Beyonce's POV
Onika's condo has become my new favorite place. From the stylish furniture to the breathtaking view, every corner of her space exudes warmth and personality. The living room, adorned with cozy throw pillows and an inviting sectional sofa, is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. During the golden hour, the sunlight floods through the large windows, casting a soft glow that enhances the already serene atmosphere.
Her taste in decor reflects her creativity and zest for life, with vibrant artwork that brings energy to the walls and carefully chosen plants that add a touch of nature to the space. Every detail, from the chic lighting fixtures to the carefully curated bookshelf, tells a story and invites conversation.
But what truly makes her condo special is Onika herself. She is what makes her place feel like a home; you can feel the love spread throughout each room.
We sat on Onika's cream-colored couch, drinking some wine, while the girls went to do their own thing.
Onika rubbed on my exposed thigh as we talked about everyday things. "Who told you you could wear those little shorts?" Onika questioned. "Nobody." I say, staring into her eyes.
I don't know if it's the wine, but I'm feeling really frisky.
"No, Beyonce. I know that look," she said, causing me to pout my lips. "Stop it," she kisses my lips. "We have to talk about something anyway," she continued.
I tilted my head. "Somethings wrong?" I question.
"I don't know how you're going to take this, but Giselle knows about me and you." Onika explained, and my eyes became wide. "How?" I spoke with confusion laced in my voice.
"The day you called me thanking me for the necklace. I only know this from Yara." Onika remained rubbing on my thigh. "Is she upset?"
"No, not at all, but the thing is she's not liking the secrets you're keeping from her because overall this is a change for both you and her." Onika spoke.
"I never thought about it that way before." I drifted off. "You think I should tell her," I say.
"She already knows; I just think she's waiting for you to say something." she replied. "Right, do you mind if I call them down here?" I ask.
"Of course not, baby." She was getting ready to reposition herself so we didn't look as close, but I stopped her. "no need." I allowed us to keep our same position.
"Giselle and Yara come here." I yelled, waiting for the girls to come into the living room. I chugged my wine down; I needed to loosen up a bit before having this conversation. "Yes." in walked Yara and shortly after Giselle.
"Can you both take a seat?" Onika suggested.
Both girls respectfully took a seat, waiting for us to speak. "Firstly, we want to say that we love you both so much and that we have something we want to tell you." I spoke nervously.
I knew that they already knew, but I was nervous to see her reaction.
For a moment, we sat in silence. "If this is about you both dating, I already know, so it isn't a need for you to be nervous." Giselle blurts. "We're happy for you guys, and that means we get to be sisters, so like a win is a win." Giselle smiles at Yara. "So you don't feel anyway?" I inquire.
"No. I'm happy for you! I just wish you didn't keep it a secret from me, especially because our bond has never been that way." Her face became sad.
"Gi, I apologize. I just wanted to protect you. I won't hold anymore secrets. Come here," I say, making Giselle come over to where I and Onika were. I pulled her into the tightest hug, kissing all over her face, making her burst into laughter. "I accept your apology, mama," she smiled at me.
"Also, if I may add, you're a terrible liar." Giselle said.
I gasp.
"Yeah Beyonce I agree with that." Onika laughs.
I rolled my eyes. "Why does everybody think I'm a terrible liar?" I spat. "Cause you are." Giselle and Onika spoke in unison. "Anyways, how do you feel about us, Yara?" I motion for Yara to come sit with us. "Okay." Yara goes to cuddle up with Onika.
I feel like she's slowly but surely warming up to me. "Mama, she is so happy! She won't say it, but I will. She wanted you to be together so bad." Giselle butted in.
Yara hid her face, smiling, causing both me and Onika to smile at each other. "Are you going to stay over with us?" Onika asked. "I would love to, but all of my work clothes are home," I reply.
"I have something you can wear in my closet," she quickly responded. "Alright, well, I guess I'm staying," I say.
Before ending our night, we watched Modern Family together.

(days later)
Onika's POV
Beyonce decided today would be a great day to tell her sister that we are together since everyone else knows. I didn't mind; I honestly felt it was past due, and I knew Robyn was itching to say something.
I'm happy that she and Solange are going strong; it's beautiful to see her in love. Solange really took her out of her hoe days to the point she's even thinking about quitting being a dancer.
"Babe there at the door." Beyonce yells downstairs from her room.
I had made dinner for everyone, so I finished setting up the dining room table before quickly rushing to open the front door. "Onika? Hey, I was expecting you here." Solange said taken aback. "Hey girl, yes, I thought Bey told you," I said before making a face at Rihanna. "Hey sister," Rihanna said.
"I'm forgetting that you guys are friends," Solange laughs.
I move out their way, motioning for them to enter the home. "But yeah, she didn't tell me you would be here, but luckily Rihanna will have someone to chat with and won't be so intimidated by my sister." Solange continues.
"Who isn't nervous when you meet your partner's family?" Rih explained.
I stood there smiling at their interaction with each other. I try to zone out for the rest of the time of them talking to each other just so they would have some privacy.
"I'm sorry. I hope I wasn't holding y'all up." Bey comes downstairs, looking mighty fine. "No, you're good, sister, hey." Solange hugs Beyonce.
Their bond is so cute, you can tell they grew up having such a close-knit relationship. "And you must be Rihanna; my sister and Onika have told me a lot about you." Beyonce expresses, shaking Rih's hand. "I hope they skipped out the part that I'm a stripper."
We all burst into laughter due to Rih's comment.
"Let's go sit; the food is going to get cold." I say leading us into the dining room.
We all sat down and said our grace before digging in. "What was the reason for inviting us over, Bey? I mean, I don't mind, but this was sudden," Solange said.
"Well, I wanted to tell you something." Beyonce voiced. "Okay?" Solange responded.
"Me and Onika are together." Beyonce spoke fast. "Your lying?" Solange became wide-eyed. "Since when you like pussy?" Solange blurted. "Since she made me feel things I haven't felt in a while mentally and physically." Beyonce winked at me. "Okay, Miss Nasty." Solange gagged.
Me and Robyn sat in silence, analyzing their conversation while they talked to each other. "Don't be like that, because when you be telling me Miss Rih here be beating the brakes off you, I be quiet and listen." Beyonce spats back.
"Robyn, you be hitting it like that?" I quietly asked Rih. I was surprised. I knew she wasn't no pillow princess, but I didn't know it was like that. "Till her ass passes out." She whispers back. "That's what the fuck am talking about." I say, feeling proud.
"What are y'all over there talking about?" Solange interrupts our conversation. "Oh nothing." I say. Both women give me and Rih a look.
"Well regardless, I'm happy for you; seeing you smiling again is making me feel joy." Solange smiled, grabbing Bey's hand. "Thank you, sister." Beyonce goes around the table, giving Solange a hug.
For the remainder of dinner, we talked about relationship things and planning a trip together.
Once our guest left me and Bey ended our night wrapped up in each other's arms before work tomorrow.
