted their age, and Kanvi felt a surge of admiration.

"Quickly beta, put these on," Diya urged, handing Kanvi the undershirt and blouse. Kanvi hastened to the closet, her movements brisk.

Meanwhile, Sahasra and Diya exchanged updates on the gathering. "The Awan, Advi and the children arrived early," Sahasra mentioned, her hands deftly pleating the saree.

"Yes, and the Adi, Nithya and children too came," Diya replied, her voice laced with warmth.

Sahasra nodded. "The Saxenas and Randhawas are also here. And I saw the King Lakshaya and Virana near the entrance. Karthik was there to receive them."

As Kanvi emerged from the closet, Diya's eyes appraised her. "Now, let's get you draped in this beautiful saree."

Sahasra's gaze softened. "Vihaan chose this saree, especially for you. He's been talking about you all day yesterday."

Kanvi's cheeks flushed, her heart skipping a beat. Diya's skilled hands swiftly draped the saree, while Sahasra adjusted the pallu.

"We must hurry," Diya urged. "The pooja will begin soon."

Sahasra's eyes locked onto Kanvi's. "You look lovely, dear. Vihaan will be pleased."

Kanvi's emotions swirled, gratitude, love, and a hint of nervousness. She felt the weight of Vihaan's family's expectations. But it died as soon as it emerged. She is going to part from them in a few hours anyway.

Kanvi walked to the vanity table, her saree rustling softly. She opened the small box containing her bindi, the delicate sticker shimmering in the light. As she put it, her reflection stared back, her eyes sparkling.

Diya's voice drifted from behind, "Sahasra, did you invite Chloe to the today?"

Kanvi's hands halted, the bindi box slipping from her fingers. Her heart ached as if pierced by a thousand needles. Chloe, the name echoed in her mind, a painful reminder of Vihaan's love.Sahasra's response was lost amidst Kanvi's turmoil. Her thoughts swirled, visions of Vihaan and

Chloe together flooding her mind. Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes, threatening to spill.

Kanvi's gaze dropped, her shoulders sagging under the weight of her emotions. She felt like she was drowning in a sea of sorrow, unable to breathe. Her love for Vihaan battled with her resolve to set him free.

Tomorrow was her brother's wedding, and as promised, she would hand Vihaan the divorce papers. The thought sliced through her like a razor, leaving her bleeding and vulnerable.

Unaware of Kanvi's turmoil, Diya and Sahasra continued their conversation. Vihaan remained oblivious, lost in the rituals and his memories of his wife.

Kanvi's eyes welled up, saline drops trickling down her cheeks. She bit her lip, stifling a sob. How could she let him go? Yet, how could she deny him happiness?

With shaking hands, Kanvi closed the bindi box, her reflection blurred by tears. She took a deep breath, steeling herself for the pain to come.

Kanvi's voice trembled as she asked, "Is Chloe here?"

Diya and Sahasra exchanged a glance, their faces normal for an instant before nodding in unison.

Kanvi's heart sank, her throat constricting. She gulped back her tears, forcing a fragile smile onto her lips. "Vihaan always tells me he loved Chloe before our wedding," she said, her tone laced with doubt.

Diya's laughter stopped abruptly, her eyes widening in surprise. "He said that?" she asked, her voice laced with disbelief.

Kanvi nodded, her smile faltering.

Sahasra's expression turned serious. "Oh, Kanvi, he was just teasing you. Vihaan never loved Chloe."

Diya's words spilled out in a rush. "Chloe had feelings for Vihaan, but he never encouraged her. He's always been clear about his boundaries."

Sahasra's voice softened. "And now, finally, Vihaan is settling down with you. He's found his true partner."
Kanvi's breath caught, her world tilting. A lone tear escaped her eye, rolling down her cheek like a delicate pearl. She felt the weight of their words, the truth seeping into her soul.

Diya's gentle touch on her arm brought Kanvi back to the present. "Don't worry, dear. Vihaan loves you, not Chloe."

Kanvi's smile returned, fragile but not genuine. Her heart swelled with pain.

Diya and Sahasra's faces reflected alarm as they saw Kanvi's tears. She swiftly masked her emotions with a fake smile, her voice trembling.

"I feel...pukish," she stammered, waving her hand dismissively.

Diya and Sahasra exchanged a knowing glance, their eyebrows arched in surprise. Pregnancy? Already? They didn't dare ask, but their eyes sparkled with curiosity.

As soon as Kanvi closed the bathroom door behind her, the facade crumbled. She felt like she was drowning in a sea of despair. Her body shook, her heart racing with agony.

"Why?" she mouthed silently, her lips trembling. "Why did he lie to me?"

Tears poured down her face like a torrent, her sobs stuck in her throat. She yearned to cry out loud, to scream at Vihaan's deception. But her voice was trapped, silenced by the weight of her grief.

Kanvi's mind reeled, memories of her declarations of love haunting her. She had given herself entirely to Vihaan, and this was how he repaid her. By lying, by letting her believe he loved another?

Her body trembled, her fingers clutching the bathroom counter as if it were her lifeline. The world spun around her, leaving her breathless and disoriented.
"How could you, Vihaan?" she whispered, her voice barely audible.

Kanvi's reflection stared back at her, eyes red-rimmed and puffy. She felt like she was gazing at a stranger, someone shattered by love and betrayal.

She slid to the floor, her saree pooling around her like a peach sea. Her head bowed, her shoulders shaking as silent sobs wracked her body.

At that moment, Kanvi felt suffocated, trapped in a prison of Vihaan's making. Her love for him now seemed foolish, naive.

As tears continued to flow, Kanvi's thoughts grew darker.

Kanvi's body convulsed, her breaths coming in ragged gasps. She felt like she was on the precipice of a panic attack, her heart racing uncontrollably. Her mind screamed for release, her emotions boiling over.

With a sudden surge of fury, Kanvi's hands clenched into fists, her nails digging into her palms. She yearned to tear the saree, to rip it apart as Vihaan had ripped her heart. She saw herself storming out, grasping his collar, and screaming, "Why? Why did you lie to me?"

Memories of her desperate pleas for his love flooded her mind. She had begged him, stooping low to gain his attention, to be noticed, to be loved. The shame and humiliation washed over her like a tidal wave.

Now, she realized she was merely a pawn in Vihaan's game of revenge. He had promised to break her, and he had succeeded. Kanvi felt shattered, beyond repair.

Self-loathing consumed her. How could she have loved someone so deceitful? How could she have given herself so completely?

Kanvi's gaze dropped to the floor, her vision blurring. She felt like she was drowning in her own despair. The thought of continuing this charade, this mockery of a marriage, was suffocating.

A dark whisper crept into her mind, "You're worthless. You deserve to suffer." Kanvi's thoughts spiralled downward, tempting her with the escape of self-destruction.

"Why did I sacrifice everything for him?" she sobbed silently. "He was never worthy."

The realization cut deep, her love, her sacrifices, meant nothing to Vihaan. He had deceived her every second of their marital life, and she had been blind to it.

Kanvi's body trembled, her muscles weakening. She felt like she was disintegrating, fragmenting into a million pieces.

As the bathroom seemed to darken around her, Kanvi's mind whispered a haunting phrase, "You'll never be whole again."

At that moment, Kanvi's world crashed, leaving only ruins of her shattered heart.

Diya and Sahasra's gentle knocks on the door broke the suffocating silence. Kanvi weakly rose, her legs trembling beneath her. She turned on the faucet, letting the sound mask her pain. With a heavy heart, she splashed water on her face, attempting to wash away the evidence of her tears.

The flush's loud roar signalled her pretended recovery. Kanvi opened the door, a fragile smile plastered on her face.

Sahasra's concerned gaze met hers. "Why are your eyes puffy, beta?"

Diya intervened, her voice warm. "Must be from vomiting, poor thing. It can be so exhausting."

Kanvi nodded mechanically, her eyes cast downward. She felt like a lifeless puppet, her strings controlled by Vihaan's deception.

Sahasra's gentle touch guided Kanvi toward the vanity table. "Go, put on a bindi. It'll complete your look."

As Kanvi approached the mirror, her gaze fell upon the vermilion-filled partition. Vihaan's morning ritual now seemed a cruel mockery. The vibrant red reminded her of his betrayal, and her stomach churned.

Kanvi's fingers trembled as she grabbed a small stone sticker. She hastily applied the bindi, avoiding her reflection. The sparkle in her eyes had dimmed, replaced by a dull ache.

With a deep breath, Kanvi descended the stairs, her saree rustling softly. Each step felt like a burden, her heart heavy with grief.

Diya and Sahasra held her, their supportive presence was in contrast to Vihaan's deceit. Kanvi's thoughts swirled, her emotions raw.

As they reached the pavilion, the chanting and laughter enveloped her. Kanvi's mask of composure began to crack, her pain threatening to spill over.

Kanvi stood beside Diya and Sahasra, near the palace where the rituals were underway. Vihaan dazzled in his white dhoti, performed each rite with precision and devotion. His eyes occasionally sought hers, warming her with gentle smiles.

But Kanvi's heart remained frozen, her emotions trapped in a swirl of pain. Every smile from Vihaan felt like a dagger, twisting deeper into her soul. How could he be so serene, so loving, when he had shattered her trust?

As Vihaan's hands moved through the rituals, Kanvi's mind replayed their moments together. Every laugh, every whispered promise, mostly a fake one, now seemed tainted by his deception.

Her love for him had been pure, but his had been a facade.

Vihaan's gaze met hers again, his eyes crinkling at the corners. Kanvi's mask of composure faltered, her lips trembling. She felt like she was drowning in his warmth, suffocating under the weight of his lies.

How could he smile at her, knowing what he had done? Did he truly believe she wouldn't discover the truth? Or did he simply not care?

Kanvi's thoughts swirled, a whirlpool of agony and betrayal. She felt like a fragile vessel, shattered into a thousand pieces. Every fragment of her heart ached, protesting the pain Vihaan had inflicted.

As the rituals progressed, Kanvi's emotional turmoil intensified. She longed to escape, to flee from the agony that had become her reality. But her feet seemed rooted, trapped in this nightmare.

Vihaan's voice rose and fell, chanting ancient mantras. His devotion to his father's memory was evident, but Kanvi's heart remained cold. She couldn't reconcile the man before her with the one who had deceived her.

The sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the palace. Kanvi's world, however, remained veiled in darkness. Her love had been reduced to ashes, and Vihaan's smiles only fueled the flames of her grief.

As the pooja concluded, Kanvi's emotions simmered, a container of rage and hurt beyond anger. Her eyes, once bright and loving, now seemed dull and lifeless, covered in a veil of sorrow.

Vihaan approached her, his face etched with concern. "Kanvi, are you okay?" he asked, his voice soft.

But Kanvi remained silent, her lips sealed, her voice lost in the depths of her grief. She couldn't bear to speak to him, to acknowledge his presence.

Vihaan's hand reached out, hesitantly, as if to touch her. Kanvi flinched, her body recoiling from his touch. The gesture spoke volumes, she wanted no comfort from him.

The dinner spread before them, a feast fit for royalty, but Kanvi's appetite had vanished. She stared blankly at the food, her mind consumed by the betrayal.
Vihaan tried again, his voice gentle. "Kanvi, please talk to me. What's wrong?"

Her silence was her response, a wall of ice that Vihaan couldn't penetrate.

Diya and Sahasra exchanged worried glances, sensing the tension. They attempted to engage Kanvi in conversation, but she remained mute, lost in her thoughts.

As the dinner progressed, Vihaan's concern deepened. He couldn't fathom what had caused Kanvi's sudden withdrawal. Little did he know, his deception had unleashed a storm within her.

Kanvi's gaze drifted, her eyes locking onto Vihaan's. For an instant, their eyes met, and Vihaan saw a glimmer of the pain he had inflicted. But Kanvi's mask slipped back into place, concealing her emotions.

The dinner ended. Kanvi's silence continued a heavy layer that enveloped them all.

As the evening drew to a close, Kanvi's silence remained unbroken. Vihaan's attempts at conversation had stopped, replaced by a concerned gaze that followed her every move.

Diya and Sahasra discreetly excused themselves, leaving the couple alone. The palace's lavishness seemed hollow, and the tension between Kanvi and Vihaan was visible.

Vihaan's eyes never left Kanvi's face, searching for a glimmer of understanding. But Kanvi's expression remained impassive, her emotions locked away.

With a quiet sigh, Vihaan rose from his seat. "Let's retire for the night," he suggested, his voice soft.

Kanvi nodded mechanically, her eyes cast downward. Her heart felt like lead, weighing her down.
As they walked to their chambers, the silence between them grew thicker. Vihaan's hand brushed against hers, but Kanvi recoiled, her skin crawling at his touch.

The bedroom door closed behind them, and Vihaan turned to face Kanvi. "What's wrong?" he asked, his voice laced with concern.

Kanvi's gaze met his, her eyes blazing with unspoken accusations. For a moment, they stood there, the air charged with tension.

Then, without a word, Kanvi turned away, her back to Vihaan. The message was clear, she wanted no conversation, nothing.

Vihaan's shoulders sagged, his eyes filled with a mix of confusion and worry. He knew something was amiss, but he had no idea what.
As Kanvi turned away, her tears refused to stop, bursting into uncontrollable sobs. Her body shook, convulsing with each ragged breath. Vihaan's concern transformed into panic.

"Kanvi, please..." he implored, reaching out to touch her.

But she jerked away, her hands raised in defense. "Don't touch me!" she sobbed, her voice cracking.

Vihaan's heart drummed in his chest, his desperation growing. He cupped her cheeks, his thumbs tracing her tears. "What happened, Kanvi? Tell me!"

Kanvi's eyes, red-rimmed and puffy, met his. They blazed with pain, her gaze piercing Vihaan's soul. Her legs buckled, and she collapsed. Vihaan screamed her name, his voice echoing through the chamber.

He swept her into his arms, cradling her as if she might shatter. His eyes scanned the room, frantically seeking help, but they were alone.

Kanvi struggled, her fists pounding his chest. "Don't touch me!" she shrieked, her voice hoarse.

Vihaan held her hands, his grip gentle but firm. "Kanvi, stop. Please, tell me what's wrong."

Her sobs intensified, each one ripping through Vihaan's heart. He felt her pain, her anguish, and it suffocated him.

"Kanvi, my love, what happened?" he begged, his voice cracking.

Her gaze locked onto his, and Vihaan drowned in its depths. He saw her pain, her betrayal, and her shattered trust.

Kanvi's body convulsed, her tears flowing like a river. Vihaan's own eyes welled up, his heart heavy with grief.

"Why, Kanvi? What did I do?" he pleaded, his voice barely audible.

Kanvi's lips parted, but no words emerged. Only sobs, wrenching sobs that shook her fragile frame.

Vihaan's hold tightened, his arms enveloping her. He felt her vulnerability, her fragility, and it broke him.

"Kanvi, I'll do anything. Just tell me," he whispered, his voice trembling. As Kanvi's cries filled the chamber, Vihaan's heart shattered, his world crumbling around him.

Kanvi's sobs gradually subsided, leaving behind a sea of despair. Vihaan's hold remained firm, his arms cradling her shattered form.

"Kanvi, please..." he whispered, his voice laced with desperation. "Tell me what's wrong. I'll fix it, I promise."

Kanvi's gaze drifted, her eyes empty, hollow. "You can't fix it," she whispered, her voice barely audible.

Vihaan's heart sank, his world darkening. "Try me," he begged, his voice cracking. "I'll do anything."

Kanvi's lips trembled, her words spilling out like blood from a wounded soul. "You lied to me, Vihaan. You deceived me."

Vihaan's grip faltered, his face pale. "What are you talking about?" he stammered.

Kanvi's eyes blazed, her voice rising. "Chloe! You told me you loved her."

Vihaan's face contorted, his eyes wide with horror. "Kanvi, no...I..."

But Kanvi's words poured out, a torrent of pain. "You used me, Vihaan. You played me like a fool. I thought your love was real, but it was all a lie."

Vihaan's knees buckled, his body trembling. He felt like he'd been punched in the gut, his breath knocked out.

"Kanvi, I..." he stammered, his voice lost.

Kanvi's gaze fell, her voice barely above a whisper. "I loved you, Vihaan. I gave you everything."

Vihaan's heart shattered, his soul crushed. He felt like he'd lost his everything.

"Kanvi, my love..." he whispered, his voice trembling.

But Kanvi's hands pushed him away, her eyes cold, hard. "Don't touch me," she spat. "You've done enough."

Vihaan's arms dropped, his body numb. He felt like he'd drowned in Kanvi's pain, his own heart heavy with grief.

Vihaan's eyes pleaded for a chance to explain, but Kanvi's gaze cut him off, and her expression shattered.

"Let me explain, Kanvi..." he whispered, his voice trembling.

But Kanvi's face contorted, her eyes welling up. She looked at him as if he'd destroyed her world, and Vihaan's words died on his lips.

He felt vulnerable, exposed, and helpless. Kanvi's pain was a mirror reflecting his own guilt.

"Kanvi, please..." he begged, his voice cracking.

But Kanvi's voice was firm, laced with desperation. "Leave me, Vihaan. Let me go."

She spoke slowly, saying each word as if explaining to a child. "You. Broke. Me. Beyond. Repair."Vihaan's face crumpled, his body shaking. He felt like he'd lost control like his world was crumbling.

Kanvi's words poured out, a flow of anguish. "You lied, Vihaan. You deceived me. You used me mentally and drained me."

Her voice rose, tears streaming down her face. "I loved you, Vihaan. I gave you everything. And this is how you repay me?"

Vihaan collapsed to his knees, his arms wrapping around her legs. "Kanvi, don't leave me. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

But Kanvi pushed him away, her hands trembling. "Don't touch me! You've done enough."

Vihaan grasped her legs again, his face buried in her saree. "Please, Kanvi. Forgive me. I didn't mean to hurt you."

Kanvi's body shook, her sobs convulsing her. "You didn't mean to? You didn't mean to destroy me?"

Vihaan's cries mingled with Kanvi's, their pain filling the room.

"Kanvi, Ma Cherie..." he begged, his voice hoarse.

But Kanvi's words cut him off. "I'll leave you, Vihaan. Just like you wanted. I'll set you free."

Vihaan's grip tightened, his arms wrapping around her legs like a vice. "No, Kanvi. Don't go. I need you."

Kanvi's face twisted, her eyes blazing. "You need me? You never needed me. You only needed your lies."

Vihaan's body shook, his heart heavy with grief. He knew he'd lost Kanvi, lost her trust, lost her love.

As Kanvi struggled to break free, Vihaan's hold remained firm, his tears falling onto her feet.

"Kanvi, please..." he whispered, his voice barely audible.

But Kanvi's response was a cry, a wail that shattered the silence.

"I never loved Chloe," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "It was all a charade, a twisted game to hurt you."

Vihaan's heart ached, seeing the depth of her pain. "Every day, I watched you break a little more," he continued. "And it killed me, Kanvi. It killed me to see you suffer."

Tears again welled up in Kanvi's eyes, her voice barely audible. "Why?"

Vihaan's gaze bore into hers. "Because I wanted to punish you for marrying me. But now, I realize how wrong I was."

"I am lost without you, Kanvi. And I'm still lost, but with you by my side, I feel whole again."
Kanvi's tears spilt over, her body shuddering with sobs. Vihaan held her close, his arms wrapping around her legs.

Kanvi's anger boiled over, and she kicked Vihaan away. The force sent him stumbling backwards.

At that moment, she felt a surge of rage, a desire to harm him, to make him pay for his deceit. Her eyes blazed with fury, her breath coming in ragged gasps.

Vihaan reached out to cup her face, to stop her. But Kanvi pushed him away, her hand rising to slap him.

Time froze as her palm hovered inches from his face. Vihaan's eyes locked onto hers, expecting the impact.

But Kanvi's hand trembled, her sobs overwhelming her. "I...can't," she stammered, her voice cracking.

Her pain poured out, a heartbreaking confession. "I love you, Vihaan. Despite everything, I still love you. My conscience won't let me hurt you."

Vihaan's face contorted, his eyes welling up. He realized too late the extent of his destruction. He had shattered an innocent soul, a bubbly girl, his soft-hearted and mischievous wife.

Kanvi's sobs intensified, her body shaking. "You broke me, Vihaan. You broke my trust, my heart, my everything."

Vihaan's knees buckled, his body crumbling beneath the weight of his guilt. He felt like he'd lost his humanity, his capacity for love.

He gazed up at Kanvi, his eyes pleading for forgiveness. "Kanvi...I'm so sorry."

But Kanvi's expression remained anguished, her eyes red-rimmed. "Sorry?" she whispered.

"Sorry isn't enough, Vihaan. You've destroyed me."

The silence between them grew, a chasm filled with pain and regret.

Vihaan's face twisted, his voice barely audible. "What have I done, Kanvi? What have I done to you?"

Kanvi's response was a cry, a wail that shattered the silence. "You've killed me, Vihaan. You've killed my love, my trust, my soul."

Kanvi marched angrily towards the closet, her eyes blazing. Vihaan's heart raced, fear gripping his chest. What was she going to do?

His body reacted instinctively, his muscles tensing, his breath quickening. His eyes remained fixed on Kanvi, his mind racing with worst-case scenarios.

Kanvi yanked open the suitcase, revealing a neatly packed interior. She dug in through it, her hands shaking. Vihaan's anxiety spiked.

She pulled out a few papers, her gaze falling upon them. Vulnerability washed over her face, her eyes welling up.

With a sudden surge of anger, Kanvi strode back to Vihaan, papers in hand. "Aren't these the papers you begged me for?" she spat, her voice venomous.

Vihaan's eyes widened as she threw the papers in his face. He stumbled backwards, his hands reflexively catching the documents.

As he looked down, his heart sank. Kanvi's signature stared back at him, bold and final.Divorce papers.

Vihaan's world crumbled. He felt numb, his mind reeling.

Kanvi's voice, barely above a whisper, cut through the silence. "When you reread every page of our book, there will be one or the other poem beautifully reciting our story."

Her eyes locked onto Vihaan's, a deep sadness within them. "But looks like I'm the poetess who was in one-sided love...and I'm tired of continuing it."

Her voice cracked. "I want to end the end...and I promise you won't find any poem further."Kanvi's body swayed, her vision blurring. Black dots consumed her sight.

Vihaan watched in horror as Kanvi's knees buckled. She collapsed onto the floor, her nose bleeding.

Time froze.

Vihaan's shock was visible, his face pale. He stood statue-still, his eyes fixed on Kanvi's limp form.

"Kanvi!" he screamed, his voice shattering the silence.

He rushed to her side, cradling her head in his lap. "Kanvi, Ma Cheire, please..."

Tears streamed down Vihaan's face as he gazed at Kanvi's pale face. How had it come to this? The divorce papers lay scattered around them, a haunting reminder of their shattered love.

The scream was so loud that the whole Palace shook at the sound. They were scared. Everyone rushed to Vihaan's chamber fear gripping their hearts hearing his heart-piercing screams for his wife.
